Dialga is one of the more offensive Stealth Rock users the Ubers metagame has to offer. Great natural bulk and a Steel / Dragon typing that provides many resistances and an immunity to Toxic allow Dialga to easily shake off damage from the majority of the entry hazard users. In return, Dialga can hit them back with a strong Draco Meteor or appropriate coverage moves, and very few Defog users can dare to stand in the way. When equipped with Shuca Berry, Dialga can function as an offensive check to Mega Salamence, Necrozma-DM, and even Primal Groudon in some instances. Dialga allows other Stealth Rock users such as Primal Groudon, Necrozma-DM, and Arceus-Fairy to run more offensive sets by setting Stealth Rock itself, as well as luring various walls and punishing them with Fire Blast or Thunder. Flying-types like Mega Salamence and Yveltal enjoy Stealth Rock support while providing a Ground-immunity for Dialga and its team.

When equipped with Shuca Berry, Dialga can function as an offensive check to Mega Salamence, Necrozma-DM, Ultra Necrozma, Rayquaza, or even Primal Groudon in some instances.

These two are basically competing with necrozma-dm and Mega Mence for a spot on most teams so I'd remove, as you already have mentioned a few notable threats.
