Depends on the person and the severity.

For example, I can laugh at almost anyone getting some kind of minor slip up leaving no serious injury. If I hate you I could laugh at you falling off a cliff.

depends on who they are and what they've done. I'm quite a vengeful person irl - i have no problems with someone getting screwed over if they have done things to me / my friends / my family. Meh, say what you want, that's me.

Well, it depends on the severity. If someone walks into a flagpole, it's funny. If someone is shot on the street, its not.
