[SET COMMENTS]
Chansey is one of the bulkier walls by virtue of high HP and Eviolite, walling many prominent special attackers such as Primarina, Magnezone, and Volcarona. Toxic helps dispatch threats that can heal up on Chansey such as defensive Arcanine, Roost Kyurem, and non-Rest Slowbro. Soft-Boiled helps in matchups where the foe also has recovery to maintain health while Toxic whittles them down, which is particularly useful against Quiver Dance Volcarona, although Chansey will have to play around Substitute if Volcarona is running that. While Chansey's physical bulk is not nearly as good as its special bulk, the given EV investment allows for its to be as physically bulky as possible, letting it survive a hit from Choice item Haxorus, offensive Rillaboom, and Jolly Choice Scarf Galarian Darmanitan to OHKO them with Counter. Charm is an option over Counter to handle physical attackers that would like to set up on Chansey such as Shell Smash Crustle, Swords Dance Rhyperior, and Bulk Up Zeraora. Charm should be used to PP stall and negate boosts from the foe's setup moves to a point where any combination of Chansey's moves will win.

Chansey is taken advantage of by Choice item attackers with Trick such as Rotom-H, Porygon-Z, and Gengar. Toxic can assist in dealing certain anti-stall measures such as Aromatisse and Fake Tears Sylveon; Chansey should use it before they are able to overly debilitate it with support moves like Encore + Disable and Fake Tears. Good teammates for Chansey are attackers that don't care about Trick and are able to retaliate, such as Choice Specs Magnezone and Choice Band Snorlax. Chansey also doesn't appreciate faster Taunt users such as Grassy Seed Rillaboom and Skarmory, as they PP stall Chansey and slowly chip it down. Good partners that alleviate this weakness include Substitute + Disable Dragapult and stall Arcanine.

Chansey is one of the bulkier walls in the tier by virtue of high HP and eviolite, especially on the special side. Chansey walls (<-- unnecessary, nobody uses Chansey not knowing how stupidly fat is is) walling many prominent special attackers such as Primarina, Magnezone, and Volcarona. (You're not incorrect, but Choice item Rotom-H is definitely more prominent and I'd consider mentioning that instead. Will leave this to your discretion.) Toxic helps dispatch threats that can heal up on Chansey such as Morning Sun defensive Arcanine, and Roost Kyurem, and as well as other walls such as Non-Rest Slowbro. and Gastrodon. (Again, you're not incorrect but we usually only include three examples in one point.) Soft Boiled helps in matchups where the opponent also has recovery to sustain health while Toxic whittles them away, particularly useful against Quiver Dance Volcarona and Nasty Plot Hydregion. (You talk about how Soft Boiled helps where the oppontent has recovery, but Hydreigon doesn't run roost. Plus, you can just click Seismic Toss 4 times so no need to bother with Toxic.) While Chansey's physical bulk is not nearly as good as its special bulk, the given EV investment allows for Chansey to be as physically bulky as possible, allowing for survival against can live any one hit from a lot of prominent physical attackers such as Non-Taunt Choice item Haxorous, Choice Scarf Dracovish Jolly Choice Scarf Darmanitan-G and Choice Band Rillaboom, (more relevant than Choice Scarf Dracovish in the current meta) which Chansey can then OHKO with counter. Counter will retaliate double damage dealt to Chansey that turn so when it lives a hit from the aforementioned physical attackers it can kill back with Counter. Charm is option, it weakens an option over Counter to negate boosts from physical attackers that would like to otherwise set up on Chansey such as Shell Smash Crustle, Swords Dance Rhyperior, and Bulk Up Zeraora. If necessary, both Charm and the setup move have 32 PP meaning you can cancel out the boosts, Charm should be used to PP stall and cancel boosts from the aforementioned setup moves to a point where any combination of Chansey's moves at which point chip from Seismic Toss plus Toxic will win. (Don't say "if necessary" as we are assuming correct play from both parties, so it's already implied that spamming Charm is necessary.)

Chansey is taken advantage of by choice attackers with Trick (elaborate on how they do this) such as Rotom-H, Togekiss, and Gengar. Good teammates are attackers that don't care about a Trick and are able to retaliate such as Choice Specs Magnezone and Choice Band Snorlax. (Some non-choiced examples would be good for variation if you can think of any.) Chansey also doesn't appreciate faster Taunt mons such as Kommo-o and Corviknight Skarmory (better mon) as they can shut down any attempts Chansey can make at Soft Boiled or Charm, leaving Chansey susceptible to get PP stalled or set up on. Good partners that alleviate this weakness are special breakers such as Choice Specs Primarina (no need to limit ourselves by specifying Choice Specs) and Choice Specs Chandelure Whimsicott. (Getting a little better in the current meta, but moreso mentioned to add some variety.) Chansey is weak to Fighting-types such as Sawk, Urshifu, and Conkeldurr. Fairy-types such as Sylveon, Aromatisse, and Togekiss make good partners. You could also use a Ghost-type such as Dragapult, Marowack-A, and Corsola-G however it should be noted they are all unable to handle Ursifu-S. (If they can't handle Urshifu-S but the Fairy-types can, why make the mention? Kind of just undermining yourself. Either remove this point or include a niche that makes Ghost-types worth considering.)
Fair amount in here, tag me when implemented

(This point is needed because there's no other mention of Counter in this section.) Charm an option over Counter to negate boosts from weaker physical attackers (they're not necessarily "weak") that would like to set up on Chansey such as Shell Smash Crustle, Swords Dance Rhyperior, and Bulk Up Zeraora. Charm should be used to PP stall and cancel boosts from the aforementioned setup moves to a point where any combination of Chansey's moves will win.

Chansey is taken advantage of by choice attackers with Trick such as Rotom-H and Porygon-Z due to their ability to break through Chansey with Rest and Nasty Plot respectively. Togekiss, and Gengar. (Togekiss loses and Gengar isn't a problem because of Trick, it's a problem because of its immunities.) This is an issue since while you assume you could wall these attackers they are able to prevent Chansey from healing and reduce its bulk significantly with the loss of Eviolite. (needless fluff) Good teammates are attackers that don't care about a Trick and are able to retaliate such as Choice Specs Magnezone and Choice Band Snorlax. Chansey also doesn't appreciate faster Taunt mons such as Kommo-o Grassy Seed Rillaboom (Kommo-o doesn't need to Taunt) and Skarmory as they can shut down any attempts Chansey can make at Soft Boiled or Charm as they leave Chansey leaving Chansey susceptible to get PP stalled or set up on being PP stalled and slowly chipped at. Good partners are special breakers that alleviate these weaknesses are teammates such as Primarina and Choice Specs Chandelure Life Orb Zeraora. (Add on another little section about when you want to be using toxic; turn 1 vs Aromatisse is important to mention. Even though you touch on the uses of toxic in the first paragraph, the turn you use it on is equally as important and should be mentioned. Look through matchups and take note of if there are any mons that you won't toxic immediately.)

switch the move order w/ the sentences to have softboiled second and charm after toxic

Chansey is taken advantage of by choice attackers with Trick such as Rotom-H, Porygon-Z, and Gengar. Toxic can assist in dealing certain anti-stall measures such as Aromatisse and Fake Tears Sylveon where you should get up a Toxic before they are able to do too much damage with Encore plus Disable or lowering Chansey's Special Defense with Fake Tears.
