RU Dhelmise [GP: 2/2]

moruda.png

[OVERVIEW]

One of Dhelmise niches in RU is its ability to function as a reliable spinner. Thanks to its high Attack stat and strong Power Whip and Anchor Shot, it can beat some common Stealth Rock setters like Rhyperior, Nidoqueen, and Diancie. Additionally, Dhelmise can even beat Stealth Rock setters such as Registeel and Bronzong by trapping them with Anchor Shot and stalling out their PP with Rest. Furthermore, Dhelmise's Ghost / Grass typing and decent bulk allow it to check common threats like Virizion, Zygarde-10%, and Raikou. On top of that, its high Attack also act as a perfect spinblocker against and beat Donphan, Forretress, and Tsareena. However, Dhelmises typing also gives it weaknesses to common types such as Dark, Flying, and Fire. Furthermore, Dhelmise is very slow, so it's easily revenge killed by many threats like Ninetales, Salazzle, and Noivern. Through this, Dhelmise is also not a check to Mega Blastoise unlike other Grass-types, which is pretty big. However, many of these Pokemon can't switch into Dhelmise's attacks very well thanks to its offensive presence. Another problem is that Dhelmise's recovery moves have their own drawbacks. Synthesis's low PP makes Dhelmise less effective against defensive teams, while Rest makes it less effective against offensive teams because the sleep turns allow various Pokemon to take advantage of it, especially setup sweepers like Necrozma, Lycanroc-D, and Toxicroak. Last but not least, it's very hard to fit Dhelmise on a team because it often competes with many other spinners like Donphan, Forretress, Tsareena, and especially Mega Blastoise, all of which have better Speed tiers, greater coverage, or more support options or are just easier to fit on a team. In addition, it competes with many other Grass-types like Virizion, Roserade, and Shaymin for the same reasons as well as them being better checks to Mega Blastoise.

Moves
========

Dhelmise is a reliable spinner thanks to its ability to beat common Stealth Rock setters either with its powerful moves or by trapping and stalling them out. Power Whip is Dhelmise's strongest STAB move and hits Stealth Rock setters like Rhyperior, Nidoqueen, and Palossand very hard. It also 2HKOes bulky Water-types such as Slowbro and Mantine. Thanks to Dhelmise's ability in Steelworker, Anchor Shot receives the same power boost as a STAB move, which allows Dhelmise to OHKO Diancie and hit Flying- and Grass-types like Noivern, Virizion, and Roserade for good damage. It also traps opposing Pokemon and gives Dhelmise the ability to prevent double switches as well as PP stall walls like Registeel and Bronzong with Rest. Rest is used over Synthesis because it gives Dhelmise a better matchup versus Bronzong and Registeel and allows it to act as a status absorber for the team. However, Synthesis can be used to better check threats like Virizion, Zygarde-10%, and Raikou. However, Synthesis has low PP, and without Rest, Dhelmise can't beat Registeel and Bronzong.

Set Details
========

The given Attack investment with an Adamant nature allows Dhelmise to OHKO Zygarde-10% with Power Whip and 2HKO Virizion with Anchor Shot. 84 Speed EVs enable Dhelmise to outspeed uninvested base 50 Speed Pokemon like Registeel, Donphan, and Diancie. The remaining EVs are placed in HP and Defense to check threats like Virizion, Zygarde-10%, and Raikou more effectively. Colbur Berry allows Dhelmise to take a Dark-type move such as Mega Blastoise's Dark Pulse better as well as weaken Knock Off or Pursuit from Pokemon like Donphan, Machamp, and Drapion. If running Steelium Z, Dhelmise can OHKO Virizion from full with Corkscrew Crash. Optionally, Dhelmise can use 100 Attack EVs to ensure that it OHKOes Noivern from full with Corkscrew Crash. However, without Colbur Berry, Dhelmise is more easily Pursuit trapped and KOed by strong Dark-type moves like Dark Pulse from Mega Blastoise and Houndoom.

Usage Tips
========

Dhelmise should be brought in on Stealth Rock setters and Pokemon that can't threaten it such as Rhyperior, Registeel, and Virizion. These are matchups where Dhelmise can easily use Rapid Spin to clear the field of entry hazards, if needed. Keep in mind that every Pokemon can be brought into Rapid Spin due to its lack of power. Thus, in some cases, it can be better to predict a switch with Power Whip or Anchor Shot. Anchor Shot is a good move in general because it can trap the opposing Pokemon and prevent a double switch. If the opponent has Bronzong, Registeel, or Forretress without Volt Switch as their Stealth Rock setter, try to trap it with Anchor Shot and stall its PP out. If using Rest, Dhelmise can be used as a status absorber for the team. However, keep in mind that Dhelmise will be forced to sleep for two turns, which allows various Pokemon to take advantage of it, especially setup sweepers like Barbaracle, Necrozma, and Toxicroak. If using Synthesis, Dhelmise can check physical threats like Virizion and Zygarde-10% more effectively as well as pivot into resisted or weak hits like Leaf Storm from Mega Sceptile and Roserade or Moonblast from Florges. However, without Rest, Dhelmise is unable to beat Registeel and Bronzong and can't be used as a status absorber for the team. Dhelmise should also avoid switching into a potential Scald from a Water-type like Slowbro or Milotic. Steelium Z allows Dhelmise to use Corkscrew Crash in order to KO Pokemon that can usually take a hit from it like Noivern and Bewear. In case of softer checks like Noivern, try to use the Z-Move on their switch to KO them. Bulky Pokemon like Bewear will need to be chipped before Dhelmise can KO them.

Team Options
========

Dhelmise fits best on balance and bulky offensive teams because it is able to compress the role of entry hazard control and act as a check to common threats like Virizion, Zygarde-10%, and Raikou, which is very valuable for these archetypes. Pokemon weak to Stealth Rock, such as Ninetales, Salazzle, and Noivern, appreciate Dhelmise's ability to act as a reliable spinner. They also take advantage of its ability to switch into strong attacks for them. Entry hazard setters like Golispod and Dragalge or just Stealth Rock setters in general like Nidoqueen, Bronzong, and Diancie appreciate that Dhelmise can spinblock foes like Forretress, Tsareena, and Donphan. They also like that Dhelmise doesn't clear their own entry hazards away with Defog. Wish support from Pokemon like Florges and Vaporeon is very helpful so that Dhelmise is not always forced to recover up with Rest. Both of them can also support Dhelmise with Heal Bell. Water-types like Slowbro, Mantine, and Gastrodon are in general very good teammates because they can switch into Fire- and Ice-types moves. Dhelmise, in return, can switch into Grass- and Electric-types moves for them. Pokemon like Bewear, Florges, and Diancie are capable of checking Dark-types like Drapion and Mandibuzz and can switch into Knock Off from opposing Pokemon. Diancie can also switch into Flying-types like Noivern and supports Dhelmise with Heal Bell. Hariyama deserves a special mention, as it can check Dark-types while also providing a Fire- and Ice-type resistance with Thick Fat. Last but not least, since Dhelmise is not a check to Mega Blastoise, it's important to have a Pokemon that can switch into Mega Blastoise's attacks such as Florges, Gastrodon, and Hariyama.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Shadow Claw can be used over Power Whip to hit Steel- and Fire-types harder, but it's very weak beside that. A Choice Band set allows Dhelmise to work as a powerful wallbreaker. However, Dhelmise is completely outclassed by Virizion and even Tsareena in this role, which have better Speed tiers, greater coverage, and in the case of Virizion, access to Swords Dance.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Fire-types**: Salazzle, Ninetales, Houndoom, and Arcanine can easily OHKO Dhelmise with their powerful STAB Fire-type moves and force it out. They also resist Power Whip and Anchor Shot, so they can easily switch into Dhelmise most of the time. However, they have trouble directly switching in if Stealth Rock is up.

**Dark-types and Dark-type coverage**: If Dhelmise holds a Colbur Berry, it reduces the danger of Dark-types like Drapion, Houndoom, and Pangoro but they still threaten Dhelmise with their powerful STAB moves. Without the item's weakening effect, Pokemon like Drapion, Aerodactyl, Escavalier, and Honchkrow can Pursuit trap Dhelmise and remove it from battle. As soon as the Berry has been eaten, Mega Blastoise threatens Dhelmise with its powerful Dark Pulse boosted by Mega Launcher and does not need to fear Dhelmise's Grass-STAB attack anymore. However, none of these Pokemon except Escavalier can switch well into Dhelmise's Power Whip or Anchor Shot, although they can switch in easily on a Rapid Spin.

**Flying-types**: Flying-types such as Noivern and Honchkrow can OHKO Dhelmise with their STAB moves. As already mentioned above, Honchkrow can Pursuit trap Dhelmise. In most cases, Mandibuzz has nothing to fear from Dhelmise and can stall it out with the combination of Roost, Taunt, and Toxic. However, Honchkrow and Noivern can be KOed by Corkscrew Crash, while Mandibuzz can be too if it's at low health.

**Wallbreakers**: Though Dhelmise's bulk is decent, strong wallbreakers such as Choice Band Metagross, Choice Band Tyrantrum, Choice Specs Goodra, and Dragalge can easily defeat it.

[OVERVIEW]

  • Dhelmise is a good rapid spinner in the RU-tier. Thanks to its high attack stat and strong STAB moves in Power Whip and Anchor Shot it can beat some common stealth rock setters like Diancie, Rhyperior and Registeel. Calling Dhelmise "good" is overselling it. It is very, VERY niche. It's power is not why it's ranked. It's its ability to trap and PP stall stuff like Virizion and Registeel if it's running Rest.
  • Furthermore Dhelmise has a good typing and bulk which allows it to check common threats like Virizion, Zygarde-10% or Raikou. On top of that it can also act as a perfect spinblocker for Donphan, Forretress and Tsareena.
  • However Dhelmise´s typing also gives it weaknesses to common types such as Dark, Flying, and Fire. Furthermore it is very slow so it is easily revenge killed by many threats like Mega-Blastoise, Ninetales, Salazzle and Noivern.
  • Another problem is that Dhelmise´s recovery moves have their own drawback. Synthesis only has 8 AP while Rest puts it to sleep for two turns, which each Pokémon in the tier can benefit from. Did you mean PP? Also, I'm not sure why other Pokémon "benefit" from Rest. Did you mean that they can easily take advantage of it?
  • Last but not least Dhelmise often competes with many other rapid spinners like Mega-Blastoise, Donphan, Forretress and Tsareena which either have better speed tiers, greater coverage or more support options. In addition it competes with many other Grass-types like Virizion, Roserade, and Shaymin for the same reasons. It's more that Dhelmise is difficult to fit on a team. It's super, duper niche.

Moves
========

  • Dhelmise is a good spinner in the RU-Tier, because it can beat some common Stealth Rock setter. Again, Dhelmise is not that good. It's in the C ranks in the VR.
  • Power Whip is Dhelmise strongest STAB move and hits Stealth Rock setters like Rhyperior, Seismitoad, and Palossand very hard. It also 2HKOs bulky Water-types such as Slowbro and Mantine.
  • Anchor Shot is a good second STAB move, because it OHKOs Diancie and hits Flying- and Grass-types like Noivern, Virizion and Roserade for good damage. It also traps opposing Pokémon and gives Dhelmise the ability to prevent double switches as well as PP stall walls like Registeel and Bronzong with Rest. Anchor Shot is not a STAB move, but it's treated as one thanks to Steelworker. You might want to mention that.
  • Rest is used over Synthesis, which gives Dhelmise a better match-up versus Bronzong and Registeel and enables it to act as a statusspace hereabsorber for the team.
  • Earthquake can be used over Power Whip to lure Steel- and Fire-types such as Metagross, Salazzle, and Ninetales on the switch-in. But it gives Dhelmise a harder match-up versus Stealth Rock setters like Palossand. I don't think this is worth mentioning since Dhelmise is already hard pressed for moves on its set. I mould maybe move it to OO, but wait on what a QC member says.

Set Details
========

  • The Attack investment allows Dhelmise to OHKO Zygarde-10% with Power Whip and 2HKO Virizion with Anchor Shot.
  • 84 Speed EVs lets Dhelmise outspeed uninvested base 50 Speed Pokemon like Registeel, Donphan and Diancie.
  • The remaining EVs go into HP and Defensiv to better check threats like Virizion, Zygarde-10% and Raikou.
  • Colbur Berry allows Dhelmise to take Dark-type moves like Mega-Blastoise's Dark Pulse, Pursiut from Drapion or Knock Off in general more effectively.
  • Another option is 88 Attack EVs and Steelium Z to OHKO Virizion with Corkscrew Crash. But in most cases a team will always have a better Z-user than Dhelmise.
  • Steelworker is Dhelmise only ability and gives Steel-type moves a 50% boost. I'd just word it as "Steelworker gives a STAB boost to Dhelmises's Anchor Shot."

Usage Tips
========

  • Dhelmise should be brought in on Stealth Rock setters and Pokémon that can't threat it such as Rhyperior, Registeel and Virizion. These are match-ups where Dhelmise can easily use Rapid Spin to clear the field from hazards, if needed.
  • Keep Dhelmise as healthy as possible, so it can better switch in attacks from Pokémon like Virizion, Zygarde-10% or non Choice Band Metagross. I don't think this sentence is needed if it's running recovery options.
  • If using Rest, Dhelmise can be used as a statusabrober for the team. But keep in mind that Dhelmise sleep two turns, which allows every Pokémon to take advance of it, especially setup-sweeper like Shell Smash Barbaracle, Calm Mind Necrozma or Sword Dance Toxicroak.
  • Anchor Shot is a good move in general, because it can trap something and prevent a double switch. If the opponent has a Bronzong, Registeel or Forretress without Volt Switch as his Stealth Rock setter, try to trap it with Anchor Shot and then stall its PP out. That's the best way to beat these types of Stealth Rock setters. This should be point #2.

Team Options
========

  • Dhelmise fits best on balance and bulky offensiv teams, because a spinner and check to common threats is very valuable for these archetypes.
  • Pokemon weak to Stealth Rock, such as Ninetales, Salazzle and Noivern, appreciate Dhelmise's ability as a reliable Spinner. They also appreciate its ability to switch into strong attackes for their.
  • Hazard setter like Spikes Golispod, Toxic Spikes Dragalge or just Steath Rock setter in general appreciated that Dhelmise can act as a Spinblocker for Spinner like Forretress, Tsareena and Donphan. They also like that Dhelmise doesn't clear their hazards away with Defog.
  • A cleric like Florges or Vaporeon is very helpful to support Dhelmise with Wish and Heal Bell. Heal Bell, I get. It's useful on more stally builds.
  • Water-types like Slowbro, Mantine and Gastrodon are in general very good, because they can switch into Fire- and Ice-moves. Dhelmise, in return, can switch into Grass- and Electric-moves for these. I feel like Hariyama deserves a mention here.
  • Pokemon like Sword Dance Bewear, Florges and Diancie are fantastic partners too, because they are capable of checking Dark-types like Drapion and Mandibuzz and can switch into opposing Knock Offs. Diancie can also switch into Flying-types like Noivern and supports Dhelmise with Heal Bell.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

  • Dhelmise can be used as a powerful wallbreaker with Choice Band, but this set is outclassed by Virizion, which is the better wallbreaker thanks to its better speedtier, STAB combination and access to Sword Dance. Hard no. Virizion straight up outclasses it.
  • Kock Off can be used, but its hard to fit in over another move. You mean Knock Off? How exactly does this help Dhelmise? You didn't explain why.
  • Maybe Earthquake.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Fire-types**: Salazzle, Ninetals, Houndoom, and Arcenine can easily OHKO or threaten Dhelmise out with their powerful STAB Fire-type moves. They also resist both of Dhelmise's STAB moves, so they can easily switch into Dhelmise most of the time. However, they have to fear a potential Earthquake on their switch-in. The spelling errors are making me worried. Ninetales, Arcanine. Remove the Earthqauke mention if it moves to OO.

**Dark-types and Dark-type coverage**: Drapion, Houndoom, and Pangoro OHKO Dhelmise easily with their powerful STAB moves. Drapion, Aerodactyl, Escavalier, and Honchkrow can Pursuit-trap Dhelmise. Mega-Blastoise can threat Dhelmise with its powerful Mega Launcher boosted Dark Puls. However every Pokémon outside of Escavalier can't switch really well into Dhelmise's Power Whip or Anchor Shot, but easily on a Rapid Spin. They must also watch-out for a Colbur Berry. Dark PulsE.

**Flying-types**: Flying-types such as Noivern, and Honchkrow can OHKO Dhelmise with their STAB moves. Additionally, Honchkrow can Pursuit-trap Dhelmise. Mandibuzz has nothing to fear from Dhelmise and can stall it out with the combination of Roost, Taunt and Toxic.

**Wallbreakers**: Though Dhelmise's bulk isn't bad, strong wallbreakers such as Choice Band Metagross, Choice Band Tyrantrum, Choice Specs Goodra, and Dragalge can easily defeat it.

[OVERVIEW]

  • Dhelmise's small nishe niche in the RU-tier RU is being a reliable spinner and check to common threats. such as? mention the common threats it beats.
  • Thanks to its high attack stat and strong moves, Power Whip and Anchor Shot, it can beat some common Stealth Rock setters like Rhyperior, Seismitoad, and Diancie. Additionally, Dhelmise can even beat the Stealth Rock setter Registeel and Bronzong by trapping them with Anchor Shot, (RC) and stalling out their PP. you can merge this bullet with the one above. something like "...in ru is being a reliable spinner thanks to its high attack..". if possible, id also find a more relevant example than seismitoad. you could also add that most of the pokemon that can revenge it fear coming into it like rose/vern
  • Furthermore, Dhelmise has a good typing and bulk which allows it to check common threats like Virizion, Zygarde-10% or Raikou. (AP) On top of that, (AC) it can also act as a perfect spinblocker for against Donphan, Forretress and Tsareena.
  • However, Dhelmise´s typing also gives it weaknesses to common types such as Dark, Flying, and Fire. Furthermore, (AC) Dhelmise is very slow so it's easily revenge killed by many threats like Mega- (RH) Blastoise, Ninetales, Salazzle and Noivern. emphasize the bad stoise mu - its the most common spinner in the tier + having a grass type that cannot check stoise makes building a bit awk.
  • Another problem is that Dhelmise´s recovery moves have their own drawback. Synthesis only has 8 PP while Rest puts it to sleep for two turns, which allows various Pokémon to take advantage of it, (RC) especially setup- (RH) sweeper. add examples of setup sweepers. also mention synth makes it less effective against defensive teams do tue less longevity while rest makes it less effective vs offensive teams bc its more passive.
  • Last but not least, it's very hard to fit Dhelmise on a team, (RC) because it often competes with many other rapid spinners like Mega- (RH) Blastoise, Donphan, Forretress and Tsareena which either have better speed tiers, greater coverage, more support options or just easier to fit on a team. In addition, (AC) it competes with many other Grass-types like Virizion, Roserade, and Shaymin for the same reasons.

Moves
========

  • One of Dhelmise nishes in the RU-tier is being a spinner for the team. So Rapid Spin is a must have on this set. i think you could remove this bullet (most of it is common sense) and instead talk about its positive matchups against rockers
  • Power Whip is Dhelmise strongest STAB move and hits Stealth Rock setters like Rhyperior, Seismitoad, and Palossand very hard. It also 2HKOs bulky Water-types such as Slowbro and Mantine.
  • Thanks to its ability Steelworker, Anchor Shot is a STAB move, which allows Dhelmise to OHKO Diancie and hit Flying- and Grass-types like Noivern, Virizion and Roserade for good damage. It also traps opposing Pokémon and gives Dhelmise the ability to prevent double switches as well as PP stall walls like Registeel and Bronzong with Rest.
  • Rest is used over Synthesis, (RC) because it gives Dhelmise a better match-up versus Bronzong and Registeel and allows it to act as a status absorber for the team.
  • add a bullet on synthesis positives. make sure to mention it makes it a better check to like all these mons except regi/zong BUT only has 8 pp so can only work in the short term.

Set Details
========

  • The given Attack investment with an Adamant nature allows Dhelmise to OHKO Zygarde-10% with Power Whip and 2HKO Virizion with Anchor Shot. false, you only need 56 evs for these benchmarks, either change the evs on the set or add calcs to justify it
  • 84 Speed EVs enable Dhelmise to outspeed uninvested base 50 Speed Pokemon like Registeel, Donphan and Diancie.
  • The remaining EVs are placed in HP and Defensiv Defense to better check threats like Virizion, Zygarde-10% and Raikou more effectively.
  • Colbur Berry allows Dhelmise to take a Dark-move such as Mega-Blastoise's Dark Pulse better or weaken a Knock Off or Pursiut Pursuit.
  • Optionally, Dhelmise can use 88 Attack EVs with Steelium Z to ensure that it OHKOes Virizion with Corkscrew Crash. But in most cases a team will always have a better Z-user than Dhelmise. you can replace the last sentence by talking about the opportunity cost of running a z on dhelm instead
56+ Atk Steelworker Dhelmise Corkscrew Crash (160 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Virizion: 328-387 (101.5 - 119.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
unless you find calcs to justify 88+ atk, 56+ is just better

  • Steelworker gives a STAB boost to Dhelmises's Anchor Shot. obvious info
  • you can mention 100+ atk kills noivern from full if running steelium z

Usage Tips
========

  • Dhelmise should be brought in on Stealth Rock setters and Pokémon that can't threaten it such as Rhyperior, Registeel, (AC) and Virizion. These are match-ups where Dhelmise can easily use Rapid Spin to clear the field from hazards, if needed.

  • bullet on how to run dhelmise using synth
  • bullet on when to use steelium z or just talking about predicting switchins from the likes of rose to nail with anchor shot

Team Options
========

  • Dhelmise fits best on balance and bulky offensiv offensive teams, because a hazard control and a check to common threats is very valuable for these archetypes. examples for "common threats"
  • Pokemon weak to Stealth Rock, such as Ninetales, Salazzle and Noivern, appreciate Dhelmise's ability as a reliable spinner. They also appreciate its ability to switch into strong attacks for them. "appreciate" repetition. try to avoid using the same word so close together. you could try something like "take advantage of"
  • Hazard setter setters like Spikes Golispod, Toxic Spikes Dragalge or just Steath Stealth Rock setter setters in general u need to give examples appreciate that Dhelmise can act as a Spinblocker for Spinner like Forretress, Tsareena and Donphan. They also like that Dhelmise doesn't clear their own hazards away with Defog.
  • A cleric like Florges or Vaporeon is very helpful to support Dhelmise with Wish and Heal Bell while Heal Bell is more common on stally builds. "while heal bell is more common on stally builds" seems out of place here. also mention they can allow dhelm to recover hp without having to resort to using rest
  • Water-types like Slowbro, Mantine and Gastrodon are in general very good, because they can switch into Fire- and Ice-moves. Dhelmise, in return, can switch into Grass- and Electric-moves for them.
  • Pokemon like Bewear, Florges and Diancie are fantastic partners too, because they are capable of checking Dark-types like Drapion and Mandibuzz and can switch into opposing Knock Offs. Diancie can also switch into Flying-types like Noivern and supports Dhelmise with Heal Bell. A special mention deserves Hariyama, which also Hariyama deserves a special mention as it can switch into Dark-moves while also providing a Fire- and Ice-resistance.

Other Options
=============

  • Earthquake can be used over Power Whip to lure Steel- and Fire-types like Metagross, Salazzle, and Ninetales on the switch-in. But it gives Dhelmise a harder match-up versus Stealth Rock setters like Palossand.
  • Knock Off is a decent option to punish switch-ins, but its hard to fit it over another move.
  • neither of these moves are good enough to warrant a slot because dhelm values its 4 moves too much. you can, however, add a bullet on using shadow claw as the stab instead of power whip - main drawback is that its super weak lmao
  • bullet on choice band but mention its pretty much outclassed by tsareena here

Checks and Counters
===================

**Fire-types**: Salazzle, Ninetales, Houndoom, and Arcanine can easily OHKO Dhelmise with their powerful STAB Fire-type moves and therewith force Dhelmise out. the switch out. They also resist Dhelmise's Power Whip and Anchor Shot, so they can easily switch into Dhelmise most of the time. mention that hazards are likely to be up vs non-blastoise teams so they can get worn out easily

**Dark-types and Dark-type coverage**: Drapion, Houndoom and Pangoro OHKO Dhelmise easily with their powerful STAB moves. Drapion, Aerodactyl, Escavalier and Honchkrow can Pursuit-trap Dhelmise. Mega-Blastoise can threaten Dhelmise with its powerful Dark Pulse boosted by Mega Launcher. However, none of these Pokemon except Escavalier can switch well into Dhelmise's Power Whip or Anchor Shot, but easily on a Rapid Spin. They must also watch out for a Colbur Berry. you talk about this bullet as if it werent carrying a colbur, yet its the first slash on the main set. which is it? change the examples to include colbur berry in your calcs. do mention steelium z is pretty weak to draks, though

**Flying-types**: Flying-types such as Noivern and Honchkrow can OHKO Dhelmise with their STAB moves. As already mentioned above, Honchkrow can Pursuit-trap Dhelmise. Mandibuzz has nothing to fear from Dhelmise and can stall it out with the combination of Roost, Taunt and Toxic. mention these can be lured by steel z sets on the switch

**Wallbreakers**: Though Dhelmise's bulk is decent, strong wallbreakers such as Choice Band Metagross, Choice Band Tyrantrum, Choice Specs Goodra and Dragalge can easily defeat it.

64+ Atk Dhelmise Power Whip vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Zygarde-10%: 249-294 (100 - 118%) -- guaranteed OHKO

I've calced with 4 Def Zydog. I know this is not very common on Zydog but I thought it's worth to hit this benchmark. The 88 Atk-EV for Virizion was a mistake - My bad, I'm so sorry. I've changed the spread to 248 HP / 56 Atk / 120 Def / 84 Spe

  • One of Dhelmise niches in RU is being a reliable spinner thanks to its high attack stat and strong moves, Power Whip and Anchor Shot, it can beat some common Stealth Rock setters like Rhyperior, Nidoqueen, and Diancie. Additionally, Dhelmise can even beat the Stealth Rock setter Registeel and Bronzong by trapping them with Anchor Shot and stalling out their PP with Rest.
  • Furthermore, Dhelmise's Ghost / Grass typing and decent bulk allows it to check common threats like Virizion, Zygarde-10%, and Raikou. On top of that, it can also act as a perfect spinblocker against Donphan, Forretress, and Tsareena. Thanks to Dhelmise's high Attack it can also beat all of these Pokémon.
  • However, Dhelmise´s typing also gives it weaknesses to common types such as Dark, Flying, and Fire. Furthermore, Dhelmise is very slow so it's easily revenge killed by many threats like Ninetales, Salazzle, and Noivern. Through this Dhelmise is also not a check to Mega Blastoise, the most used Pokémon in the tier, unlike the other Grass-types - which is pretty big. But many of these Pokémon can't switch in Dhelmise's attacks very well thanks to its offensive presence.
  • Another problem is that Dhelmise´s recovery moves have their own drawback. Synthesis only has 8 PP and makes Dhelmise less effective against defensive teams due to less longevity while Rest puts it to sleep for two turns, which makes it less effective to offensive teams, because it allows various Pokémon to take advantage of it, especially setup sweepers like Necrozma, Lycanroc-Dusk, and Toxicroak.
  • Last but not least, it's very hard to fit Dhelmise on a team because it often competes with many other rapid spinners like Donphan, Forretress, Tsareena, and especially Mega Blastoise which either have better speed tiers, greater coverage, more support options or just easier to fit on a team. In addition, it competes with many other Grass-types like Virizion, Roserade, and Shaymin for the same reasons and that they are the better checks for Mega Blastoise.

Moves
========

  • Thanks to Dhelmise's ability to beat common Stealth Rock setters either with its powerful moves or by trapping and stalling them out, it's a reliable spinner for the team.
  • Power Whip is Dhelmise strongest STAB move and hits Stealth Rock setters like Rhyperior, Nidoqueen, and Palossand very hard. It also 2HKOs bulky Water-types such as Slowbro, and Mantine.
  • Rest is used over Synthesis because it gives Dhelmise a better match-up versus Bronzong and Registeel and allows it to act as a status absorber for the team.
  • However, Synthesis can be used to better check threats like Virizion, Zygarde-10%, and Raikou. But Synthesis has low PP and without Rest Dhelmise can't beat Registeel and Bronzong.

Set Details
========

  • The given Attack investment with an Adamant nature allows Dhelmise to OHKO Zygarde-10% with Power Whip and 2HKO Virizion with Anchor Shot from full.
  • 84 Speed EVs enable Dhelmise to outspeed uninvested base 50 Speed Pokemon like Registeel, Donphan, and Diancie.
  • The remaining EVs are placed in HP and Defense to check threats like Virizion, Zygarde-10% and Raikou more effectively.
  • Colbur Berry allows Dhelmise to take a Dark-type move such as Mega-Blastoise's Dark Pulse better as well as weaken a Knock Off or Pursuit from Pokémon like Drapion, Machamp, and Pangoro.
  • If running Steelium Z, Dhelmise can OHKO Virizion from full with Corkscrew Crash. Optionally, Dhelmise can use 100 Attack EVs to ensure that it OHKOes Noivern from full with Corkscrew Crash. But without the Colbur Berry Dhelmise is easier Pursuit-trapped and KOed by strong Dark-type moves like Dark Pulse from Mega Blastoise, and Houndoom.

Usage Tips
========

  • Dhelmise should be brought in on Stealth Rock setters and Pokémon that can't threaten it such as Rhyperior, Registeel, and Virizion. These are match-ups where Dhelmise can easily use Rapid Spin to clear the field from hazards, if needed. But keep in mind that Rapid Spin allows every Pokémon to take advantage of it. So in some cases it can be better to predict such a switch with either Power Whip or Anchor Shot.
  • Anchor Shot is a good move in general because it can trap the opposing Pokémon and prevent a double switch. If the opponent has a Bronzong, Registeel, or Forretress without Volt Switch as his Stealth Rock setter, try to trap it with Anchor Shot and then stall its PP out. That's the best way to beat these types of Stealth Rock setters.
  • If using Rest, Dhelmise can be used as a status absorber for the team. But keep in mind that Dhelmise is forced to sleep for two turns, which allows various Pokémon to take advance of it, especially setup sweepers like Barbaracle, Necrozma, or Toxicroak.
  • If using Synthesis, Dhelmise can check physiscal threats like Virizion, and Zygarde-10% more effectively as well as pivot into resisted or weak hits like Leaf Storm from Mega Sceptile, and Roserade or Florges' Moonblast. But without Rest Dhelmise is unable to beat Registeel and Bronzong and can't be used as a status absorber for the team. It also should be avoided to switch Dhelmise into a potential Scald from a Water-type like Slowbro or Milotic.
  • Steelium Z allows Dhelmise to use Corkscrew Crash in order to KO Pokémon, which can usually take a hit from it like Noivern, and Bewear. In case of hard checks like Noivern try to use the Z-Move on their switch-in to KO them. Bulky Pokemon like Bewear will need to be chipped such that Dhelmise can KO them.

Team Options
========

  • Dhelmise fits best on balance and bulky offensive teams, because it is able to compress the role of hazard control and act as a check to common threats like Virizion, Zygarde-10%, and Raikou is very valuable for these archetypes.
  • Pokemon weak to Stealth Rock, such as Ninetales, Salazzle and Noivern, appreciate Dhelmise's ability as a reliable spinner. They also take advantage of its ability to switch into strong attacks for them.
  • Hazard setters like Golispod, Dragalge or just Stealth Rock setters in general like Nidoqueen, Bronzong, and Diancie appreciate that Dhelmise can act as a spinblocker for spinners like Forretress, Tsareena, and Donphan. They also like that Dhelmise doesn't clear their own hazards away with Defog.
  • Wish support from Pokémon like Florges, and Vaporeon is very helpful, so Dhelmise is not always forced to recover up with Rest. Both of them can also support Dhelmise with Heal Bell.
  • Water-types like Slowbro, Mantine and Gastrodon are in general very good, because they can switch into Fire- and Ice-moves. Dhelmise, in return, can switch into Grass- and Electric-moves for them.
  • Pokemon like Bewear, Florges, and Diancie are fantastic members too, because they are capable of checking Dark-types like Drapion and Mandibuzz and can switch into opposing Knock Offs. Diancie can also switch into Flying-types like Noivern and supports Dhelmise with Heal Bell. Hariyama deserves a special mention as it can check Dark-types while also providing a Fire- and Ice-resistance.
  • Last but not least, Dhelmise is neither a counter nor a check to Mega Blastoise, so it's important to have a Pokémon which can switch into Mega Blastoise's attacks such as Florges, Gastrodon, and Hariyama.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

  • Shadow Claw can be used over Power Whip to hit Steel- and Fire-types harder, but it's super weak beside that.
  • A Choice Band set allows Dhelmise to work as a powerful wallbreaker. However, as a wallbreaker Dhelmise is completely outclassed by Virizion and even Tsareena which have better speed tiers, greater coverage, and in case of Virizion access to Sword Dance.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Fire-types**: Salazzle, Ninetales, Houndoom, and Arcanine can easily OHKO Dhelmise with their powerful STAB Fire-type moves and force Dhelmise out. They also resist Dhelmise's Power Whip and Anchor Shot, so they can easily switch into Dhelmise most of the time. However, they have trouble directly switching in, if Stealth Rocks are up.

**Dark-types and Dark-type coverage**: Dhelmise wearing a Colbur Berry is due to the huge danger eminating from Dark-types like Drapion, Houndoom, and Pangoro with their very effective STAB moves. Without the item's weakening effect, the ones like Drapion, Aerodactyl, Escavalier, and Honchkrow can Pursuit-trap Dhelmise and remove it from battle. As soon as the berry has been eaten, Mega-Blastoise threatens Dhelmise with its powerful Dark Pulse boosted by Mega Launcher and does not need to fear the opposing Grass-STAB anymore. However, none of these Pokemon except Escavalier can switch well into Dhelmise's Power Whip or Anchor Shot, but easily on a Rapid Spin. i dont understand what the first sentence is trying to say

**Flying-types**: Flying-types such as Noivern and Honchkrow can OHKO Dhelmise with their STAB moves. As already mentioned above, Honchkrow can Pursuit-trap Dhelmise. In most cases, Mandibuzz has nothing to fear from Dhelmise and can stall it out with the combination of Roost, Taunt and Toxic. However, Honchkrow, and Noivern can be KOed by Corkscrew Crash while Mandibuzz can be too if it's at low health.

**Wallbreakers**: Though Dhelmise's bulk is decent, strong wallbreakers such as Choice Band Metagross, Choice Band Tyrantrum, Choice Specs Goodra and Dragalge can easily defeat it.

**Fire-types**: Salazzle, Ninetales, Houndoom, and Arcanine can easily OHKO Dhelmise with their powerful STAB Fire-type moves and force Dhelmise it out. They also resist Dhelmise's Power Whip and Anchor Shot, so they can easily switch into Dhelmise most of the time. However, they have trouble directly switching in (RC) if Stealth Rocks are Rock is up.

**Dark-types and Dark-type coverage**: If Dhelmise wears holds a Colbur Berry, (AC) it reduces the danger of Dark-types like Drapion, Houndoom, and Pangoro, (AC) but they still threaten Dhelmise with their powerful STAB moves. Without the item's weakening effect, the ones Pokemon like Drapion, Aerodactyl, Escavalier, and Honchkrow can Pursuit (RH)trap Dhelmise and remove it from battle. As soon as the Berry has been eaten, Mega (RH)Blastoise threatens Dhelmise with its powerful Dark Pulse boosted by Mega Launcher and does not need to fear the opposing Dhelmise's Grass-type STAB attack anymore. However, none of these Pokemon except Escavalier can switch well into Dhelmise's Power Whip or Anchor Shot, but although they can switch in easily on a Rapid Spin.

**Flying-types**: Flying-types such as Noivern and Honchkrow can OHKO Dhelmise with their STAB moves. As already mentioned above, Honchkrow can Pursuit (RH)trap Dhelmise. In most cases, Mandibuzz has nothing to fear from Dhelmise and can stall it out with the combination of Roost, Taunt, (AC) and Toxic. However, Honchkrow (RC) and Noivern can be KOed by Corkscrew Crash, (AC) while Mandibuzz can be too if it's at low health.

**Wallbreakers**: Though Dhelmise's bulk is decent, strong wallbreakers such as Choice Band Metagross, Choice Band Tyrantrum, Choice Specs Goodra, (AC) and Dragalge can easily defeat it.

One of Dhelmise's niches in RU is being a reliable spinner. Additionally, Dhelmise can even beat the Stealth Rock setters Registeel and Bronzong by trapping them with Anchor Shot and stalling out their PP with Rest. Furthermore, Dhelmise's Ghost / Grass typing and decent bulk allows it to check common threats like Virizion, Zygarde-10%, and Raikou. On top of that, it can also act as a perfect spinblocker against Donphan, Forretress, and Tsareena. Thanks to Dhelmise's high Attack, (AC) it can also beat all of these Pokémon. However, Dhelmise's (ascii apostrophe) typing also gives it weaknesses to common types such as Dark, Flying, and Fire. Furthermore, Dhelmise is very slow, (AC) so it's easily revenge killed by many threats like Ninetales, Salazzle, and Noivern. Through this, (AC) Dhelmise is also not a check to Mega Blastoise, the most used Pokémon in the tier, (don't refer to metagame trends) unlike the other Grass-types—which is pretty big. But many of these Pokémon Pokemon can't switch into Dhelmise's attacks very well thanks to its offensive presence. Another problem is that Dhelmise's (ascii apostrophe) recovery moves have their own drawbacks. Synthesis only has 8 PP and makes Dhelmise less effective against defensive teams due to having less longevity, (AC) while Rest puts it to sleep for two turns, which makes it less effective to against offensive teams, because it allows various Pokémon to take advantage of it, especially setup sweepers like Necrozma, Lycanroc-Dusk Lycanroc-D, and Toxicroak. Last but not least, it's very hard to fit Dhelmise on a team because it often competes with many other rapid spinners like Donphan, Forretress, Tsareena, and especially Mega Blastoise which either have better Speed tiers, greater coverage, more support options, (AC) or are just easier to fit on a team. In addition, it competes with many other Grass-types like Virizion, Roserade, and Shaymin for the same reasons and that since they are the better checks for to Mega Blastoise.

Thanks to Dhelmise's ability to beat common Stealth Rock setters either with its powerful moves or by trapping and stalling them out, it's a reliable spinner for the team. Power Whip is Dhelmise's strongest STAB move and hits Stealth Rock setters like Rhyperior, Nidoqueen, and Palossand very hard. It also 2HKOes bulky Water-types such as Slowbro (RC) and Mantine. Thanks to its ability Steelworker, Anchor Shot is (technically speaking, it's not) receives the same power boost as a STAB move, which allows Dhelmise to OHKO Diancie and hit Flying- and Grass-types like Noivern, Virizion, (AC) and Roserade for good damage. It also traps opposing Pokémon Pokemon and gives Dhelmise the ability to prevent double switches as well as PP stall walls like Registeel and Bronzong with Rest. Rest is used over Synthesis because it gives Dhelmise a better match-up versus Bronzong and Registeel and allows it to act as a status absorber for the team. However, Synthesis can be used to better check threats like Virizion, Zygarde-10%, and Raikou. But Synthesis has low PP, (AC) and without Rest Dhelmise can't beat Registeel and Bronzong.

Set Details
========

The given Attack investment with an Adamant nature allows Dhelmise to OHKO Zygarde-10% with Power Whip and 2HKO Virizion with Anchor Shot from full. 84 Speed EVs enable Dhelmise to outspeed uninvested base 50 Speed Pokemon like Registeel, Donphan, and Diancie. The remaining EVs are placed in HP and Defense to check threats like Virizion, Zygarde-10%, (AC) and Raikou more effectively. Colbur Berry allows Dhelmise to take a Dark-type move such as Mega (RH)Blastoise's Dark Pulse better as well as weaken a Knock Off or Pursuit from Pokémon Pokemon like Donphan, Machamp, and Drapion. If running Steelium Z, Dhelmise can OHKO Virizion from full with Corkscrew Crash. Optionally, Dhelmise can use 100 Attack EVs to ensure that it OHKOes Noivern from full with Corkscrew Crash. But without the Colbur Berry, (AC) Dhelmise is easier more easily Pursuit (RH)trapped and KOed by strong Dark-type moves like Dark Pulse from Mega Blastoise (RC) and Houndoom.

Usage Tips
========

Dhelmise should be brought in on Stealth Rock setters and Pokémon Pokemon that can't threaten it such as Rhyperior, Registeel, and Virizion. These are match-ups matchups where Dhelmise can easily use Rapid Spin to clear the field from of hazards, if needed. But keep in mind that Rapid Spin allows every Pokémon Pokemon to take advantage of it. So in some cases it can be better to predict such a switch with either Power Whip or Anchor Shot. Anchor Shot is a good move in general because it can trap the opposing Pokémon and prevent a double switch. If the opponent has a Bronzong, Registeel, or Forretress without Volt Switch as his their Stealth Rock setter, try to trap it with Anchor Shot and then stall its PP out. That's the best way to beat these types of Stealth Rock setters. (unnecessary) If using Rest, Dhelmise can be used as a status absorber for the team. But keep in mind that Dhelmise is will be forced to sleep for two turns, which allows various Pokémon to take advance advantage of it, especially setup sweepers like Barbaracle, Necrozma, or and Toxicroak. If using Synthesis, Dhelmise can check physiscal physical (typo) threats like Virizion (RC) and Zygarde-10% more effectively as well as pivot into resisted or weak hits like Leaf Storm from Mega Sceptile (RC) and Roserade's or Florges' Moonblast. But without Rest, (AC) Dhelmise is unable to beat Registeel and Bronzong and can't be used as a status absorber for the team. It also should be avoided to switch Dhelmise should also avoid switching into a potential Scald from a Water-type like Slowbro or Milotic. Steelium Z allows Dhelmise to use Corkscrew Crash in order to KO Pokémon Pokemon (RC) which that can usually take a hit from it like Noivern (RC) and Bewear. In case of hard (don't you mean "softer"?) checks like Noivern, (AC) try to use the Z-Move on their switch-in switch to KO them. Bulky Pokemon like Bewear will need to be chipped such that before Dhelmise can KO them.

Team Options
========

Dhelmise fits best on balance and bulky offensive teams, because it is able to compress the role of hazard control and act as a check to common threats like Virizion, Zygarde-10%, and Raikou, (AC) which is very valuable for these archetypes. Pokemon weak to Stealth Rock, such as Ninetales, Salazzle, (AC) and Noivern, appreciate Dhelmise's ability as a reliable spinner. They also take advantage of its ability to switch into strong attacks for them. Entry hazard setters like Golispod (RC) and Dragalge or just Stealth Rock setters in general like Nidoqueen, Bronzong, and Diancie appreciate that Dhelmise can act as a spinblocker for spinners like Forretress, Tsareena, and Donphan. They also like that Dhelmise doesn't clear their own hazards away with Defog. Wish support from Pokémon Pokemon like Florges (RC) and Vaporeon is very helpful, so Dhelmise is not always forced to recover up with Rest. Both of them can also support Dhelmise with Heal Bell. Water-types like Slowbro, Mantine, (AC) and Gastrodon are in general very good teammates, because they can switch into Fire- and Ice-moves. Dhelmise, in return, can switch into Grass- and Electric-moves for them. Pokemon like Bewear, Florges, and Diancie are fantastic members too, because they are capable of checking Dark-types like Drapion and Mandibuzz and can switch into opposing Knock Offs Knock Off from opposing Pokemon. Diancie can also switch into Flying-types like Noivern and supports Dhelmise with Heal Bell. Hariyama deserves a special mention, (AC) as it can check Dark-types while also providing a Fire- and Ice-type resistance with Thick Fat. Last but not least, Dhelmise is neither a counter nor a check not a check to Mega Blastoise, so it's important to have a Pokémon which can switch into Mega Blastoise's attacks such as Florges, Gastrodon, and Hariyama.

========

Entry hazard setters like Golispod and Dragalge or just Stealth Rock setters in general like Nidoqueen, Bronzong, and Diancie appreciate that Dhelmise can act as a spinblocker for spinners spinblock foes like Forretress, Tsareena, and Donphan. Pokemon like Bewear, Florges, and Diancie are fantastic members too because they are capable of checking Dark-types like Drapion and Mandibuzz and can switch into Knock Off from opposing Pokemon. Diancie can also switch into Flying-types like Noivern and supports Dhelmise with Heal Bell. Hariyama deserves a special mention, as it can check Dark-types while also providing a Fire- and Ice-type resistance with Thick Fat. Last but not least, since Dhelmise is not a check to Mega Blastoise, so it's important to have a Pokemon that can switch into Mega Blastoise's attacks such as Florges, Gastrodon, and Hariyama.

Other Options
=============

Shadow Claw can be used over Power Whip to hit Steel- and Fire-types harder, but it's super very weak beside that. A Choice Band set allows Dhelmise to work as a powerful wallbreaker. However, as a wallbreaker, Dhelmise is completely outclassed by Virizion and even Tsareena in this role, which have better Speed tiers, greater coverage, and in the case of Virizion, access to Swords Dance.

Checks and Counters
===================

However, Honchkrow and Noivern can be KOed by Corkscrew Crash, (AC) while Mandibuzz can be too if it's at low health.

**Wallbreakers**: Though Dhelmise's bulk is decent, strong wallbreakers such as Choice Band Metagross, Choice Band Tyrantrum, Choice Specs Goodra, and Dragalge can easily defeat it.

[OVERVIEW]

One of Dhelmise niches in RU is its ability to function as a reliable spinner. Thanks to its high Attack stat and strong moves, Power Whip and Anchor Shot, it can beat some common Stealth Rock setters like Rhyperior, Nidoqueen, and Diancie. On top of that, it can its high Attack also act as a perfect spinblocker against and beat Donphan, Forretress, and Tsareena. Thanks to Dhelmise's high Attack, it can also beat all of these Pokemon. However, Dhelmises typing also gives it weaknesses to common types such as Dark, Flying, and Fire. Furthermore, Dhelmise is very slow, so it's easily revenge killed by many threats like Ninetales, Salazzle, and Noivern. Through this, Dhelmise is also not a check to Mega Blastoise unlike other Grass-types, (comma) which is pretty big. But, However, many of these Pokemon can't switch into Dhelmise's attacks very well thanks to its offensive presence. Another problem is that Dhelmise's recovery moves have their own drawbacks. Synthesis's low only has 8 PP and makes Dhelmise less effective against defensive teams due to having less longevity, while Rest puts it to sleep for two turns, which makes it less effective against offensive teams because it allows the sleep turns allow various Pokemon to take advantage of it, especially setup sweepers like Necrozma, Lycanroc-D, and Toxicroak. Last but not least, it's very hard to fit Dhelmise on a team because it often competes with many other spinners like Donphan, Forretress, Tsareena, and especially Mega Blastoise, all of which either have better Speed tiers, greater coverage, or more support options (RC) or are just easier to fit on a team. In addition, it competes with many other Grass-types like Virizion, Roserade, and Shaymin for the same reasons and that they are as well as them being better checks to Mega Blastoise.

Moves
========

Dhelmise is a reliable spinner thanks to Dhelmise's its ability to beat common Stealth Rock setters either with its powerful moves or by trapping and stalling them out, it's a reliable spinner. Power Whip is Dhelmise's strongest STAB move and hits Stealth Rock setters like Rhyperior, Nidoqueen, and Palossand very hard. It also 2HKOes bulky Water-types such as Slowbro and Mantine. Thanks to its Dhelmise's ability in Steelworker, Anchor Shot receives the same power boost as a STAB move, which allows Dhelmise to OHKO Diancie and hit Flying- and Grass-types like Noivern, Virizion, and Roserade for good damage. But, However, Synthesis has low PP, and without Rest, Dhelmise can't beat Registeel and Bronzong.

Set Details
========

But, However, without Colbur Berry, (AC) Dhelmise (RC) is more easily Pursuit trapped and KOed by strong Dark-type moves like Dark Pulse from Mega Blastoise and Houndoom.

Usage Tips
========

Dhelmise should be brought in on Stealth Rock setters and Pokemon that can't threaten it such as Rhyperior, Registeel, and Virizion. These are matchups where Dhelmise can easily use Rapid Spin to clear the field of entry hazards, if needed. But, Keep in mind that Rapid Spin allows every Pokemon to take advantage of it. (this is weirdly worded and im not rly sure what it's getting at) So Thus, in some cases, it can be better to predict such a switch with either Power Whip or Anchor Shot. Anchor Shot is a good move in general because it can trap the opposing Pokemon and prevent a double switch. If the opponent has a Bronzong, Registeel, or Forretress without Volt Switch as their Stealth Rock setter, try to trap it with Anchor Shot and then stall its PP out. If using Rest, Dhelmise can be used as a status absorber for the team. But, However, keep in mind that Dhelmise will be forced to sleep for two turns, which allows various Pokemon to take advantage of it, especially setup sweepers like Barbaracle, Necrozma, and Toxicroak. If using Synthesis, Dhelmise can check physical threats like Virizion and Zygarde-10% more effectively as well as pivot into resisted or weak hits like Leaf Storm from Mega Sceptile and Roserade or Moonblast from Florges. But, However, without Rest, Dhelmise is unable to beat Registeel and Bronzong and can't be used as a status absorber for the team.

Thank you very much, implemented and Dhelmise is done!

Thank you everyone for helping. It was really nice to write this analysis and I also learned a lot.
