There are just a few rules

1. A counter is defined as a Pokemon that can switch in and beat the Pokemon it is switching in to.
3. FOCUS SASH IS BANNED - Hopefully this is self-explanatory; this item gives freedom to many Pokemon to defeat a bunch of mons they wouldn't normally counter. So please don't submit mons with Focus Sash.
6. Don't post terribly unviable sets for the sake of posting terribly unviable sets. It goes against the spirit of this project, as it requires next to no thought for the next poster to counter the mon, and it doesn't teach us any relevant information about the metagame. I'm completely fine with niche or lesser used mons being used, but not intentional garbage mons (use your judgement).

I think its pretty obvious. Durant can't really damage it since all of its attacks are resisted or don't affect this at all and flare blitz is a guaranteed OHKO.
So, actually, Iron Head has a chance to 2HKO Marowak-A, and if you add Stealth Rock to the calcs it becomes a guaranteed 2HKO. I don't know what the others think about that, but I'm not much sure about the validity of this set.

If you read the rules in the OP you know that, by the rules, you must switch into the Pokémon before you attack. Durant outspeeds Marowak-A, thus Marowak takes two hits before it attacks. With rocks up, Marowak has an initial 64% chance to lose (considering the Hustle miss chance that I missed in the former calcs) what makes it invalid. Probably you can make it up by putting some Speed EVs in HP, but the way how it's now it doesn't work.

2 things. Number 1: You need to predict what mon is coming in as an Urshifu player or be locked into a bad move, so while its broken as hell in theory, it really isn't that broken in practice. Number 2 (more important for this thread): Mollux needs to switch in and kill it. With both being 4HKOs, Mollux will die faster.

Mollux has recover my guy. It can spam calm mind+recover, and wait for the attacks to not matter. And while i dont think this is the thread to place my issues with Urshi (genuinely my mistake, meant it as more of a joke), i do think that every team needing at least 2 semi dedicated walls for it is a BIT centralizing. If you wanna hear more feel free to DM me eh?
