[SET COMMENTS]

Choice Scarf Urshifu-S primarily seeks to use its key STAB moves in Close Combat and Wicked Blow to defeat Pokemon like Choice item Porygon-Z, Galarian Darmanitan, Dragapult, and Slowbro. Fling, when coupled with Bulk Up, allows Urshifu-S to bypass stall Pokemon like Chansey and Galarian Corsola as well as Sturdy Pokemon like Crustle. 252 Attack EVs maximize Urshifu-S's damage output and let it knock out Choice Scarf Gardevoir with Wicked Blow. Unseen Fist is a unique ability that allows Urshifu-S to combat Torment and Protect users like Skarmory, Steelix, and non-Close Combat Aegislash. Maximum Speed investment lets Urshifu-S outspeed opposing Choice Scarf users such as Porygon-Z and Galarian Darmanitan and gives it a good chance against opposing Choice Scarf Urshifu-S.

Urshifu-S's job will mainly be to lure in slower Pokemon and use its STAB moves to deal with them. Against stall Pokemon like Chansey and Galarian Corsola, Urshifu-S should use Fling turn one to get rid of its Choice Scarf so it can start setting up on them with Bulk Up and break through with Wicked Blow. Against Crustle, use Fling turn one, as it is most likely carrying Counter, and then use Bulk Up until Urshifu-S reaches +2 to knock it out with Wicked Blow. Close Combat is notable for defeating most Porygon-Z variants; however, defensive Chople Berry variants can tank a Close Combat and knock out Urshifu-S with Hyper Beam. Similarly, Kyurem can opt to run a Chople Berry set and OHKO Urshifu-S with Draco Meteor. Choice Specs Magnezone can defeat Urshifu-S, using its Sturdy ability to tank its hits and OHKO it with Hyper Beam. Wicked Blow, while being notorious for dealing with Ghost-types, has a hard time against physical variants of Aegislash, as it can boost its attack and use Close Combat to defeat Urshifu-S. Choice Specs Magnezone is a fantastic partner for Urshifu-S, acting as a check to the many Water- and Fairy-types in the tier like Urshifu-R, Primarina, and Sylveon. In return, Urshifu-S can deal with stall Pokemon like Chansey and Galarian Corsola. Having answers to physically offensive Pokemon like Rillaboom, Choice Band Dracovish, and Zeraora is appreciated. Substitute Volcarona is a suitable partner because of this, using its Swarm ability and Petaya Berry to break through them. Crustle also fits this criteria, preventing Dracovish from beating it one-on-one via Counter.

Choice Scarf Urshifu primarily seeks to use its key STAB moves in Close Combat and Wicked Blow to defeat Pokemon like Choice-itemed Porygon-Z, Galarian Darmanitan, Dragapult, and Slowbro. Fling, when coupled with Bulk Up, allows Urshifu to bypass stall Pokemon like Snorlax, Chansey, and Galarian Corsola as well as Sturdy Pokemon like Crustle. (Snorlax matchup is reliant on guessing the set so I don't like that example much. It would be ideal if you could find a different example.) 252 EVs in Attack maximizes damage output and also allows Urshifu to knock out Gardevoir with Wicked Blow. (Just added that little bit since you only need 240 to OHKO Gardevoir.) Unseen Fist is a unique ability for Urshifu that allows Urshifu to combat Torment and Protect users like Skarmory, Steelix, and non-Close Combat Aegislash. 240 Spe lets Urshifu outspeed opposing Choice Scarf users such as Porygon-Z and Galarian Darmanitan. Timid Choice Scarf Porygon-Z and Choice Scarf Galarian Darmanitan. The rest is invested in HP to maximize its survival chances.

Similarly, Kyurem can opt to run a Chople Berry set and OHKO with Draco Meteor. Choice Specs Magnezone can defeat Urshifu, using its Sturdy ability to tank its hits and OHKO with Hyper Beam. Wicked Blow, while being notorious for dealing with Ghost-types has a hard time against Aegislash, being able to bulk its attack and using Sacred Sword Close Combat to defeat it. Choice Specs Magnezone is a fantastic partner for Urshifu, acting as a check to the many Water- and Fairy-types in the tier like Primarina, Urshifu-R, and Sylveon. In return, Urshifu can deal with stall Pokemon like Snorlax, (same comment as before) Chansey, and Galarian Corsola. Having answers to physically offensive Pokemon like Rillaboom, Choice Band Dracovish, and Zeraora, are appreciated. Substitute Volcarona is a suitable partner because of this, using its Swarm ability + Petaya to break through them, as well as other Pokemon like Crustle.

Fling, when coupled with Bulk Up, allows Urshifu to bypass stall Pokemon like Chansey and Galarian Corsola as well as Sturdy Pokemon like Crustle. 252 EVs in Attack maximizes damage output and lets Urshifu knock out Choice Scarf Gardevoir (stall sets usually run a decent amt of bulk) with Wicked Blow. (reword this it sounds like volcarona can beat crustle)
