Survivor Circus Survivor Season IV: WON BY DLE, EPISODIC RECAP IN DISCORD READ OP

Task 5: Race!
Find the SHORTEST path from Eponym (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eponym) to Probit (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Probit) to Shiba Inu (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shiba_Inu) to Han Hong (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Han_Hong_(singer)) to Dr. Pimple Popper (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sandra_Lee_(dermatologist)) in a wikipedia race. Follow rules for Wikipedia racing, so you may only click on blue links in the article. You cannot use the sidebars, the category bars, the special:allpages page, the See Also links, or the Navigation, Interaction, or Toolbox links. However, the “What Links Here” page is fair game for the purposes of planning your route.

Submission of this challenge will be as follows: A survivor may at any time post the TOTAL NUMBER OF PAGES YOUR PATH TRAVELS THROUGH, including the endpoints. Do not post the path that you have found. The opposing tribe has 30 minutes starting immediately to post a path that is shorter (i.e. travels through strictly fewer links). Once those 30 minutes have elapsed, the original poster or someone else on their tribe are required to post their path within 2 hours, starting immediately.

To illustrate:

A survivor from tribe A posts the number 30 at 8:30am. The opposing tribe has until 9:00 am to post a path (including endpoints) that is shorter than 30 links. This means posting 30 ordered links to wikipedia pages, each one having a link in the body to the next.

If the opposing tribe does this, then they win the task. If they fail to do this, then tribe A has until 11:00 am to post a path (including endpoints) that is 30 links or shorter.

Task 6: Movies, Pt II
Name the two major blockbuster movies that these screenshots were taken from respectively. Each tribe can enter one submission for this challenge every 15 minutes: submissions that fall within 15 min of the last will not count. First survivor to name both movies correctly in this thread wins a point for their tribe.

Task 7: Exponents
You walk into a Pokemon Casino and sit down at a table. A man with a coin case sits in front of you and offers the following game. The case has an integer value of casino coins between 1 and 50,000, drawn from a uniform distribution. You may guess the number of casino coins in the briefcase, and if you get the number right exactly then you will win all of the coins. After each incorrect guess, the man will tell you if your guess is too high or too low. You have only 15 guesses in total. If you guess incorrectly 15 times, then you lose and therefore win nothing.

What should your first guess be? How high can the entry fee be to this game so that a risk neutral perfect strategist is willing to play?

First survivor to submit the correct answer wins a point for their tribe.

Please note: hal didn't say what the answer for this is, and also didn't write it down anywhere. I CBA to solve this, so he's checking it when he's back. Make sure to submit answers for this though, i'll make him look at them in order of submission. Submission rules are the same as they are in question 6: up to 1 submission every 15 minutes.

i'm locking tribe vullaby's submission at 21.

tribe vullaby submits 21. tribe rufflet has 30 minutes to submit a path going through all five endpoints (endpoitns included), that is 20 or fewer links.
