Cobalion is a fantastic Choice Scarf user on Steel teams thanks to its excellent Speed tier, letting it outpace threats to Steel teams such as Choice Scarf Charizard, +1 Volcarona, Urshifu-S, and Hydreigon, and KO them with Stone Edge and Close Combat, respectively. Volt Switch allows Cobalion to pivot around on predicted switches, allowing teammates to get in the battle safely. Cobalion is also able to provide utility in Thunder Wave to cripple Pokemon such as Dragapult upon switch-in. Teammates such as Corviknight are able to provide a Ground immunity for Cobalion, and Ferrothorn is able to provide entry hazard support to aid Cobalion in sweeping Fire teams with Stone Edge. Aegislash provides a Fighting immunity to support Cobalion in addition to being able to wallbreak for it. Lastly, Bisharp and Jirachi appreciate Thunder Wave support from Cobalion, as they are able to sweep teams more easily thanks to it.

Volt Switch allows Cobalion to pivot around on predicted switches, (AC) allowing teammates to get into the battle safely. Cobalion is also able to provide utility in Thunder Wave to cripple Pokemon such as Dragapult upon switch-in (AH). Teammates such as Corviknight are able to provide a Ground immunity for Cobalion. (RP), (AC) and (optional) Ferrothorn is able to provide entry hazard support to aid Cobalion in sweeping Fire teams with Stone Edge. Aegislash provides a Fighting immunity to support Cobalion, (RC) in addition to being able to wallbreak for it (if you want to you can list what it can wallbreak as well, since you have enough character i think to do so, completely up to you tho). Lastly, (AC) (optional) Bisharp and Jirachi appreciate Thunder Wave support from Cobalion, (AC) as they are able to sweep teams easier more easily thanks to it.
