SV OU DLC STALL! (PEAKED #1 2075 ELO!)

Is Ursaluna really a bad match'up ? Like you just have to protect when they Blood Moon and then Calm Mind when the opponent can't Blood Moon. But this strategy still seems hard against good player so you have to Protect at the right turn. Anyway great team, great rmt and great peak ! Gratz !

I guess the odds are still in our favour, but having such a reasonable chance to immediately get 6-0d every time you face this thing, withouth considering the rest of the ways they can win is always gonna hurt this team´s consistency. Realistically tho, for Bloodmoon Ursa counters, it doesn´t really get better than Blissey. So perhaps you are right.

How does this team typically deal with CM/Moonblast/Psyshock Booster Valiant? I've had trouble consistently countering it

Clefable can get a Moonblast off, Toxapex can get a toxic off, etc. Just make sure to scout with the most useless team member between Clef and Pex

Another question, what do you typically do against curse eq salt cure garganacl?

Switch between clef/ Pex. Whenever they curse u can Haze, and whenever Toxapex gets low on HP heal it with Clefable's Wish.

Keep in mind that you can not let Pex get knocked in order to go for this sequence.

In an emergency you can always Tera Dondozo and stall garg out

what do you do about tera ghost bloodluna? it feels basically like an instant loss because nothing on the team other than blissey can deal with it, but even blissey can't even hit it with seismic toss. the best you can do is try and pp stall it but that's also not simple, mostly because blissey is also tasked with handling p much every other special attacker in the game as well and the two will generally have very similar PP counts.

this also kinda goes for the various ogerpon forms as well, even outside firepon- sometimes it feels like if i don't lead dozo and tera dragon turn 1, the team just folds the minute ogerpon comes in since dozo can't necessarily take multiple hits from t, esp. if one is super effective.

pp Stall is the correct way to go, doesn't matter if you run out of seismic toss PP. With Calm Mind + Seismic Toss you have enough pp to stall ursaluna and still be usable afterwards.

Against ogerpon I always switch into thornadus (which is faster) and threaten a OHKO. If they tera, you sac and go into dondozo and also tera

Ghost Bloodmoon is tough, you can always try to toxic it with Gliscor and then stall it out with Blissey in case you want to preserve Soft Boiled on Blissey.

Regarding Ogerpon-Wellspring, try to limit it with hazards, it can´t run Boots. It is forced to Tera in case it wants to sweep through Tornadus, so you only really have to Terastallize Dondozo in a few situations. Also, since Hearthflame Ogerpon just got banned, I suggest trying Tera Grass on Dondozo because of Play Rough.

How do you deal with trick-scarf gholdengo or rotom-wash? I always switch into tornadus, but it feels really annoying to not have anymore boots. Also wallbreaking heatran with earthpower wisp magmaa storm and taunt seems really annoying

Scout Trick with the most useless. Vs Heatran Knock with Torn and U-turn out. Taunt Mindgames can be outplayed if it loses Leftovers.

I think this team struggles with psyshock mons in general - valiant and hatterene aren't auto-loses with mb / shock but they can make for some really weird / difficult situations

at least moon is gone tho

Made the choice tonight to swap Blissey's Tera to Dark when I run this team

Edit: another team is running Shadow Ball over Seismic Toss and with Tera Dark this makes for a solid Ghold check
