Charizard's good typing, Speed tier, and STAB combination let it perform a number of valuable roles for offensive teams such as checking Fighting- and Fairy-types, removing entry hazards, and tearing up opposing offensive teams that cannot switch into its STAB combination. Fire Blast and Hurricane form a powerful STAB combination resisted by few common Pokemon in the tier. Toxic is a more reliable alternative to Hurricane, allowing Charizard to cripple bulky Pokemon such as Mantine, Coalossal, and Gigalith that would otherwise wall it. Defog lets Charizard support its team by removing entry hazards, taking advantage of its favorable matchup against the many Steel-type entry hazard setters in the tier like Bronzong, Klefki, and Copperajah to ensure that they cannot keep entry hazards up against it. The combination of Roost and Heavy-Duty Boots gives Charizard great longevity, letting it consistently switch into Fairy- and Fighting-type attacks.

Charizard's 4x weakness to Stealth Rock means that it is unable to perform its role as a entry hazard remover if its Heavy-Duty Boots is removed. Therefore, Pokemon resistant to Knock Off such as Bewear, Silvally-Fairy, and Drapion are essential. Water-types are common answers to Charizard, so it appreciates teammates that can threaten bulky Water-types; Heliolisk, Vikavolt, and Choice Specs Goodra are all able to do so. Offensive Water-types such as Barraskewda and Inteleon force Charizard out, so bulky Water-types such as Milotic, Seismitoad, Vaporeon, and Gastrodon can support Charizard by checking them. Bulky Water-type teammates also help take on its Rock-type checks such as Lycanroc, Rhyperior, Gigalith, and Coalossal. Steel-types are able to take on Goodra and Dragalge, which can switch into Charizard's Fire Blast; in return, they appreciate Charizard's ability to switch into the Fire- and Fighting-type coverage moves frequently used to target them. Seismitoad, Rhyperior, and Gigalith are able to keep Stealth Rock up against Charizard due to their typing, so Grass-types such as Tangela, Virizion, and Dhelmise are helpful to check them. These Grass-types can also help pivot into Electric-types like Heliolisk and Choice Scarf Rotom if they get in safely on a Roost or predicted Defog from Charizard.

Wow there's BD here, so:
-Mention Rock-type checks on Offensive set, the fact that stuff like rhyperior can enter and threaten Zard's team is annoying, so is the fact that Lycanroc can setup on it, stuff like Coal and Giga too but are less annoying, so mention smth that can help deal w those.
-Half of the 2nd paragraph talks about Water-types, I think you can get around w just saying like "checks for bulky water types such as [...] and checks for offensive water types such as [...]", shortens the paragraph a lot, also why is Rotom-N mentioned as a Water check but not Goodra?
-On Belly Drum, I think you could write a sentence about Screens/Veil rather than just mentioning you can run that on Klef (you need to start setting up after Hail is about gone on Veil, but still), quite useful to give it more opportunities to setup, as it's not the easiest thing in the world to do so.
-I also think you don't need to emphasize on Memento being super specific, you mention this set is used in HOs and, for those, running Memento on whatever learns it is always reasonable imo.
-"only Levitate Bronzong can always avoid an OHKO"
If you're gonna use the word only, you should mention Quagsire, quite specific but it still does counter this set which is noticeable.
QC 1/2 after that

I removed BD set after discussion in Discord and implemented the rest of your check that pertained to offensive defog.

[SET COMMENTS]
Belly Drum Charizard is an extremely threatening sweeper due to its ability to OHKO nearly the entire tier and outspeed all common Choice Scarf users at +1; however, it is very reliant on teammates to keep Stealth Rock off the field and can struggle against teams which do not give it setup opportunities. Nearly every Pokemon in the tier is OHKOd by either Acrobatics or Earthquake from +6 Charizard; only Levitate Bronzong can always avoid an OHKO, and Earthquake is a roll to OHKO Rhyperior and Steelix. 12 HP EVs ensure that Charizard can always activate its Salac Berry after using Substitute and Belly Drum.

Belly Drum Charizard is typically only used on Hyper Offense. It appreciates teammates that can keep hazards off the field, since it is unable to use Belly Drum if it switches into Stealth Rock. Xatu and Espeon can reliably do this with Magic Bounce, while Sigilyph and Silvally-Fairy are Defog users that can fit well on offensive teams. It also benefits from teammates that can lure in weak defensive Pokemon like Bronzong and Tangela, since it can set up a Substitute against both of them. Psychic-types like Gardevoir and Indeedee-F can chip Bronzong into range of Acrobatics, and bringing Bronzong onto the field gives Charizard an opportunity to set up against it as long as it does not switch in on Toxic. Silvally-Ground can use U-turn to bring Charizard in against Levitate Bronzong, Tangela, and Dhelmise, all of which it can set up on. Spikes are helpful to secure the KO on Rhyperior and Steelix, so Klefki is a good partner; it can also facilitate a Charizard sweep with uncommon moves such as Fairy Lock, Reflect, and Light Screen. Finally, Memento users can help Charizard set up against teams that do not have any of the passive Pokemon it typically sets up against. Gardevoir, Ninetales, and Gallade each learn Memento, although they would never use that move outside of this extremely specific role.

Defog lets Charizard support its team by removing hazards, taking advantage of its great favourable matchup against the many Steel-type hazard setters in the tier -- Bronzong, Klefki, and Copperajah cannot keep hazards up against it. (more of a subjective change, i think its more advantageous than it is great because zard matches up well due to its typing, but it can get annoyed by toxics from the first two, and the rare, but possible, option of stone edge from jah can catch zard off guard. even if not edge, it can heavy slam on the switch-in, and can predict roost to eq for the kill if previously chipped, esp since fire blast doesnt ohko. in my opinion, i think it shld be changed, but ill leave it up to ur discretion). The combination of Roost and Heavy-Duty Boots gives Charizard great longevity, letting it consistently switch into Fairy- and Fighting-type attacks.

Charizard's 4x weakness to Stealth Rocks means that it is unable to perform its role as a hazard remover if its Heavy-Duty Boots are removed. Therefore, Knock Off absorbers such as Bewear, Silvally-Fairy, and Drapion are essential. Water-types are common answers to Charizard, so Charizard appreciates teammates that can threaten bulky Water-types; Heliolisk, Vikavolt, and Choice Specs Goodra are all able to do so. Offensive Water-types such as Barraskewda and Inteleon force Charizard out, and bulky Water-types such as Mantine, Milotic, Golisopod Seismitoad, Vaporeon, and Gastrodon can support Charizard by checking them. (mantine fulfills the same role as zard, both being defoggers. additionally, when taking into consideration the next line about them answering rock-types as well, mantine and golis both cant switch into those, so swapped their mentions out for other water types). Bulky Water-type teammates also help by taking on its Rock-type checks, such as Lycanroc, Rhyperior, Gigalith, and Coalossal. Steel-types are able to take on Goodra and Dragalge, who can switch in on Charizard's Fire Blasts; in return, they appreciate Charizard's ability to switch into the Fire- and Fighting-type coverage moves frequently used to target them. Finally, Seismitoad, Rhyperior, and Gigalith are able to keep rocks up against Charizard due to their typing, so Grass-types such as Tangela, Virizion, and Dhelmise are helpful to check them.

mention some helio answers / integrate it with alr existing mentions (cld do at the grass-types part), because helio is rising in popularity and is a big nuisance to charizard if it gets in on a roost or defog or double switch.
