re: people that were in the auction that shouldn't have been in the auction

CrashinBoomBang originally signed up for only ADV UU, and upon learning that ADV UU was not included in Coronavirus Premier League's tiers, told someone to tell the host (me) to delete his post. This was shortly before the auction so I didn't get around to deleting his signup, so he was able to be nominated and bought. Someone did nominate him and he was bought, but the auction was stopped and then undone, with managers instructed not to nominate CrashinBoomBang. For their last pick, the COVID-19GHTs nominated CrashinBoomBang and I was not around.

Sorry for the confusion, but that nomination should not have been made and the auction should have been undone. This decision is the undo, just a day late. CrashinBoomBang will be sold back for 3k and the COVID-19GHTs will be able to pick up another player from the undrafted pool.

Edit: COVID-19GHTS have picked up Ophion for 3k.

Along a similar vein, rozes' signup post should've been deleted when he decided to manage. He is removed from the Siphylis Sigilyphs.

roman and yay made contact but never scheduled a time. roman was available for a chunk of time a couple hours removed from the deadline and then yay was available for a chunk of time closer to the deadline, but they weren't able to get the series completed. Although rounds are shortened to a day long, I still need a scheduled time to give activity. Neither team is interested in substituting. Dead game.

I was in a bit of a rush when I posted today's round so I haven't gotten an opportunity to get around to this.

Today, Arena Trap was banned from OU by suspect test. This happened before the thread was posted, so it'll take effect for Day 5 of CPL. Arena Trap is not allowed from this point on.

re: CBU vs Tony
Not the cleanest case. Because rounds are 1 day long, activity works a little different than it does in regular tournaments, but the fundamentals are the same. Barring the simplest case where one party simply doesn't respond to the other, in order for activity, you need a scheduled time and you need evidence that you were there and your opponent wasn't. This doesn't seem apparent in CBU vs Tony, where Tony responded to CBU's activity message two minutes after it was made. At worst, this seems like a miscommunication, which I can't give activity for. Dead game.

blarghlfarghl and mncmt scheduled for 9 pm GMT-3, though blarghlfarghl stated that he would be finishing up dinner and asked for the time to be "a bit flexible". mncmt was on at that time and tagged blarghlfarghl at 7:09 PM. blarghlfarghl did not respond until 8:23 PM. While blarghlfarghl asked for a little bit of flexibility, being over an hour late doesn't qualify. Activity to mncmt.

I've received additional information, and have decided to award activity to CBU. There were some prior details that mitigate what I called a "miscommunication" and make it more favorable on CBU's end. Still maintaining that it's not the cleanest case though.
