[OVERVIEW]
Clawitzer is a powerful wallbreaker in PU due to its high Special Attack and a good variety of coverage options that are boosted by its ability, Mega Launcher. It also has decent enough bulk to not easily be revenge killed. However, Clawitzer is held back by its base 59 Speed, allowing it to be outsped by threats such as Virizion and Heliolisk as well as other powerful wallbreakers such as Passimian. This combined with recoil from Life Orb or a misprediction if running Choice Specs and being vulnerable to all forms of entry hazards can leave Clawitzer easily overwhelmed if in a weakened state.

[SET]
name: Wallbreaker
move 1: Scald / Water Pulse
move 2: Ice Beam
move 3: Dark Pulse
move 4: Aura Sphere / U-turn
item: Life Orb / Choice Specs
ability: Mega Launcher
nature: Modest / Timid
evs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Scald allows Clawitzer to hit for respectable damage while also having a chance to cripple physical attackers with a burn, but Water Pulse can be used for a stronger STAB option that is also boosted by Mega Launcher. Dark Pulse deals with Jellicent, which Clawitzer struggles with otherwise, while Aura Sphere helps hit Pokemon such as Heliolisk, Silvally-Steel, and Scrafty, OHKOing the former and 2HKOing the latter two respectively. However, U-turn can used instead of Aura Sphere in conjunction with Choice Specs, as Clawitzer can force switches and gain momentum for a teammate to safely come in. Pokemon like Heliolisk, Rotom, and Talonflame that can provide momentum for Clawitzer to safely get in make for great partners. Talonflame can also help deal with Grass-types such as Virizion and Whimsicott as well as Toxicroak, while Clawitzer can deal with Regirock and Gigalith for Talonflame. Setup sweepers such as Ribombee that can capitalize on Clawitzer's wallbreaking capabilities are also good teammates.

[OVERVIEW]
Clawitzer carves a niche in the PU metagame by acting as a powerful wallbreaker backed by its base 120 Special Attack and a good variety of coverage options which is are boosted by its ability, Mega Launcher. It also has decent bulk would rather "enough bulk" or something, this thing's so frail, allowing Clawitzer to shrug off similarly, "tank a hit" or something and not shrug off hits from pokemon such as Weezing if need be. However, Clawitzer is held back by its base 59 Speed, allowing it to be outsped by threats such as Virizion and Rotom yeah but not even just fast things, should emphasize more it's outsped by like the entire offensive meta. This combined with recoil from Life Orb or a misprediction if running Choice Specs combined with being vulnerable to all forms of entry hazards can leave Clawitzer easy to revenge kill if it is weakened enough it's always easy to revenge kill, more like "easy to revenge kill or play around". would like a bit more emphasis on it being a risky choice. hard to directly switch in and needs to be playing on point

I rarely want to explain basic STAB but hitting the difference between scald and water pulse seems like a reasonable thing to explain Ice Beam helps against Grass- and Dragon types such as Virizion and Druddigon which resists Clawitzer's Water-STAB as well as being its best move to hit Toxicroak. Dark Pulse deals with Psychic- and Ghost-types like Mesprit and Jellicent, and Aura Sphere helps hit pokemon such as Vanilluxe Vanilluxe is not a mon you struggle to deal damage to lol, doesn't need a mention compared to, say, OHKOing Heliolisk, Silvally-Steel, and Scrafty, OHKOing the former and 2HKOing the latter two, respectively. U-turn can used instead in conjunction with Choice Specs, as Clawitzer can force switches and it can gain momentum for a teammate to safely come in. Pokemon that can provide momentum for Clawitzer to safely get in makes for great partners. Heliolisk, Rotom, and Talonflame are solid options. The former two appreciates Clawitzer dealing with Ground-types such as Piloswine whereas Clawitzer appreciates them switching into Electric attacks are you really switching Heliolisk into offensive electrics? idts. Talonflame can help deal with Grass-types such as Virizion and Whimsicott as well as deal with Toxicroak while Clawitzer can deal with Regirock and Gigalith for Talonflame. Setup sweepers that can capitalize on Clawitzer's wallbreaking capabilities such as Ribombee also makes for a good partner as well. Entry hazard support from Pokemon such as Mesprit and Druddigon also aid Clawitzer in functioning as a wallbreaker. Druddigon can provide additional support with Glare, crippling faster threats to Clawitzer which it can then outspeed.

Clawitzer carves a niche in the PU metagame by acting as a powerful wallbreaker backed by its base 120 Special Attack (no dex info, unless it's the speed n it's relevant. also, it's not a good wallbreaker backed by its high spa, it's a good wallbreaker because of its high spa and other traits) and a good variety of coverage options which are boosted by its ability, Mega Launcher. It also has enough bulk to tank hits from pokemon such as Weezing if need be. (would be better to mention how its bulk makes it somewhat hard to revenge kill imo) However, Clawitzer is held back by its base 59 Speed, allowing it to be outsped by threats such as Virizion and Rotom as well as other powerful wallbreakers such as Passimian. This combined with recoil from Life Orb or a misprediction if running Choice Specs combined with being vulnerable to all forms of entry hazards can leave Clawitzer easy to revenge kill or play around. (it's rly not that easy to play around, like unless they have a water immunity u can usually just click water pulse / scald)
