Pretty basic weather setter, with a 140 base def stat, torkoal is an absolute tank.. as far as physdef is concerned. Even a Choice Band-Adamant Barraskewda won't 2HKO with Liquidation. Heat Rock is used to get maximum weather turns. This mon is great in Sandstorm Weather-Wars, mainly for it's ability to OHKO Ttar with Body Press. A Relaxed nature along with 0 spe EV's is to always get sun on the first turn vs. other weather setters. I prefer Toxic over Rapid Spin, as this team is very weak to rocks and I don't want to waste my weather setter on trying to remove rocks.

Venusaur

Venusaur @ Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Growth
- Energy Ball
- Weather Ball
- Earth Power

Another pretty basic mon in a Chlorophyll sweeper, Venusaur, if allowed to set up, can often 6-0 opponents with a 656 sp. atk stat, and a 518 spe. stat. Being faster than every un-scarfed pokemon in the tier, (besides a random Regieleki) this mon is a devastating sweeper and is a great cleaner if Charizard sweeps. Timid can be run for a more effective speed control for
scarfed mons and Regieleki but, Weavile is used for that. Although Sludge Bomb would be nice, Earth Power is preferred due to it dealing with Heatran ; OHKOing unboosted.

Charizard

Charizard @ Choice Specs
Ability: Solar Power
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fire Blast
- Hurricane
- Focus Blast
- Scorching Sands

Specs Zard in sun is an absolute monster, 2HKOing Blissey with Fire Blast. This mons biggest drawback is it's mediocre speed tier especially with mons like Dragapult running around. To make up with that though, is a monstrous 714 sp. atk stat which, when paired with a 110 power STAB move boosted by sun, will decimate anything that's not Heatran. Scorching Sands is for him. Hurricane will OHKO a Pelipper after rocks, or a Rocky Helmet chip from Corv, and Focus Blast for dealing with Ttar.

Weavile
1634444230038.png

Weavile @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Poison Jab
- Triple Axel
- Knock Off
- Ice Shard

Not very often do you see a scarf Weavile running around probably due to its great base 125 spe. stat, however, I was having a lot of trouble with Dragapult, mainly because I had no great moves to use against it. Regardless, I needed a counter. I could've done Blissey, but I wanted a more HO style mon and can also be used as an effective cleaner or speed control. This is also great for Dragonite, as even after 1 Dragon Dance, Weavile is still faster. Poison Jab is used almost exclusively for Fini, as even vs. something like Lele, Triple Axel is better. It could also be used for a safe accuracy as opposed to a 90% from Triple Axel.

Corviknight
1634444243039.png

Corviknight @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Body Press
- U-turn
- Roost
- Defog

So, as this team is very, very weak to rocks, I obviously needed a tough-reliable defogger to deal with that. Also being a great pivot to get in my threats, this mon is usually through the thick and thin of the fight and is very crucial to the team. A Relaxed nature and 0 spe EV's is to have U-turn's be as slow as possible. Max def. EV's and Rocky Helmet over Leftover for crucial chip on U-turn's from Pelipper and Lando-T.

Landorus-Therian
1634444252979.png

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 164 HP / 252 SpD / 92 Spe
Careful Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stone Edge
- Knock Off

With Corv being my effective defensive pivot, I wanted a specially defensive pivot, as well as a electric-type counter for Zard and Corv. Obviously max sp. def and an Assault Vest for the best specially defensive prowess. 92 spe. to outspeed max speed base 60's like Magnezone and Aegislash, however this can be interchanged because Venusaur's Weather Ball and Zard's Fire Blast deal with both, as well as Weavile's Knock Off dealing with Aegislash.

Eh, that's so many things that are weak to rock. I'm not sure swapping rapid spin for toxic helps... Especially as your defogger is a steel type that will often be out in the sun.

If your team is very weak to rocks, why would you not want rapid spin… considering you’re using zard, you should use rapid spin. Weavile really isn’t a good scarfer, I’d use zeraora, scarf lele or scarf kartana. Ok venusaur either use giga drain for recovery or solar beam for more damage, not energy ball. Or you could use sludge bomb over grass move.

You can drop Corviknight for Mandibuzz if you're afraid of Dragapult. That lets you switch Weavile's set to something less... bad. Scarf Victini or Scarf Darmanitan gives you another sun abuser. Or if you want to be brave, Scarf Solar Blade Kartana is insane and can just end games on its own. Most of Kartana's checks and counters are free switch-ins for Charizard as well.

Edit: Weather Ball / Overheat / Hurricane / Scorching Sands or Focus Blast on Charizard is probably a better set. Weather Ball nukes like 99% of OU in one hit and Overheat OHKOs anything that WB doesn't, even doing up to 80% to Blissey. Hurricane breaks Rain surprisingly well as you said, and the last slot is pretty much just anti-Heatran.

Tbh I feel as though mandibuzz would fit better on on this team as it can switch into pult shadow ball more reliably with its resistance as well as hit back with foul play, this would also let you change out lando for something else as it would work as the dragapult check. I would also suggest changing weavile out for some other scarfer, such as victini or darm.

One weakness of sun teams is their stealth rock weakness which requires powerful hazard controk. While Mandibuzz is the main remover torkoal should have rapid spin to help, though if you really don't want that I'd suggest yawn over toxic as it can force switches that can keep up momentum. I'd recommend a magic bouncer to keep away the hazards such as Xatu, Espeon, or Hatterene. Hatterene can also act as a special wall in place lando. Solar beam or giga drain over energy ball is an obvious choice.

try blissey over av lando and use scarf lando over weavile, ive been laddering with your team and i think it has potential, other points id like to address have already been stated in previous comments, ie giga/solar over energy ball and torkoal for rapid spin support
