[SET COMMENTS]
Avalugg's absurdly high Defense stat along with a decent Attack stat and its ability Sturdy defines its place in the metagame. Avalugg can make good use of Body Press thanks to its aforementioned high Defense stat, being able to muscle through foes like Galarian Darmanitan, Choice Scarf Dracovish, Excadrill, Hydreigon, and Tyranitar. Icicle Spear reliably takes out foes like Whimsicott; however, it is less reliable against Pokemon like Dragapult. Mirror Coat, in combination with Sturdy and its very low Special Defense, can take almost any special attack at full HP and KO the foe back. Metagame threats that Avalugg can beat thanks to Mirror Coat include Choice Specs Primarina and Dragapult. Heavy Slam takes advantage of Avalugg's high weight, taking down Fairy-types like Sylveon. Earthquake can alternatively be used to take down miscellaneous Electric-, Steel-, and Fire-types like non-Air Balloon variants of physical Zeraora, Aegislash, Chandelure, and Cinderace. Maximum Attack investment helps Avalugg do as much damage as possible, notably helping it take on Sylveon with Heavy Slam, and maximum Defense investment maximizes its physical bulk while also boosting the power of Body Press. An alternative EV spread of 248 HP / 36 Atk / 224 Def alongside an Impish nature allows Avalugg to avoid the 2HKO from Adamant Choice Scarf Dracovish's Fishious Rend and 2HKO it back with Body Press.

Avalugg can be broken through by special attackers with status moves like Sylveon, Aqua Jet Primarina, defensive Rotom-H, and defensive Rotom-W. This means that offensive Pokemon like Choice Band Diggersby, Choice Band Galarian Darmanitan, and Choice Specs Gengar, which can take down the aforementioned threats, are good partners for Avalugg. In return, Avalugg can take down Choice Specs Dragapult and Choice Scarf Dracovish for these teammates. Avalugg also struggles against stall Pokemon that can take hits from it and use their form of recovery to stall out Avalugg's PP. Examples of these Pokemon stall out Avalugg include Galarian Corsola, Corviknight, Mandibuzz, and Milotic. Pokemon that shut down stall threats with Taunt, such as Zeraora and Gyarados, are good partners for Avalugg. Avalugg, in return, can take down Diggersby for these teammates.

Avalugg's absurdly high Defense stat along with a decent Attack stat and its ability Sturdy define its place in the metagame. Body Press on Avalugg makes good use of the aforementioned high Defense stat, being able to muscle through foes like Galarian Darmanitan, Choice Scarf Dracovish, Excadrill, Hydreigon, and Tyranitar. Icicle Spear reliably takes out foes like Mimikyu and Whimsicott and has the chance to hit three or more times and act as a high-Base Power STAB move; however, it is still a roll against Pokemon like Dragapult. Mirror Coat, in combination with Sturdy and its very low Special Defense, can take almost any special attack at full HP and KO back. Metagame threats that Mirror Coat can beat include Choice Specs Primarina, and Choiced Chandelure and Choice Specs Dragapult mirror coat also beats scarf as well, no need to specify just specs since he clarified choiced earlier. Avalanche capitalizes on Avalugg's Sturdy ability and -4 priority to hit a 120 BP STAB move to take down threats, though this is inferior to Icicle Spear except in the realm of reliability. that makes almost no sense just throw the whole sentence away. He's trying to say that Avalanche provides reliably damage, but its reliably low damage, unless you get hit first. However, removing it is the right call, you don't need Pokedex info on how moves work. Avalugg's Sturdy allows it to use a -4 priority move in avalanche with almost no risk of being ohko'ed. <-- That being said, this addition is not needed at all. Avalanche can be used to take down Dragapult I bet it can't beat disable pult maybe you should mention that a more constructive way to address this could have been to simply specify 'Choice Item Dragapult'. and Assault Vest Rhyperior. Earthquake can alternatively be used to take down miscellaneous Electric-, Steel-, and Fire-types like physical Zeraora, Aegislash, and Cinderace. Heavy Slam takes advantage of Avalugg's high weight, and can take down Fairy-types like Choiced Grimmsnarl and Gardevoir. garde traces sturdy and 2hkos thugg. if you were mentioning icicle spear, that'd be a different story. 248 HP and 224 Defense along with an Impish nature allows Avalugg to take three two hits from Adamant Choice Scarf Dracovish's Fishious Rend so it can KO back in two turns using Body Press. (252+ Atk Strong Jaw Dracovish Fishious Rend (170 BP) vs. 248 HP / 224+ Def Avalugg: 166-196 (42.2 - 49.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO damn looks like it can only "take" 2 hits. I'd change it to "survive" to avoid further confusion.) grammar change not necessary, the meaning is understood. Sturdy is used over Own Tempo or Ice Body due to its Special Defense being so low that otherwise it'd just be OHKOed by a lot of the metagame, and this way it can get a hit off. This sentence seems almost entirely unnecessary. Choice Band, though keeping Avalugg locked into one move, boosts its power to great levels and makes it a beast on its physical side.

Avalugg's insanely low Special Defense prevents it from beating Special Attacking threats that it can't Mirror Coat back at or KO with one of its respective moves, so Pokemon like Sylveon, Primarina, and defensive Rotom-H or Rotom-W impose a challenge versus Avalugg. (this is poorly explained. it can ohko all of these mons using mirror coat, but these mons all share a commonality: status moves that either break thugg's sturdy, force mirror coat to take out a sub, or put thugg to sleep) This means that Pokemon like Choice Band Diggersby, Choice Band Galarian Darmanitan, and Choice Specs Gengar, which take down the aforementioned threats, are good partners for Avalugg. In return, Avalugg can take down Dragapult, Curse Mimikyu, and Choice Scarf Dracovish for these teammates. Avalugg also struggles against stall Pokemon that can take hits from Avalugg and use their form of recovery to stall Avalugg's PP. Examples of these Pokemon stall out Avalugg include Galarian Corsola, Corviknight, Mandibuzz, and Milotic. Pokemon that shut down the previously mentioned stall, such as Taunt Zeraora and Gyarados, and Choice Specs Dragapult, though unreliable versus Milotic, are good partners for Avalugg. Avalugg, in turn, can take down Mimikyu and Tyranitar for these teammates. (expand on that last sentence. it came out of nowhere and ttar was never even mentioned prior to you not mentioning that the mons you mentioned lost to these two mons. also, ttar doesn't beat zera.)

decently good check, something I would work on is being a bit more direct with conveying the meaning of certain objective statements (i.e. not the stuff that the author has freedom with), so confusion can be avoided when giving advice. Only you know exactly what you are thinking in your head.

pqs implement the stuff I didn't object to, tag me when you do

Avalugg's absurdly high Defense, (AC) stat (capital implies its a stat) along with a decent Attack, (AC) stat and its ability Sturdy define its place in the metagame. Body Press on lets Avalugg makes good use of the aforementioned high Defense stat, being able to letting it muscle through foes like Galarian Darmanitan, Choice Scarf Dracovish, Excadrill, Hydreigon, and Tyranitar. Icicle Spear reliably takes out foes like such as Whimsicott; however, it is less reliable against Pokemon like such as Dragapult. Mirror Coat, in combination with Sturdy and its very low Special Defense, can take almost any special attack at full HP (this sentence should be restructured. the way you have it written now, you imply that it is unable to take certain Special hits from full HP, when in reality the uncertainty is attached to the "and KO back") and KO back. Metagame threats that Mirror Coat can beat include Choice Specs Primarina and Dragapult. Avalanche can be used to take down Choice item Dragapult, and Assault Vest Rhyperior. Earthquake can alternatively be used to take down miscellaneous Electric-, Steel-, and Fire-types like non-Air Balloon variants of physical Zeraora, Aegislash, Chandelure, and Cinderace. Heavy Slam takes advantage of Avalugg's high weight, and can take down Fairy-types like Choiced Band ("item" if Grimmsnarl runs more than one Choice item) Grimmsnarl. 248 HP and 224 Defense along with EVs and an Impish nature allows Avalugg to avoid the 2HKO from Adamant Choice Scarf Dracovish's Fishious Rend so it can and (assuming that the Defense investment and Impish nature let Avalugg get this 2HKO) 2HKO using Body Press.

Avalugg can be broken through beaten ("broken" has other implications) by special attackers with status moves like Sylveon, Aqua Jet Primarina, and defensive Rotom-H or Rotom-W. This means that offensive threats (really you can remove either "threats" or "Pokemon") Pokemon like Choice Band Diggersby, Choice Band Galarian Darmanitan, and Choice Specs Gengar, which take down the aforementioned threats, are good partners for Avalugg. In return, Avalugg can take down Choice Specs Dragapult (RC) and Choice Scarf Dracovish for these teammates. Avalugg also struggles against stall Pokemon that can take hits from Avalugg and use their form of recovery to stall Avalugg's PP. Examples of these Pokemon that stall out Avalugg include Galarian Corsola, Corviknight, Mandibuzz, and Milotic. Pokemon that shut down the previously mentioned stall Pokemon, such as Taunt Zeraora and Gyarados, (AC) are good partners for Avalugg. Avalugg, in turn, can take down Diggersby for these teammates.

Avalugg's absurdly high Defense stat along with a decent Attack stat and its ability Sturdy defines its place in the metagame. Body Press on Avalugg makes Avalugg can make good use of the Body Press thanks to its aforementioned high Defense stat, being able to muscle through foes like Galarian Darmanitan, Choice Scarf Dracovish, Excadrill, Hydreigon, and Tyranitar. Icicle Spear reliably takes out foes like Whimsicott; however, it is less reliable against Pokemon like Dragapult. Mirror Coat, in combination with Sturdy and its very low Special Defense, can take almost any special attack at full HP and KO the foe back. Metagame threats that Mirror Coat Avalugg can beat thanks to Mirror Coat include Choice Specs Primarina and Dragapult. Heavy Slam takes advantage of Avalugg's high weight, and can take taking down Fairy-types like Sylveon. Earthquake can alternatively be used to take down miscellaneous Electric-, Steel-, and Fire-types like non-Air Balloon variants of physical Zeraora, Aegislash, Chandelure, and Cinderace. Max Attack and max Defense is used to improve damage dealt by Icicle Spear, Body Press, and Heavy Slam, especially for Sylveon with regards to Heavy Slam. Maximum Attack investment helps Avalugg do as much damage as possible, notably helping it take on Sylveon with Heavy Slam, and maximum Defense investment maximizes its physical bulk while also boosting the power of Body Press. An alternative EV spread of 248 HP and 224 Defense along with an Impish nature, with the leftover EVs put into Attack, 248 HP / 36 Atk / 224 Def alongside an Impish nature allows Avalugg to avoid the 2HKO from Adamant Choice Scarf Dracovish's Fishious Rend so it can 2HKO using and 2HKO it back with Body Press.

Avalugg can be broken through by special attackers with status moves like Sylveon, Aqua Jet Primarina, and defensive Rotom-H or, (AC) and defensive Rotom-W (assuming this is what you meant). This means that offensive threats Pokemon like Choice Band Diggersby, Choice Band Galarian Darmanitan, and Choice Specs Gengar, which can take down the aforementioned threats, are good partners for Avalugg. In return, Avalugg can take down Choice Specs Dragapult, (RC) and Choice Scarf Dracovish for these teammates. Avalugg also struggles against stall Pokemon that can take hits from Avalugg it and use their form of recovery to stall out Avalugg's PP. Examples of these Pokemon stall out Avalugg include Galarian Corsola, Corviknight, Mandibuzz, and Milotic. Pokemon that shut down the previously mentioned stall Pokemon, such as Taunt Zeraora and Gyarados, (AC) are good partners for Avalugg (does gyarados also run taunt? if so, i'd make that clear as well or change the sentence to something like "Pokemon that can shut down stall Pokemon with Taunt, such as...."). Avalugg, in return, can take down Diggersby for these teammates.
