Claydol Smogon Moveset Ideas?

Hi Im new here on the forums and i noticed Claydol didn't have a move set yet,and was wondering if i could make one

Claydol @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 22 Def / 116 SpA / 22 SpD / 96 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psychic
- Earth Power
- Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin

I call it EYE GUY speed spinner,anyone else have any good ideas,if im doing this wrong you guys can take it down
