[SET COMMENTS]
Krokorok differentiates itself from other offensive Ground-types like Piloswine by being the only one with enough Speed to outspeed the entire unboosted metagame with Choice Scarf. It's a good revenge killer and lead on offensive teams that checks Raboot, Electabuzz, and Metang with Earthquake and sets up Stealth Rock when they switch out. Knock Off removes Eviolite from Earthquake switch-ins like Tangela, Clefairy, and Gurdurr. Stone Edge hits Flying-type and Defog users like Vullaby, Togetic, and Golbat, which usually can sustain Knock Off.

Choice Scarf Krokorok can fulfill different roles depending on what is needed, whether it is to sweep, revenge kill, or set entry hazards. Krokorok will, however, find itself commonly forced out by locking itself in the wrong move or by being unable to get through common physical walls like Golbat, Tangela, and Gurdurr, making special wallbreakers such as Galarian Mr. Mime, Magmar, and Nasty Plot Togetic great partners. Krokorok is also quite frail, making pivots like Thwackey and Electabuzz great partners, and they can also force out Water-types like Wartortle and encourage Steel-types like Klang or Metang to switch in. These partners are also checked by Grass-types, so having Flying- and Fire-types like Golbat, Raboot, and Lampent is greatly appreciated. Krokorok is also greatly pressured by priority users like Piloswine, making physically defensive walls like Tangela, Machoke, and Galarian Corsola pivotal.

Krokorok can also carry Toxic on its sets to better wear down switch-ins like Tangela and Gurdurr.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Gurdurr**: Gurdurr counters both Krokorok set by being able to switch in repeatedly and OHKOing it with STAB attacks. Furthermore, Gurdurr can remove Stealth Rock through Defog.

**Grass-types**: Thwackey and Tangela have no trouble switching into Krokorok and OHKOing it with their STAB attacks.

**Physical Walls**: Clefairy, Machoke, and Charjabug can usually switch into Krokorok multiple times and block its progress.

**Special Wallbreakers**: Lead Krokorok relies on Intimidate and its moderate Speed to secure Stealth Rock, so faster special attackers like Galarian Mr. Mime, Focus Blast Electabuzz, and Magmar can take it out. However, none can switch into Krokorok and greatly fear the Choice Scarf set.

**Revenge Killers**: Pokemon like Choice Scarf Raboot and Shell Smash Wartortle are able to revenge kill Krokorok with strong coverage.

You'd much rather Eviolite/suicide lead Sash to do that role despite the fact this set has mindgames where you can get up Rocks early, it is far less intuitive for the average reader as scarf Krok diffrentiates itself from other Kroks by being able to clean/revenge kill)

Choice Scarf Krokorok differentiates from other offensive Ground-types like Piloswine by being the only one with a Speed tier high enough to outspeed the entire unboosted metagame. With those attributes, Krokorok has found itself a good lead on offensive teams by being able to pressure out a good amount of leads like Raboot, Electabuzz, and Metang allowing it to either wear them down with Earthquake or setting up Stealth Rock. Knock Off enables Krokorok to remove opposing Eviolite of Pokemon it cannot get through with Earthquake directly like Tangela, Clefairy, and Gurdurr. Stone Edge allows it to hit Flying-types in Defog users like Vullaby, Togetic, and Golbat who usually can sustain Knock Off.

This set allows Krokorok to be versatile throughout a game by being able to fulfill different roles depending on what is needed, whether it is to set entry hazards, wallbreak, or sweep sweep, revenge kill, or set entry hazards (this is what Krokorok's main goals are in order imo, i think it isn't great to rely on this as your only Stealth Rock user but situationally you'll use it. Also I wouldn't call Krokorok a wallbreaker since it gets easily walled by fatter stuff). Krokorok will however find itself commonly blocked either by locking itself in the wrong move or not being able to get through common physical walls like Golbat, Tangela, and Gurdurr making special wallbreakers such as Kadabra, Magmar, and Togetic great partners. Krokorok is also quite frail making pivots like Thwackey, Electabuzz, and Pikachu great partners, they can also lure force (lure means you're bringing them in, which grass and electrics dont do vs waters) out Water-types like Wartortle and influence Steel-types like Klang or Metang to switch in.

**Revenge Killers**: Pokemon like Pikachu and Choice Scarf Kadabra Galarian Mr. Mime (Mime at least occasionally uses Scarf) are able to revenge kill Krokorok with strong coverage or priority.

Choice Scarf Krokorok differentiates from other offensive Ground-types like Piloswine by being the only one with a speed tier high enough to outspeed the entire unboosted metagame with Choice Scarf (this makes more sense because the "speed tier" phrase should be where Choice Scarf is mentioned when making claims like outspeeding the entire metagam). With those attributes, Krokorok has found itself a good revenge killer and lead on offensive teams by being able to pressure out a good amount of leads like checking Raboot, Electabuzz, and Metang allowing it to either wear them down with Earthquake or setting up Stealth Rock when they switch out (so this sentence was pretty long and also focused too much on the lead aspect of Krok, of which its Intimidate set does better with anyways. Scarf Krok is first and foremost a revenge killer, so that has to be mentioned. I then retuned the sentence with the revenge killer role in mind). Knock Off enables Krokorok to remove opposing Eviolite of Pokemon it cannot get through with Earthquake directly like Tangela, Clefairy, and Gurdurr. Stone Edge allows it to hit Flying-types in Defog users like Vullaby, Togetic, and Golbat who which usually can sustain Knock Off.

Krokorok is also quite frail making pivots like Thwackey, Electabuzz, and Pikachu great partners, and they can also force out Water-types like Wartortle and influence Steel-types like Klang or Metang to switch in. (Mention that Krokorok with these partners are walled by defensive Grass-types, so add Fire-types like Raboot and Lampent) (When Krokorok is forced out by priority users like Piloswine and Pikachu, it should rely on physical walls like Tangela and Machoke to sponge these attacks) *(This was only 3 sentences long, so I beefed it up with two points that address scarf krok's limitations, with its priority weakness being a huge one)

Checks and Counters
===================

**Gurdurr**: (Gurdurr is a hard counter to both of Krok's sets. It tanks its attacks, removes SR with Defog, and even when low on HP it can still revenge kill with Mach Punch. Essentially, it's hard for Krok to make meaningful progress against Gurdurr, which puts this counter in a league of its own)

**Grass-types**: Thwackey and Tangela have no trouble switching into Krokorok and OHKOing it with their STAB attacks.

**Physical Walls**: Gurdurr, Piloswine, Clefairy, Machoke, and Charjabug can usually switch into Krokorok multiple times and block its momentum. Gurdurr can also remove entry hazards making Krokorok's job much more difficult. (Gurdurr moved to above. Also, Pilo isn't exactly a physical wall, and Machoke is a better counter anyways)

**Revenge Killers**: Pokemon like Pikachu and Focus Sash Kadabra are able to revenge kill Krokorok with strong coverage or priority.
