[SET COMMENTS]
This Porygon-Z set functions as a menacing wallbreaker due to Nasty Plot and a terrifying Adaptability-boosted STAB move in Hyper Beam. Nasty Plot boosts Porygon-Z's Special Attack to astronomical levels, letting it power through walls like Arcanine, Chansey, Corviknight, and Slowbro. Hyper Beam is Porygon-Z's strongest STAB move and can OHKO certain Pokemon without a boost, such as non-Unnerve Haxorus and Rillaboom. Eerie Impulse, when used with Recover, allows Porygon-Z to break through Primarina and Choice Specs Magnezone. 132 EVs in HP and 252 EVs in Defense alongside Chople Berry allow Porygon-Z to survive a Close Combat from Choice Band Urshifu-R, with Bold beating Adamant variants and Modest only beating Jolly variants, as well as an Outrage from Choice Band Mold Breaker Haxorus. 72 EVs in Speed are run to outspeed non-Jolly Corviknight as well as Pokemon like Choice Specs Modest Magnezone and bulky Rillaboom. The rest is put into Special Attack to maximize damage output. Alternatively, Porygon-Z can run Electroweb instead of Eerie Impulse and a spread of 92 HP / 252 Def / 28 SpA / 136 Spe to beat Choice Band Sawk and Avalugg while outspeeding Choice Band Adamant Dracovish. Another spread it can use is 184 HP / 248 Def / 32 SpA / 44 Spe with Speed Swap and Uproar replacing Eerie Impulse and Recover to reliably defeat Zeraora, stall Rotom-A, and Substitute users like Whimsicott.

You want to think carefully when using this Porygon-Z set, as it has many matchups requiring specific play. Against Primarina, Porygon-Z should always use Eerie Impulse immediately to survive the possible Choice Specs Hydro Cannon. If it is an Assault Vest or Chilan Berry variant, Porygon-Z only needs to use Eerie Impulse until it's at -4, heal off damage taken shortly afterwards, Nasty Plot till at least +4, and OHKO with Hyper Beam. To figure out whether the Primarina is Choice Specs or not, if -2 Hydro Cannon deals 58% of damage or more against the standard EV spread, that indicates that it is using Choice Specs, so you can end the battle after one use of Nasty Plot instead of two. Against Choice Specs Magnezone, the same process comes into play; however, you do not need to set up with Nasty Plot, as Hyper Beam 2HKOes. Against stall Arcanine, use Nasty Plot once, as +1 Hyper Beam OHKOes even if they use Snarl. Usually, you will use Hyper Beam first against particular Pokemon that aren't naturally specially defensive, such as Choice Scarf Galarian Darmanitan and non-Unnerve Choice Band Haxorus. Porygon-Z appreciates Chilan Berry Primarina as a partner, which handles wallbreakers like opposing Choice item Porygon-Z, Choice Band Galarian Darmanitan, and Shell Smash Crustle. In return, Porygon-Z can deal with specially defensive Pokemon like Chansey, Slowbro, and Goodra. Porygon-Z is relatively frail even with this set's bulkier spread and cannot take many hits; thus, bulkier partners such as Magnezone and Arcanine are appreciated. Having partners that can take on Ghost-types like Dragapult, Galarian Corsola, and Gengar is imperative, as Porygon-Z has no moves capable of hitting them. Dark-types like Mandibuzz and Taunt Incineroar help alleviate this weakness. In return, Porygon-Z can handle one of their biggest issues: Urshifu-R.

[SET COMMENTS]

This set functions as a menacing wallbreaker for its access to Nasty Plot and a terrifying Adaptability boosted STAB move in Hyper Beam. Nasty Plot boosts Porygon’s Special Attack to astronomical levels powering through walls like Arcanine, Chansey, Slowbro, and Skarmory. (You get taunted, tormented, and Roost stalled.) Hyper Beam is Porygon-Z’s strongest STAB move, capable of OHKOing majority of the metagame when boosted by Adaptability certain Pokemon without a boost such as Haxorus, Rillaboom and Salazzle. Eerie Impulse, when used with Recover, allows Porygon-Z to break through Primarina and Choice Specs Magnezone. 132 EVs in HP and 252 Def into Defense alongside Chople Berry allows Porygon-Z to survive a Close Combat from Urshifu-R, while 72 Speed is run to outspeed Modest Choice Specs Magnezone. The rest is put into Special Attack, to maximize damage output. Alternatively, Porygon-Z can run Electroweb instead of Eerie Impulse and run 92 HP / 252 Def / 28 SpA / 136 Spe with a Bold Nature (If the nature doesn't change we assume it carries over) to beat Choice Band Sawk and Avalugg, while outspeeding Adamant Choice Band Dracovish. Or, you can opt to run 184 HP / 248 Def / 32 SpA / 44 Spe with a Bold Nature and using Speed Swap and Uproar in replacement of Eerie Impulse and Recover to reliably defeat Zeraora, stall Rotom-A Rotom-W, and stall Rotom-H (Rotom-A includes all forms. It's obvious that Wash and Heat are the only relevant examples, but this way we include both without needing to stretch it out.) as well as Substitute users like Whimsicott.

You want to think carefully when using this Porygon-Z set, as it has many matchups in which it will need to be played out correctly. Against Primarina, Porygon-Z should always use Eerie Impulse immediately to survive the possible Choice Specs Hydro Cannon. If -2 Hydro Cannon Primarina deals 62% of damage or more, that indicates that it is using Choice Specs and thus you should end the battle as quickly as possible to avoid losing to a critical hit. Recover should be used on turn 2 while Primarina has to recharge, followed Nasty Plot on turn 3 as you are guaranteed to live another hit. From this position you can use Hyper Beam to KO Primarina, but if you miss then be sure to use Recover the following turn as they click Hydro Cannon, since your chances of missing Hyper Beam are higher than their chances of landing a critical hit. Against any other primarina set, Porygon-Z only needs to use Eerie Impulse until it’s at -4, then Recover the damage taken shortly afterwards; once they are at -6 and you’re at a good enough health, (this is too broad; specify the health you want to sit at) Nasty Plot till at least +4 as not even Chilan Berry or Assault Vest Primarina can live a Hyper Beam at +4. Against Choice Specs Magnezone, the same process comes into play, however, you do not need to setup with Nasty Plot as Hyper Beam 2HKOes. Do not setup further against Primarina and Choice Specs Magnezone as it only gives more chances to land critical hits or in Magnezone’s case a potential paralysis which detriments Porygon-Z’s chances of winning. Against stall Arcanine, use Nasty Plot twice as there is a possibility that they running a defensive set with Snarl or Confide (Confide isn't relevant anymore) and if they are then +1 Hyper Beam OHKOes Arcanine. Usually, you will use Hyper Beam against particular Pokemon that aren’t naturally specially defensive like Urshifu-S, Choice Scarf Galarian Darmanitan, and non-Unnerve Choice Band Haxorus. Porygon-Z appreciates backup from Chilan Berry Primarina as it can handle other wallbreakers like opposing Choice-itemed Porygon-Z, Choice Band Galarian Darmanitan, and Shell Smash Crustle. In return, Porygon-Z can deal with specially defensive Pokemon like Chansey, Slowbro, and Goodra. Porygon-Z is relatively frail even with the additional bulk and cannot take many hits; thus, bulkier partners such as Magnezone and Arcanine are appreciated. (Make a new point somewhere about how you're completely walled by Ghost-types such as Galarain-Corsola (PP stalls you lol), Dragapult, and Gengar as well as options to alleviate this weakness.)
great job with the new formatting, tag me when implemented and i'll give it another look

Against Primarina, Porygon-Z should always Eerie Impulse immediately to survive the possible Choice Specs Hydro Cannon. If -2 Hydro Cannon Primarina deals 62% 58% of damage or more -2 252+ SpA Primarina Hydro Cannon vs. 132 HP / 0 SpD Porygon-Z: 168-198 (48.8 - 57.5%) -- 94.1% chance to 2HKO, that indicates that it is using Choice Specs and thus you should end the battle as quickly as possible to avoid losing to a critical hit can end the battle after one use of Nasty Plot, instead of two. 0 SpA Primarina Hydro Cannon vs. 132 HP / 0 SpD Porygon-Z on a critical hit: 375-442 (109 - 128.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO specs don't make a difference. Also, specs can be run with defensive and deal less than 62% on attack. Recover should be used on turn 2 while Primarina has to recharge, followed by Nasty Plot on turn 3 as you are guaranteed to live another hit. From there, you can use Hyper Beam to KO Primarina, but if you miss then be sure to use Recover the following turn as they click Hydro Cannon, since your chances of missing Hyper Beam are much higher than their chances of landing a critical hit. AV/Chilan are the better Prima sets, I would move this to the top, and then add the point about taking one less turn against Choice Specs. Against Choice Specs Magnezone, the same process comes into play, however, you do not need to setup with Nasty Plot as Hyper Beam 2HKOes. Against stall Arcanine, use Nasty Plot once as +1 Hyper Beam OHKOes if they use Snarl. This set functions as a menacing wallbreaker due to its access to (because Pokemon have access, not sets) Nasty Plot and a terrifying Adaptability(AH)-boosted STAB move in Hyper Beam. Nasty Plot boosts Porygon’s Porygon-Z's Special Attack to astronomical levels powering(AC), letting it power through walls like Arcanine, Chansey, Corviknight, and Slowbro. Hyper Beam is Porygon-Z(AA)'s strongest STAB move(RC), capable of OHKOing and can OHKO (flow with later added comma) certain Pokemon without a boost(AC), such as non-Unnerve Haxorus and Rillaboom. Eerie Impulse, when used with Recover, allows Porygon-Z to break through Primarina and Choice Specs Magnezone. 132 EVs in HP and 252 into (subjective - flow) Defense alongside Chople Berry allows Porygon-Z to survive a Close Combat from Choice Band Urshifu-R, with Bold beating Adamant variants and Modest only beating Jolly variants, alongside as well as an Outrage from Choice Band Mold Breaker Haxorus while(AP). 72 Speed is run to outspeed speedy Corviknight(RC), as well as Pokemon like Modest Choice Specs Magnezone and bulky Rillaboom. The rest is put into Special Attack(RC), to maximize damage output. Alternatively, Porygon-Z can run Electroweb instead of Eerie Impulse and a spread of 92 HP / 252 Def / 28 SpA / 136 Spe to beat Choice Band Sawk and Avalugg(RC), and outspeed while outspeeding Adamant Choice Band Dracovish. Another spread you it can use is 184 HP / 248 Def / 32 SpA / 44 Spe with Speed Swap and Uproar in replacement of replacing (subjective - awkwardness) Eerie Impulse and Recover to reliably defeat Zeraora, stall Rotom-A, and Substitute users like Whimsicott.
