Delcatty
http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-bw/301.shtml
- Normalized Thunder Wave is the only reason to use Delcatty
- Abysmal offenses, awful defenses, mediocre Speed
- Only use if you're bored of the typical supporters and really want to paralyze Ground-types
- Pretty nice support movepool, but lacks the base stats to support efficiently, unlike Alomomola, Audino, Togetic, etc.
name: Support

[SET COMMENTS]
- Normalized Thunder Wave lets Delcatty accurately paralyze Ground-types, giving it an advantage over Stun Spore's 75% accuracy
- Wish and Heal Bell offer clerical support
- Return prevents Taunt-bait, but won't deal much damage either way
- EVs give as much health for Wishes and Speed to outrun as much as possible; last four EVs don't matter too much with joke stats
- Focus Sash lets Delcatty take a hit, while Leftovers give a little extra recovery
- Can use Foresight to hit Ghosts with TWave too; use in fourth slot if unafraid of Taunt
- Pairs well with Misdreavus
- Use with powerful sweepers who need clerical / status support, especially those that worry about Ground-types, like Rampardos, Ampharos, Emboar
- Anything outside of Normalize TWave is outclassed
- Great special movepool, awful stats
- Weather support if desperate
- Sing - unreliable
- Toxic - decent choice if you want double status
- Safeguard - Heal Bell is better
- Simple Beam to rid opponents of ability - highly situational and risky
- Can BP Substitute / Calm Mind / Work Up, outclassed by Togetic and other BP'ers
- Taunt
- Priority attacks
- Ghost-types (Misdreavus, Shedinja)
- Pretty much any strong STAB move will OHKO
- Guts / Quick Feet users (Ursaring, Granbull, Throh)
