wouldst thou like to live fergaliciously?
[OVERVIEW]
- a fantastic bulk up set and access to tailwind give corviknight two separate niches
- good defensive typing and above average bulk
- checks for either set are essentially the same, so not hard to be neutralized
- tailwind set can sometimes be deadweight once tailwind is up; corv doesn't threaten a whole lot of things without a bulk up boost
- pretty much neutralized by increasingly popular burn

[SET COMMENTS]
Set Description
========
- Bulk Up to boost attack/defense
- Brave Bird is strongest STAB option
- Body Press has great coverage with brave bird and takes advantage of the defense boost from bulk up
- Roost to stay healthy
- Leftovers more valuable than pinch/sitrus because you'll probably be on the field for a long time
- Max/max careful because you're going to be boosting your already better defense anyway
- Mirror Armor >>> Pressure
========
- Prioritize staying healthy with Roost, the best way to beat BU corv is to chip it into range for a bigger attack and Roost can prevent that
- Try not to start setting up until you're confident you can win with it or you might just be wasting turns
- Can be used as a pivot before you start setting up, has some very good resistances and bulk and can roost off any incurred damage
========
- ways to eliminate electric types
- grounds like excadrill (specifically mold breaker for rotoms), rhyperior, mudsdale
- ways to eliminate fire types
- grounds also work here
- waters like rotom-w, gyarados
- ways to deter status
- taunt, safeguard, follow me

[SET COMMENTS]
Set Description
========
- Brave Bird strong
- Body Press good coverage with BB, great check to sand
- Iron Head ok as neutral stab option, better than body press if you're planning on maxing Corviknight
- Tailwind
- Roost
- Survives Life Orb Thunderbolt from timid rotoms, outspeeds adamant scarf dracovish in tailwind, dump defense
- Sitrus to stay healthy (could be pinch berry maybe?)
Usage Tips
========
- bulky enough to set tailwind multiple times so don't be afraid to roost frequently
- try to keep it around until you no longer need the speed advantage, especially if it's your main/only method of speed control
- can use brave bird to knock yourself into berry range
- does some solid damage with brave bird, especially against frailer/flying-weak targets, so can be used to prime KOs or finish off
Team Options
========
- mons with good speed tiers for tailwind
- same electric/fire answers as above but emphasize the ones with good speed
[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============
- U-turn
- Gmax to clear screens/hazards if your team doesn't need airstream
- Taunt
- Lum on Bulk Up set
Checks and Counters
===================
**Electric-types**:
- the rotoms, dracozolt
**Fire-types**:
- arcanine (physical has to be wary of mirror armor), rotom-h, torkoal
- wisp arcanine, wisp rotoms, wisp dragapult
- hit corv's weaker defense + the one the bulk up set won't be boosting
- typing lends it to be weak to two of the better special attacking types (fire, electric)
- dragapult, rotoms, charizard, fire move togekiss
