Done Copiable Roomfaq output for room staff

Have /rfaq show staff the entry used to make the rfaq in the same way /events view (example below) and /staffintro displays it for staff. Would save a bit of inconveniencing for having to retype or copy and paste (which doesn't cover hyperlinks or any other formatting) the entire rfaq just to update it.

Pretty sure this already exists? /roomfaq <topic> seems to show the command used to add the FAQ for the topic for me?

I think you have to have sufficient authority in the room. As a room owner in VGC, I can see the /addfaq command for any of our roomfaqs, but I can't do the same for the Help room, which I only have room moderator in.

Oops my bad, forgot to change the permission check for this when letting roommods create/edit/delete rfaqs. Fixed in https://github.com/Zarel/Pokemon-Showdown/commit/7bbec56c33e9371794fb73f1f1623d6ae3dd88d2
