Hello everyone! After discussing all the tutors in our Discord server, some moves ended up being controversial enough to warrant a forum poll, so here it is.
Here's some context for each one of them:
Make sure to bold your votes and nothing else. A typical vote looks like this:

Here's some context for each one of them:
Burning Jealousy Volkraken: People were very divided on whether or not this CAP fits the distribution of this move.
Coaching Jumbao: This move is usually only given to Fighting-types but because Jumbao is inspired on Sumo wrestlers, some have argued that it could be a similar case to other non Fighting-types with the move like Cinderace and Zeraora.
Corrosive Gas Plasmanta: While Plasmanta isn't very associated with smoke/gas, it learns enough moves like Haze and Clear Smog that many people felt Corrosive Gas could be justified for it.
Corrosive Gas Smokomodo: Despite the fact that Corrosive Gas is almost exclusively learned by Poison-types, with Guzzlord being the only exception, Smokomodo already has tons of Poison flavor on its movepool, including things like Clear Smog, Acid Spray, and being the only non Poison-type to learn Toxic by level up on Gen 8. For this reason, people have argued that Smokomodo should be at least considered to learn this move.
Dual Wingbeat Naviathan: While Naviathan doesn't have wings like everything else with this move, a few people have argue that it already learns several Flying moves and its oars may counts as feathers, so this should be considered.
Dual Wingbeat Snaelstrom: Coribalis, Snaelstrom pre evo, has a distinct set of wings, so by itself, it would probably learn this move pretty uncontroversially; however it completely loses this feature upon evolving. There aren't any existing examples for this situation, so some people want to follow Iron Tail's precedent, as many Pokemon that lose their tail upon evolving like Alakazam still learn it. Others however, suggested disallowing it because Snaelstrom doesn't have wings, so by itself, Dual Wingbeat doesn't make sense.
Dual Wingbeat Syclant: This really depends on whether or not one counts Syclant's back "spikes" as wings or not and saw support on both sides during discussion.
Flip Turn Volkraken: While no other cephalopod learn this, enough people have argue in favor of this to be send to a poll. It should be noted that despite its competitive applications, this would be just a flavor move for Volkraken, as it already learns U-turn and can't really abuse this due to its pitiful Atk stat.
Lash Out Arghonaut: While this move isn't learned by almost any non-Dark Fighting-types, including the similar Grapploct, Arghonaut already learns a ton of Dark-type moves, so many people have argued this would still be very appropiate. It also looks angry in its official artwork, which fits a criteria for Lash Out.
Lash Out Revenankh: Almost no Ghost-types learn this move, even similarly themed Pokemon like Cofagrifus, but enough people insisted on this to go to a poll.
Scale Shot Astrolotl: Some argued that this is just a fine flavor move for Astrolotl, but others pointed out how Astrolotl is based on an axolotl, an animal without scales and similar Dragon-types like Dragapult don't get it. A few people also disliked the idea of adding even more moves with competitive implications to Astrolotl, already one of the best mons in the meta, no matter how small.
Steel Roller Equilibra: Many saw this a natural fit for Equilibra, but some others considered its size (2.6 Ft/ 0.8 m) and weight (113 Lbs/ 51.3 Kg) to be a bit too small for this move.
Steel Roller Crucibelle: Only round Pokemon learn this move if they're not Steel-type. Some have argued that when Crucibelle is inside its pot, it could be round enough to learn this.
Terrain Pulse Aurumoth, Caribolt, Fidgit, and Malaconda: Given Terrain Pulse's weird distribution, various different CAPs ended up with enough support to warrant a poll.
Coaching Jumbao: This move is usually only given to Fighting-types but because Jumbao is inspired on Sumo wrestlers, some have argued that it could be a similar case to other non Fighting-types with the move like Cinderace and Zeraora.

Any comments that the voter has would go below the votes in non-bold text. Bold text is used to determine what the user's votes are, so none of the supplementary text should be in bold.
CAP uses automated scripts to count votes. For this reason, it is very important for all ballots to be submitted correctly. If you do not compose a legal ballot, your post will be subject to moderation.
- The scripts count bold words in ballots, so do NOT bold anything in your ballot other than the options you are voting for.
- Do NOT put any formatting other than bold in your post.
- Only one option per line.
- Spelling of options must be EXACTLY correct and must match the spelling listed above.
- Capitalization and spaces are ignored by the vote counting scripts, but you probably should not depend on it.
