• Can wall almost the whole tier and can easily set up Calm Minds and procide to wreak havoc and wall any and all Special attackers
• Gets scary when at +4 ( A feat it is almost guaranteed to do) as it dent's many things with BoltBeam.
• Sets up on hazards setters, or spinners as a free plus 1 is welcomed
• Has legandary Special bulk while having great physical bulk as well.

This analysis is getting a full revamp and has already been reserved, so I'm going to have to lock this. By the way, before you post a set you should actually test it beforehand to see if it works. Seeing as your set includes a move that Cresselia doesn't even learn, I'm guessing you didn't.
