Cryogonal @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 52 SpD / 200 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Rapid Spin / Defog
- Recover
- Frost Breath / Freeze-Dry
- Hidden Power Fire / Hidden Power Fighting / Toxic

Cryogonal sets itself apart from other entry hazard removers thanks to its access to two solid STAB moves, great special bulk and Speed, and reliable recovery, allowing it to beat spinblockers like Froslass, Jellicent, and Oricorio-G while having the longevity to perform its role many times in a game. Cryogonal's decent Special Attack also lets it make use of different Hidden Power types, which let it catch entry hazard setters like Aggron, Alolan Sandslash, and Ferroseed off guard and give it a near-unresisted set of attacks. Cryogonal also serves as a great check to a multitude of special attackers including Aurorus, Oricorio-E, and Victreebel thanks to its immense special bulk and longevity. However, Cryogonal's poor physical bulk and weaknesses to common types can make it easy to overwhelm, so it pairs nicely with Pokemon like Mudsdale, Tangela, and Lanturn, which respectively serve as checks to Rock-, Fighting-, and Fire-types such as Lycanroc, Primeape, and Simisear.

(rephrase this last bit - 'difficult combination of attacks to switch into' sounds misleading coming off of cryo lol) Cryogonal also serves as a great check to a multitude of special attackers including Aurorus, Oricorio-E, and Victreebel thanks to its immense special bulk and longevity.
