I would rephrase these sentences to be more clear: Speed Boost allows Combusken to set up Swords Dance or attack while getting steadily faster, making it a deadly cleaner. Protect is useful to increase its own Speed when with only one boost after the Swords Dance is not enough. Flare Blitz is preferred over other Fire-type moves because of its BP and last move is open to Brick Break for STAB hitting Piloswine and Galarian Linoone or Thunder Punch for coverage against Water-type Pokemon such as Wartortle and Mareanie. The EVs are meant to maximize its Speed and Attack. Another niche option would be to run Life Orb over Eviolite which decrease its longevity but it helps picking up the 2HKOs against Mareanie and Wartortle.

Grass-type Pokemon such as Roselia and Tangela as well as Electabuzz help Combusken against Water-type Pokemon such as Wartortle, Marshtomp, and Mareanie that can threaten it, even though Thunder Punch can hit supereffectively the former and the latter. Roselia can also set up Spikes which might be useful weakening down foes. If Combusken runs Thunder Punch, then it is quite walled by Gabite. Other Ground-type Pokemon such as Piloswine also threaten Combusken but they rely on whether Combusken runs Brick Break or not. Clefairy pairs well with Combusken as it is able to stall them and set up their own Stealth Rock that will help Combusken weakening down opponent's Pokemon. Hazards are also annoying for Combusken as it runs Eviolite. Entry hazard removals such as Hattrem, Vullaby, Gurdurr, and Wartortle can be helpful for that.

Even though Combusken shines as a physical attacker because of access to Swords Dance, its Special Attak is decent enough with the same value as its Atk. However, its movepool for the special part is limited and it is normally used to lure common walls. Flamethrower is chosen over Fire Blast for reliability. The Protect and Toxic combo allows Combusken to spam Toxic and weaken the opponent's walls such as Galarian Corsola and Gurdurr while it gets Leftovers passive recovery. Substitute is normally the last move as it improves even more its luring capability and the HP invested in the Substitute is recovered from Leftovers. Focus Blast is a good option against threats like Piloswine and Zweilous. Combusken is also a good option for speed control and late-game cleaner thanks to the combination of Protect and Speed Boost. The EVs are meant to optimize Speed and Special Attack.

Because Combusken does not run Eviolite it pairs well with general tanks such as Galarian Corsola and Clefairy. Grass-type Pokemon such as Roselia and Tangela as well as Electabuzz help Combusken against Water-type Pokemon such as Wartortle, Marshtomp, and Mareanie that can threaten it. The former can also set up Spikes which might be useful weakening down foes. Specifically, both Marshtomp and Mareanie are completely counters to this set. Piloswine also threatens Combusken with Earthquake and Stealth Rock but needs to be careful about Focus Blast. Other Ground-type Pokemon such as Gabite that can run RestTalk sets also sits in front of Combusken and they can even set up Stealth Rock. Clefairy pairs well with Combusken as it is able to stall them and set up their own Stealth Rock that will help Combusken weakening down opponent's Pokemon. Combusken is also partly stopped by Lampent, which can threaten Combusken back with Shadow Ball or Psychic. Hazards setters that can set up Spikes such as Roselia and Ferroseed are also annoying for Combusken. Entry hazard removals such as Hattrem, Vullaby, Gurdurr, and Wartortle can be helpful for that.

Combusken has a decent Atk that gets it boosted with Swords Dance while its Speed is also increasing because of Speed Boost. This means that with only one proper turn Combusken can become a scary wallbreaker/cleaner. I would rephrase these sentences to be more clear: Speed Boost allows Combusken to set up Swords Dance or attack while getting steadily faster, making it a deadly cleaner. Protect is useful to increase its own Speed when with only one boost after the Swords Dance is not enough. Flare Blitz is preferred over other Fire-type moves because of its BP and last move is open to Brick Break for STAB instead of listing it as STAB, list targets to what brick break hits or Thunder Punch for coverage against Water-type Pokemon such as Wartortle and Mareanie. The EVs are meant to maximize its Spe and Atk. If you want, you could make an offhanded mention about Life Orb picking up the 2HKOs with Mareanie and Wartortle, which is something Eviolite can't accomplish.

Gabite also threatens Combusken with Earthquake and Stealth Rock remove this sentence, redundant. If Combusken runs Thunder Punch, then it is quite walled by Gabite. Other Ground-type Pokemon such as Piloswine also threaten Combusken but they rely on whether Combusken runs Brick Break or not not too sure on piloswine, it gets worn down quickly and unlike gabite/marshtomp, it's weak to both of its STABs.

Combusken is also partly stopped by Lampent, which can threaten Combusken back with Shadow Ball or Psychic. Hazards, mainly Spikes, are also annoying for Combusken. Include more info about these hazard setters. “Hazard setters like A and B” Entry hazard removals such as Hattrem, Vullaby, Gurdurr, and Wartortle can be helpful for that.

Grammar things: For analyses, you want the full name of stats (HP is an exception), so instead of Atk, Def, SpA, SpD, and Spe, you’d want Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed, respectively.
