[SET COMMENTS]
  • Thanks to Groudon's excellent physical bulk, it soft checks numerous physical threats in the tier such as Arceus, physical variants of Arceus-Ground, Koraidon, and Zacian-C.
  • 16 EVs in Speed allow Groudon to outspeed uninvested Kyogre, Giratina-O, and Landorus-T. Alternatively, a spread of 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD can be used to maximize Groudon's bulk.
  • Precipice Blades is a powerful STAB option that OHKOes Zacian-C and Miraidon and has a chance to OHKO Eternatus, whereas Earthquake is a weaker STAB option that offers greater accuracy.
  • Will-O-Wisp cripples physical threats Groudon switches into such as Arceus, Koraidon, and physical variants of Arceus-Ground.
  • Spikes helps chip down switch-ins for the rest of the game due to the limited distribution of hazard removal in the tier. Alternatively, Stealth Rock can be used for the same purpose but Spikes is recommended as it hits all targets neutrally.
  • Groudon tends to struggle against special wallbreakers such as Miraidon and Flutter Mane, so Protect is a great option to scout for a potential Choice item and increase its Leftovers recovery. Alternatively, Bulk Up can be used to win beat physical setup sweepers such as Swords Dance Arceus formes and Koraidon.
  • Leftovers is mandatory on Groudon, since it does not have any reliable recovery.
  • Tera Fairy gives Groudon an immunity to Dragon-type attacks from the likes of Miraidon, Eternatus, and Koraidon.
  • Tera Water lets Groudon resist Zacian-C's STAB Behemoth Blade, Calyrex-I's STAB Glacial Lance, and Koraidon's sun-boosted Fire-type attacks.
  • Due to Groudon being unable to reliably check physical threats long-term, it’s best to have some form of speed control such as Choice Scarf Koraidon or a reliable wall such as Skeledirge alongside it.
  • Breakers such as Miraidon and Flutter Mane really appreciate Groudon's ability to reliably set both sun, which boosts their Fire-type attacks, and Spikes, which allows them to wallbreak more effectively. Koraidon also has great synergy with Groudon as they both set sun. It also appreciates Spikes support from Groudon.

move 2: Protect
Add Bulk Up as second slash here.

tera type: Water
Tera Fairy should be first slash, this can be second. Tera Fairy means you can blank Dragon moves from Miraidon and Eternatus!

Precipice Blades is a powerful STAB option that threatens OHKO on Zacian-C whereas Earthquake is a weaker STAB option for greater accuracy.
0 Atk Groudon Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Miraidon: 306-362 (89.7 - 106.1%) -- 37.5% chance to OHKO
0 Atk Groudon Precipice Blades vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Eternatus: 384-452 (91.2 - 107.3%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO
Include this in discussing the Blades vs. EQ.

Breakers such as Flutter-Mane really appreciate Groudon's ability to reliable set sun and Spikes allowing them to wall break effectively.
Miraidon is more relevant than Flutter Mane and it can also benefit from Sun thanks to the Overheat damage boost. You should probably give more examples.

That's all I noticed. Implement and it's QC 1/2.

* Thanks to Groudon's excellent physical bulk, it soft-checks the numerous physical threats in the tier such as Arceus, Physical physical variants of Arceus-Ground, Koraidon and Zacian-C. End your sentences with a dot!!!
* 16 Spe EVs EVs in Speed allow Groudon to outspeed uninvested Kyogre, Giratina-Origin and Landorus-Therian. Alternately, a Spread spread of 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD can be used to maximize Groudon's bulk.
* Precipice Blades is a powerful STAB option that threatens OHKO on Zacian-C, Miradon Miraidon, (AC) and has a chance to OHKO Eternatus whereas Earthquake is a weaker STAB option for greater accuracy.
* Will-O-Wisp cripples physical threats it Groudon switches into such as Zacian-C, Arceus, Koraidon and Physical physical variants of Arceus-Ground. Zacian-C isn't something I would say Groudon can switch into that easily. Either delete its mention or reword this sentence it so you make it clear that Groudon can take a hit in a pinch and cripples Zacian-C with WoW.
* Spikes helps chip down switch-ins (AH) for the rest of the game due to the limited distribution of hazard removal in the tier. Alternately, Stealth Rock could be used for the same purpose but Spikes is recommended.
* Groudon tends to struggle against Powerful Special attackers special wallbreakers the two examples you give are definitely special wallbreakers, so I found it more appropriated to reword it that way. such as Miradon Miraidon and Flutter Mane (RH), safely scouting for choice Choice lock versions of them with Protect. Alternatively, Bulk Up can be used to increase defense win its duel against physical set up sweepers. Give some examples here against which setup sweepers Groudon win with Bulk Up.
* Leftovers is mandatory on Groudon since it does not have any reliable recovery.
Tera Fairy allows Groudon to blanket check the plenty dragon moves Dragon-type attacks from the likes of Miradon Miraidon, Eternatus, (AC) and Koraidon.
* Tera Water on Groudon lets it resist Zacian-C's STAB Behemoth Blade, Calyrex-I's STAB Glacial Lance, (AC) and also resist Koraidon's powerful fire Fire-type attacks in Sun.
* Due to it being unable to reliably check physical threats long term, it’s best to have some form of speed Speed control such as Scarf Koraidon or an Unaware a reliable wall such as Skeledirge alongside it.
* Breakers such as Miradon Miraidon and Flutter Mane really appreciate Groudon's ability to reliable set sun to boost their fire Fire-type attacks and Spikes allowing them to wall break wallbreak effectively. Mention Koraidon too, dual sun is extremely good to overwhelm Kyogre, and Groudon and Koraidon have a good synergy overall.
Implement this carefully and let me know when it's done, so I can give a look. There's a lot of little Grammar Prose, so I suggest you to follow this guide to implement it.

(is this implying that groudon soft-checks all physical threats in the tier? if not then remove "the" in "the numerous physical threats". otherwise fine to keep as is)
