  • The design must have a distinct outline on the entire subject in contrast to the subject and background. Colored outlines are allowed but must not obstruct the clarity of the design.

I just want to bring your attention to these lines in the OP. Yes, Colossoil's main design is drawn with dirt blended into the background. This design was made from a time before the current CAP art rules. If you are submitting a design that also visibly has dirt, make sure that it follows the rules above!

It's a shovel-finned beluga whale, drawing inspiration from the original Colosshale sprite that Cartoons! made way back when. Since beluga whales are the closest living relatives of narwhals, I thought it would make for a very fitting pre-evolution design, going from a meek white whale to the intimidating drill-nosed dunker we all know and love.
