[OVERVIEW]

- The combination of its typing, good bulk, Static and access to Slack Off allows Cyclohm to check Choice Band Kartana and Tornadus-T quite reliably, which are commonplace on offensive teams and don't appreciate paralysis.
- Cyclohm is also hard to switch into, as the Grass- or Ground-types like Jumbao, Ferrothorn, Mega Garchomp, or Gliscor that would otherwise switch into Thunderbolt don't appreciate taking damage from Fire Blast or Ice Beam.
- Though Zapdos shares many of Cyclohm's positives, Cyclohm lacks a weakness to Stealth Rock, and Ice Beam hits harder than Hidden Power Ice.

- However, Cyclohm suffers from its Fairy-, Ground-, and Ice-type weaknesses, meaning its forced out by common Pokemon like Jumbao, Tapu Lele, Landorus-T, and Mega Garchomp if they switch in safely.
- Also, Cyclohm has a hard time against naturally bulky Pokemon like Assault Vest Tangrowth, Mega Tyranitar, and Kommo-o.
- Its lacking speed means that if Cyclohm picks the wrong move to hit the switch-in, Cyclohm is often worse off.
- Furthermore, it relies on Electrium Z to defeat Toxapex, which otherwise stalls it out.
- Finally, even if it's not weak to Stealth Rock, Spikes can quickly wear down Cyclohm as well.

Moves
========

- Thunderbolt is used over Discharge for its extra power, having a chance to OHKO bulky Tornadus-T and better pressuring Celesteela.
- Fire Blast OHKOs Kartana and prevents Jumbao from switching in for free. It not only allows Cyclohm to prevent Ferrothorn from setting up Spikes against it but also OHKOs Mega Mawile before it can OHKO it with Play Rough. It also OHKOs Necturna after a Shell Smash boost and Stealth Rock damage, meaning Cyclohm can safely dispatch Necturna if not chipped itself.
- Ice Beam prevents Landorus-T, Garchomp, and Gliscor from switching in for free.

Set Details
========

- 148 Special Attack EVs and Electrium Z allow Cyclohm to OHKO Toxapex with Gigavolt Havoc after Stealth Rock.
- 56 Speed EVs allow Cyclohm to outspeed Adamant Crawdaunt, which also outspeeds Mega Mawile and Suicune and allows Cyclphm to pressure them better.
- The rest of the EVs let Cyclohm switch into Choice Band Kartana's powerful attacks reliably and tank a +2 Never-Ending Nightmare from Necturna.

Usage Tips
========

- bait out the Breakneck Blitz from SD Kart
- make sure not

Team Options
========

Describe some teammates that would be a good idea to pair with this Pokemon.

Other Options
=============

- Toxic could be used over Ice Beam to cripple specially defensive tanks like Kommo-o, Tangrowth, and Mega Tyranitar, but then Cyclohm can’t deal with the Ground-types it lures in and is helpless against Gliscor.
- Volt Switch could be run over Thunderbolt to gain momentum against Toxapex rather than outright beat it, allowing Cyclohm to run Shuca Berry to lure most Ground-types, but it still lacks a way to dispatch Equilibra quickly.
