[OVERVIEW]
Ditto is a niche setup deterrent with the combination of Imposter and Choice Scarf. It removes sweepers like Ribombee and Swords Dance Sneasel and revenge kills fast foes such as Archeops and Whimsicott as well. Ditto also has a fair amount of utility against stall, being able to infinitely copy Audino and Aromatisse and use Wish to win long games. However, Ditto most often will not contribute to a team defensively due to its low HP stat, and it fails to check Substitute users like Perrserker and bulky setup sweepers like Uxie. This generally makes other revenge killers or defensive support better additions to aid against sweepers.

[SET COMMENTS]
Transform is Ditto's only move option, but it should not ever have to click it anyhow with Imposter. The given EVs and nature allow for a stronger Future Sight after copying Pokemon like Galarian Articuno. The Quiet nature and 0 Speed IVs allow Ditto to have Imposter activate last in the rare mirror matchup with more Transform PP. Ditto fits best on stall builds, as they have the defensive structure to support Ditto while appreciating its unique blanket revenge killing capabilities. Slow pivots like defensive Uxie and Togedemaru are good partners to safely allow Ditto to check foes such as Lycanroc and Scyther. Ditto cannot reliably beat common bulky setup sweepers like Coil Sandaconda, making one of Haze Quagsire or Spite Pyukumuku solid support. They also wall Ninjask, which Ditto cannot properly check because of Speed Boost. Ditto is vulnerable to all entry hazards, bar Sticky Web, so consistent hazard removers like Articuno and Charizard are essential.

[OVERVIEW]
Ditto consistently finds itself staying usable with the combination of Imposter and Choice Scarf in nearly every metagame. (this intro sentence doesn't really need to be here, you could delete it and lose almost nothing if you slightly reword the following sentence to mention imposter + choice scarf.) In PU it is a niche setup deterrent, removes sweepers like Ribombee and Carracosta, and is a revenge killer for faster foes such as Archeops and Whimsicott as well. Ditto also has a fair amount of utility against stall, being able to copy Audino and Aromatisse and Wish to win long games with its infinite pp. However, Ditto most often will not contribute to a team defensively (expand some on this.) and fails to check Substitute users like Perrserker in addition to losing against bulky set up sweepers like Uxie.

Transform is Ditto's only option for moves, but it will not ever have to click it anyhow with Imposter. The given EVs allow for stronger Future Sight after copying Galarian Articuno or Musharna (not the most relevant example, delete it and say something like "...Pokemon like Galarian Articuno." instead.). Ditto typically fits on stall builds, since compared to other Choice Scarf users like Mesprit it cannot provide much defensively. (i'm not sure i understand how the second part of this sentence connects with the first. ditto provides stall with a non-passive emergency check to certain wallbreakers/setup mons. as you say, ditto doesn't consistently bring much to the table defensively, but stall as a playstyle well makes up for this.) Slow pivots like defensive Uxie and Togedemaru are good partners to safely allow Ditto to check foes such as Lycanroc and Scyther. Ditto cannot reliably beat common bulky set up sweepers like Coil Sandaconda, making one of Haze Quagsire and or Spite Pyukumuku solid support. (nitpicking, but this prevents people from thinking they need to run both mons.) They also wall Ninjask, which Ditto cannot properly check because of Speed Boost. Ditto is vulnerable to all hazards, bar Sticky Web, so consistent hazard removers like Articuno and Charizard are essential.

(imo you should add a sentence either specifying like "the tier doesn't have that many good offensive setup sweepers that ditto can beat", or "other (combinations of?) defensive teammates can handle the tier's offensive-minded setup sweepers just fine, or something else. wording obviously is very malleable. your ending clause is true, but it's a bit "explaining what imposter can and cant do" at surface level and only subtly implying why ditto is merely "niche" and not better. if that makes sense)
