Body Press allows Kommo-o to use its good Defense to threaten Pokemon like Lycanroc-D, Krookodile, and Zarude. Flamethrower pressures Aegislash, Amoonguss, and Buzzwole, while Earthquake is an alternative that retains coverage for Aegislash and threatens Nihilego and Nidoking. Draco Meteor is an option over Body Press to OHKO offensive Salamence and pressure Thundurus and Nidoking, which would otherwise switch in safely. Toxic cripples Tangrowth, Salamence, and Buzzwole. Leftovers improves Kommo-o's longevity while Rocky Helmet punishes contact moves from Pokemon like Lycanroc-D, Zarude, and Buzzwole,(RC) but it has lower reduces longevity. Bulletproof allows Kommo-o to check Aegislash locked into Shadow Ball, Tangrowth, and if another Pokemon has been put to sleep, Amoonguss. Overcoat is an alternative to prevent Spore and Sleep Powder from Amoonguss and Roserade. 56 Speed EVs allows Kommo-o to outspeed Aegislash, while 16 Speed EVs can be used to increase its bulk and still outspeed Adamant Crawdaunt. A Bold nature is preferred if running Flamethrower, but a Impish nature should be run if Earthquake is opted for.

Defensive Kommo-o is found on bulky offense teams as a Stealth Rock setter and good check to Pokemon such as Zarude. Since Kommo-o is hard walled by Salamence, checks such as Chansey, Umbreon, and Nihilego help against it. Chansey provides Teleport and checks specially defensive Aegislash, Moltres, and Necrozma; Umbreon deals with threats such as Nidoking and Azelf and helps Kommo-o retain longevity with Wish support; and Nihilego checks Flying-types like Galarian Moltres and appreciates Kommo-o setting Stealth Rock so it can run other moves such as Toxic Spikes or sets such as offensive Power Herb. Wallbreakers such as Starmie and Lycanroc-D appreciate Kommo-o checking Pokemon such as Zarude and Aegislash and setting up Stealth rock to wear down foes. Jirachi, Assault Vest Galarian Slowbro, and Assault Vest Tangrowth help deal with Fairy-types such as Primarina and Hatterene. Jirachi can also provide Wish support to keep Kommo-o healthy. Clerics such as Sylveon and Togekiss can remove status, which would otherwise cripple Kommo-o.

Paragraph 1
- Body Press allows Kommo-o to use its good Defense to threaten Pokemon like Lycanroc-D, Krookodile, and Zarude.
- Flamethrower allows it to pressure Aegislash, Amoonguss, and Buzzwole, while Earthquake is an alternative that retains coverage for Aegislash and threatening Nihilego.
- Toxic lets Kommo-o threaten pressure Tangrowth, Salamence, and Buzzwole.
- Leftovers allows it to retain longevity throughout the match, whereas Rocky Helmet punishes contact moves from Pokémon like Lycanroc-D add one or two more examples, but it has lower longevity.
- Bulletproof is able to check Aegislash locked into Shadow Ball, while Overcoat can prevent Spore and Sleep Powder from Amoonguss, Tangrowth, and Roserade. say overcoat should only be used on amoonguss-weak matchups, since checking aegi is extremely valuable. remove tang from there too
- 52 Speed EVs change evs. 52 spe makes you tie with aegi allows Kommo-o to outspeed Aegislash, while 16 Speed EVs can increase its bulk while still outspeeding Adamant Crawdaunt.
- Bold is the preferred nature to not reduce Flamethrower damage, while Impish can be used if running Earthquake. this is worded poorly. say bold is preferred if running flamethrower to not reduce damage, while impish should be run if eq is opted for

Paragraph 2
- Balance and bulky offense teams are where you would find defensive Kommo-o as a good check to Pokemon such as Lycanroc-D i'd rather see zarude here, while providing Stealth Rock support to weaken down threats for teammates.
- Since Kommo-o is hard walled by Salamence, checks such as Mamoswine, Jirachi, and Chansey can help.
- Cleric support from Umbreon helps it remove status and retain longevity with Wish support.
- Tapu Bulu can provide Grassy Terrain support and check Pokemon such as Rotom-W, Azumarill, and Keldeo.
- Galarian Slowbro forms a nice defensive core with Kommo-o, as it can help check Buzzwole and Primarina, with Kommo-o checks Krookodile.

- Wallbreakers such as Keldeo and Lycanroc-D can provide offensive pressure that Kommo-o tends to come short on.

add partners that deal with fairy-types, especially primarina and hatterene.

move 2: Body Press
move 3: Flamethrower / Earthquake remove this from slashing and just keep it as a mention, losing the ability to hit amoong / buzz is pretty rough and its a pretty desperate move in terms of needing it for nihi considering clanger is close to being 2hkoed by sludge wave to begin with.
move 4: Toxic
item: Leftovers / Rocky Helmet
ability: Bulletproof / Overcoat
nature: Bold / Impish deslashing with eq, make sure to keep the mention.

Paragraph 1
- Body Press allows Kommo-o to use its good Defense to threaten Pokemon like Lycanroc-D, Krookodile, and Zarude.
- Flamethrower allows it to pressure Aegislash, Amoonguss, and Buzzwole, while Earthquake is an alternative that retains coverage for Aegislash and threatening Nihilego. it also hits nidos which can be nice.
- Toxic lets Kommo-o pressure Tangrowth, Salamence, and Buzzwole.
Throw a mention of Draco Meteor instead of Body Press here. Mention how its a solid option that lets you apply a lot of pressure to Pokemon that'd otherwise comfortably switch in like Mence (OHKOs offensive variants), nidoking, and thundurus.
- Leftovers allows it to retain longevity throughout the match, whereas Rocky Helmet punishes contact moves from Pokemon like Lycanroc-D, Gyarados, and Buzzwole, but it has lower longevity. Zarude should be mentioned as something that helmet really punishes here, forcing it into needing to jungle healing more often.
- Bulletproof is able to check Aegislash locked into Shadow Ball, lets it switch into tang, and amoong after a sleep fodder too while Overcoat can prevent Spore and Sleep Powder from Amoonguss and Roserade.
- 56 Speed EVs allows Kommo-o to outspeed Aegislash, while 16 Speed EVs can increase its bulk while still outspeeding Adamant Crawdaunt.
- Bold is preferred if running Flamethrower to not reduce damage, but Impish should be run if Earthquake is opted for.

Paragraph 2
- Balance and bulky offense teams are where you would find defensive Kommo-o as a good check to Pokemon such as Zarude, while providing Stealth Rock support to weaken down threats for teammates.
- Since Kommo-o is hard walled by Salamence, checks such as Mamoswine, Jirachi, and Chansey can help. Swould comment on chansey being able to serve as teleport support and lessen your need to rely on kommo-o to deal with spdef aegi. Can also bring up nihi with mamo and talk about how its more free to run pherb/tspikes instead with clanger, and try and group the offensive/defensive teammates more on this point if u do that.
- Cleric support from Umbreon helps it remove status and retain longevity with Wish support. I would simply consider merging umbreon into the point with the defensive stuff that checks mence here. worth mentioning that heal bell umbreon is pretty suboptimal atm and you'd be more likely to see toxic on it here still really. I'd also try and talk a bit more about some of the other stuff clanger is rly weak to that chansey / umbreon can help cover a bit, what springs to mind is nidos especially.
- Wallbreakers such as Keldeo and Lycanroc-D can provide offensive pressure that Kommo-o tends to come short on. Cannot see a world where you are stacking keldeo + kommo-o honestly? What i think you should talk about is some teammates that appreciate the checking of zarude + aegi especiallly here honestly. lycan is a nice mention still for this, but you can bring up starmie as a potential wallbreaker instead of keldeo for this and link in the defensive utility kommo-o provides.
- Assault Vest Tangrowth and Jirachi help deal with Fairy-types such as Primarina and Hatterene. I would keep the AV gbro mention here that band removed personally, i assume he just wanted you to merge it into discussion about checking fairies. also be careful with wording cause this sounds like AV jirachi LOL. You can also bring up about wish support from jirachi here to keep clanger healthy.

- Bulletproof is able to check Aegislash locked into Shadow Ball and checking Tangrowth if another Pokemon has been put to sleep, even helmet tang doesn't run sleep powder a lot of the time, its amoong that matters here, say something like "and checking Tangrowth, and if another Pokemon has been put to sleep, Amoonguss" instead. while Overcoat can prevent Spore and Sleep Powder from Amoonguss and Roserade.
- 56 Speed EVs allows Kommo-o to outspeed Aegislash, while 16 Speed EVs can increase its bulk while still outspeeding Adamant Crawdaunt.

Paragraph 2
- Balance doubt you are running this on balance in all honestly, you just have better options there to do what defensive clanger does, just keep it to BO. and bulky offense teams are where you would find defensive Kommo-o as a good check to Pokemon such as Zarude, while providing Stealth Rock support to weaken down threats for teammates.
- Since Kommo-o is hard walled by Salamence, checks such as Chansey, Umbreon, Mamoswine, and Nihilego can help. Chansey provides Teleport support, allowing it to not have to rely on checking specially defensive Aegislash. the way this is worded makes it sound like it makes chansey not have to rely on checking aegi, make it clear you mean that it lessens the need for kommo-o. Cleric support from Umbreon helps Kommo-o retain longevity with Wish support and deal with threats such as Nidoking. again this makes it sound like cleric support lets Kommo-o deal with Nidoking as opposed to umbreon dealing with it. Nihilego appreciates Kommo-o freeing up a slot on Stealth Rock, so it can run other moves such as Toxic Spikes or offensive sets with Power Herb.
- Wallbreakers such as Starmie and Lycanroc-D appreciates Kommo-o checking breaking through Pokemon such as Zarude and Aegislash and setting up Stealth rock to wear down foes faster.
- Jirachi, Assault Vest Galarian Slowking, and Assault Vest Tangrowth help deal with Fairy-types such as Primarina and Hatterene. Jirachi can provide Wish support to keep Kommo-o healthy.
