Chansey updating

It seems that Chansey is outdated. One thing it cant learn Seismic toss anymore. Wish is incredibly difficult to obtain since it cant be bred

gets seismic toss from Gen 3 and you can trade that over to Gen 5 by first sending it to a Gen 4 game. As for your second point, we know it's difficult to obtain but it is available to Chansey so it will remain available to it on the simulator. If you have any concerns about Chansey's set concering the current metagame feel free to bring it up with one of the C&C mods listed at the bottom of this forum or with one of the qc members for that tier (you can find a list of all the qc members for a tier at the top of each sub forum for the C&C main forum).
