Celebi is a fantastic sweeper and wallbreaker within the tier with the ability to beat its would-be checks and counters through its vast movepool. Celebi, boasting base 100 stats across the board alongside its great typing and ability Natural Cure, can effectively check and pivot into a large majority of the tier, including foes such as Rhyperior, Rotom-C, and Vaporeon. Earth Power lets Celebi break through a majority of its checks like Incineroar, Doublade, and Drapion that wall its STAB combination. Alternatively, Protect allows Celebi to prevent First Impression users like Golisopod, Choice Band Haxorus, and Sirfetch'd from preventing its sweep and beat all of them afterward. Recover can also be used instead and allows Celebi to safely pivot into Pokemon like Rhyperior and Milotic and heal back any lost health, this being key with the latter commonly carrying Ice Beam. Shadow Ball is an option to break past Bronzong and opposing Celebi while still hitting Doublade; however, it comes at the cost of not being able to break past Incineroar. U-turn is another option that lets Celebi generate momentum off common switch-ins like Umbreon, Escavalier, and opposing Celebi at the cost of not being able to break past them as effectively without being significantly weakened.

Incineroar and Cobalion are able to break through bulky Steel-types such as Escavalier and Bronzong. Incineroar can also bring Celebi in safely against Galarian Weezing and bulky Water-types like Milotic and Vaporeon; Celebi can then use them as free setup opportunities. Incineroar is also able to take on Doublade and Choice Scarf Chandelure, two of Celebi's best checks, especially if Celebi isn't running Earth Power for the former. Wallbreakers like Lucario, Haxorus, and Machamp are mandatory to break past Pokemon like Bronzong, Incineroar, and Drapion, which Celebi struggles to break past without the correct coverage options. Rhyperior, Gigalith, and Golisopod and can provide Celebi with entry hazard support, with the former two being excellent checks to Noivern and the latter being able to check Mamoswine, two Pokemon capable of revenge killing Celebi. In return, Celebi is able to pressure Water-types and beat the tier's Grass-types like Roserade, Rotom-C, and Virizion. Noivern makes for a great partner, as it can help remove Golisopod, Haxorus, and Sirfetch'd, all common users of First Impression, which can be used to prevent Celebi from sweeping. It can also bring Celebi in against the likes of Rhyperior and Gigalith and bulky Water-types like Milotic, which Celebi can freely set up on and break through for Noivern to potentially sweep late-game.

Celebi is a fantastic sweeper and wallbreaker within the tier with the ability to beat its would-be checks and counters through its vast movepool. Celebi boasting base 100 stats across the board alongside its great typing mention its ability here allows it to effectively check and pivot into a large majority of the tier such as Rhyperior, Rotom-C, and Virizion(consider replacing this with something more relevant, like Milotic or Vaporeon). Maybe a Leaf Storm mention here? I think it's an okay option over Giga Drain in some cases. Earth Power lets Celebi break through a majority of its checks like Incineroar, Doublade, and Drapion that would otherwise wall its STAB combination. Protect allows Celebi to prevent First Impression users like Golisopod, Haxorus, and Sirftech'd from preventing its sweep and can proceed to beat all of them afterward, in the case of the latter two it can proceed to set up an additional Nasty Plot with them being choice locked (consider removing this part, not sure how necessary it is and it leads to a bit of a run-on sentence. Specifying CB Hax and Fetch'd is also an option). Add a sentence on Recover here. U-turn is an option that lets Celebi generate momentum off common switch ins like Umbreon and opposing Celebi at the cost of not being able to break past them as effectively without being significantly weakened. Shadow Ball is an option to break past Bronzong while still hitting Doublade and opposing Celebi, however, it comes at the cost of not being able to break past Incineroar. Put Shadow Ball before U-turn.

Incineroar and Cobalion are able to break through bulky Steel-types such as Escavalier and Bronzong for Celebi. Incineroar can also bring Celebi in safely against Galarian Weezing and bulky Water-types like Milotic and Vaporeon, the Water-types it can then use as a free set up opportunity. If Celebi isn't running Earth Power then wallbreakers like Lucario, Haxorus, and Machamp are mandatory to break past Pokemon like Bronzong, Incineroar, and Drapion. Rhyperior, Gigalith, Golisopod and can provide Celebi with entry hazard support with the former two being excellent checks to Noivern and the latter being able to check Mamoswine, two Pokemon capable of revenge killing Celebi. In return, Celebi is able to pressure Water-types for them and beat the tier's Grass-types like Roserade, Rotom-C, and Virizion. Noivern makes for a great partner as it can help remove Golisopod, Haxorus, and Sirfetch'd, all common users of First Impression, which can be used to prevent Celebi from sweeping. In return, Celebi can pivot into and Beat Rhyperior and Gigalith, which Noivern struggles to break past.

Shadow Ball is an option to break past Bronzong while still hitting Doublade and opposing Celebi you never hit Celebi in the first place unless you had more boosts than it, either reword this or you could maybe mention it preventing Sigilyph from revenging you, however, it comes at the cost of not being able to break past Incineroar. U-turn is an option that lets Celebi generate momentum off common switch ins like Umbreon, Escavalier, and opposing Celebi at the cost of not being able to break past them as effectively without being significantly weakened.

Incineroar and Cobalion are able to break through bulky Steel-types such as Escavalier and Bronzong for Celebi. Incineroar can also bring Celebi in safely against Galarian Weezing also helps to check Scarf Chandy, and if Celebi is running protect/recover, Doublade and bulky Water-types like Milotic and Vaporeon, the Water-types it can then use as a free set up opportunity. mention Coba being able to run Twave to cripple Noivern for Celebi, and Coba being able to check Mamo for Celebi. If Celebi isn't running Earth Power then wallbreakers like Lucario, Haxorus, and Machamp are mandatory to break past Pokemon like Bronzong fix this sentence up somehow because obviously Earth Power isn't helping with Zong either, eg. wallbreakers like x,y,z are mandatory... especially if not running EP, Incineroar, and Drapion. Rhyperior, Gigalith, Golisopod and can provide Celebi with entry hazard support with the former two being excellent checks to Noivern and the latter being able to check Mamoswine, two Pokemon capable of revenge killing Celebi. In return, Celebi can pivot into and Beat Rhyperior and Gigalith, which Noivern struggles to break past. specify that Noivern can bring it in directly on Rhyp/Giga/Waters with U-turn.
