When equipped with a Choice Band, Roaring Moon becomes a solid wallbreaker in OU, 2HKOing common physical walls such as Toxapex and Garganacl. Earthquake hits Kingambit, Toxapex, and Garganacl. Alternatively, Iron Head can be run to punish Fairy-types such as Tera Fairy Skeledirge, Iron Valiant, and Hatterene. U-turn is used to pivot out of checks such as Great Tusk and Corviknight, gaining momentum for the team. Tera Dark allows Roaring Moon to OHKO Clodsire and Volcarona with Crunch. Alternatively, a Steel Tera type gives it a resistance to Fairy- Ice- and Dragon-, and normal type moves from Iron Valiant, Dragapult, Baxcalibur, opposing Roaring Moon, and Dragonite, while also improving Iron Head's damage output.

Roaring Moon best fits on bulky offense teams, so teammates that can help out with its Fairy-type weakness such as Corviknight and Skeledirge are appreciated, with Corviknight luring in Gholdengo for Roaring Moon to take advantage of. Great Tusk can use Rapid Spin to clear away entry hazards. Garganacl provides Stealth Rock and can use Salt Cure to chip down Rotom-W and Great Tusk, both of which defensively pose a problem for Roaring Moon, and Amoonguss can provide status support with Spore, forcing switches for Roaring Moon to gain momentum. In turn, Roaring Moon can defeat Gholdengo and Toxapex, which opens up the game for teammates such as Volcarona and Iron Valiant. Volcarona can deal with Corviknight, and Kingambit can weaken Great Tusk when paired with Roaring Moon.

Equipped with a Choice Band, Roaring Moon is one of the foremost wallbreakers in OU, being able to 2HKO common physical walls such as Toxapex and Garganacl. Crunch hits Gholdengo and Espathra for super-effective damage, alongside being one of its STAB options. Dragon Claw is run to hit opposing Roaring Moon and Dragonite for super effective damage. Dragon Claw is preferred over outrage as Outrage the latter can be abused forced out by Fairy types such as Hatterene and Iron Valiant to revenge kill Roaring Moon. Earthquake hits Kingambit, Toxpaex, and Garganacl for Super Effective damage, 2HKOing them. Iron Head can be run to punish surprise Fairy types such as Terastalized Skeledirge and Espathra tera fairy skeledirge , choice locked Iron valaint and Hatterene. U-Turn is used to pivot out of disadvantageous matchups such as Great Tusk and to gain momentum for the team. A Dark tera type removes its Dragon and Ice weakness, which makes it better against Dragapult and Chien-Pao. It also powers up simultaneously boosting Crunch, enabling it to OHKO Clodsire ( it gets KOed by eq anyway) and Volcarona while also allowing Roaring Moon to deal significant damage to physical walls like Dondozo . However, a Steel tera type Tera steel can be used over Tera Dark to removes its Fairy, Dragon, and Ice weakness, avoiding OHKOs from Hatterene and Iron Valiant and KOing them back if running with Iron Head or dealing enough damage with Crunch and Earthquake respectively to 2HKO them in return. It also can resists many different attacks common priority moves like Chien-Pao's , Lokix's First Impression and such as Dragonite's Extreme Speed, thus acting as a Backup Check to it.'

Roaring Moon best fits on Bulky Offense, so teammates who can help out with its Fairy-type weaknesses against mons like Iron-Valiant , Breelom , Chien Pao (only fairy ?) such as Amoongus , Corviknight and Tera fairy Skeledirge are highly appreciated. Great Tusk can use Rapid Spin to clear away entry hazards, which gives Roaring Moon more entry points. Garganacl , Garchomp and Glimmora also provides Stealth Rock and spike support which cripples common Roaring Moon checks like Corviknight and Dondozo with the former providing invaluable can use Salt Cure to chip down against Rotom-W and Great Tusk. Amoongus can also provide status support with Spore, forcing switches for Roaring Moon to gain momentum. [write this after the first sentence in this paragraph instead]

Dragon Claw which hits opposing Roaring Moon and Dragonite for super effective damage. Dragon Claw is preferred over Outrage as it can be locked into a move against Fairy types such as Hatterene and Iron Valiant i mean either way, the dragon stab is being blocked. i think this should just be removed bc outrage isnt ever mentioned again. Earthquake hits Kingambit, Toxapex, and Garganacl, 2HKOing them. Alternatively, Iron Head can be run to punish doesn't really punish them as much as it just provides coverage for them Fairy types such as Tera Fairy Skeledirge and the aforementioned Iron Valiant and Hatterene. U-Turn is used to pivot out of checks such as Great Tusk and Corviknight, gaining momentum for the team. Garganacl provides Stealth Rock and can use Salt Cure to chip down Rotom-W and Great Tusk mention why these pokemon in particular are important, and Amoonguss can provide status support with Spore, forcing switches for Roaring Moon to gain momentum. In turn, Roaring Moon can defeat Gholdengo, which threatens Garganacl, and can get rid of Toxapex, which hinders many teams this part doesn't really add up to anything, so perhaps put toxapex with gholdengo and remove the "which threatens garg" and then talk abt why that is important.

Equipped When equipped with a Choice Band, Roaring Moon becomes a solid wallbreaker in OU, being able to 2HKOing common physical walls such as Toxapex and Garganacl. Earthquake hits Kingambit, Toxapex, and Garganacl, 2HKOing them (redundant with prior sentence, maybe just
"2HKOing physical walls such as..." "...with Earthquake." Also, you seem to have skipped discussing the first two moves)
. Alternatively, Iron Head can be run to punish Fairy-types (AH) such as Tera Fairy Skeledirge and the aforementioned Iron Valiant and Hatterene (these were not mentioned at all in this set and each set needs to be independent of others). U-Turn U-turn is used to pivot out of checks such as Great Tusk and Corviknight, gaining momentum for the team. A Dark Tera Type Tera Dark allows Roaring Moon to OHKO Clodsire and Volcarona with Crunch,. (RC, change to period) Alternatively, a Steel Tera type gives it a resistance to Fairy-, (AC) Ice-, (AC) and Dragon-type moves from Iron Valiant, Dragapult, Baxcalibur, and opposing Roaring Moon and improves Iron Head's damage output. On top of this, Tera Steel gives it a resistance to Dragonite's Extreme Speed, acting as a soft check to it. (is there any reason for this not to be in the laundry list of resistances in the prior sentence?)
