Overview
########
  • One of the best revenge killers in the game.
  • Imposter copies boosts so it puts a lot of pressure on opposing teams.
  • Terribad hp
  • Has hard time against opposing scarfers.
  • Sucks against stall.

Moves
========
  • Not that much to say here because you will almost never be using transform.

Set Details
========
  • 0 Speed evs give it Hidden Power Ice and when in tandem with a relaxed nature gives you a really good shot of winning a Ditto vs. Ditto Struggle battle.
  • If you are not running Choice Scarf you are better off not using Ditto.

Usage Tips
========
  • Ditto should be only used as a revenge killer as it can pick off weakened Pokemon rather well.
  • It is also a good idea to send in ditto after losing a Pokemon if the opponent has accumulated a couple of boosts as then Ditto has a shot to sweep. You can also use a slow Volt Switch or U-turn to get Ditto in safely.
Team Options
========
  • Entry hazard control is appreciated as Ditto is vulnerable to hazards even if it gains a Flying-type so spinners such as Avalugg and Wartortle or defoggers such as Swanna or Pelipper can be helpful.
  • As previously mentioned a slow U-turn, Volt Switch, or Baton Pass can be very beneficial to ditto so it can come in without harm. Defensive Rotom-S and F are the best examples.

Other Options
########
  • Ditto has literally no other options that are viable.
  • Red Card can be cool although you are expecting to take a hit lol.
  • I mean if you wanna try to be unique on the low ladder you can try Choice Specs and Band.
  • Ditto's sleugh of powders seems very intruquing but sadly these only work before Ditto transforms.


Checks & Counters

  • **Substitute**: Substitute users completely bone Ditto as it cannot transform as long as they are behind a Substitute.
I can not think of anything else tbh this is an ez analysis so let's get this done quick :)

Overview:
- Ditto isn't completely useless against stall. It struggles against it, but it can do work by scouting sets, copying annoying moves like Rapid Spin, Heal Bell, etc
- Mention that it struggles against BU / CM users
- Mention the flaw that while you know the opponent's exact set, they also know yours, making it very easy to play around especially with reliance on Scarf
- When saying Imposter copies boosts, mention that it discourages opponents from setting up

Set:
- HP Ice isn't useful. Change it to the IVs for HP Grass, because it enables Ditto to revenge kill Huntail and Carracosta if they carry the move.

Usage Tips:
- Mention to never switch this into anything because the opponent can easily set up more on the switch or simply kill you

OO:
- Remove everything here. You should never use Ditto without a Scarf :]

Checks and Counters:
- Bulk Up / Calm Mind users
- Unburden Drifblim
- Playing around the set (you can tell exactly what Ditto will be doing, so it can be played around)
 
Ditto should be a mention in c&c. Ditto switches in to a transformed ditto and is shit out of luck.

I'd say red card is the only other option worth mentioning, although it is severely niche and situational. It can be a good stop to stuff like EvioSD Sneasel
