Results:
Set 1:
- Bronzor 0
- Golem 4
- Cradily 3

Set 2:
-Crustle 6
-Servine 0
-Simisear 1
-Combusken 0

So our winners are:

Golem @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 32 Atk / 224 Def
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake

Golem makes for a much better rocker than Magcargo, due to it's strong physical bulk, it's ability in sturdy allowing it to avoid ohko while at full health, and it's STAB EdgeQuake, making for incredible offensive coverage.
and

Crustle @ White Herb or Rockium Z
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Shell Smash
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
Magcargo has also trouble with sweeping shell smash because at +2 it hits 319 speed which is quite slow for whats it supposed to(like SS magcargo can be revenge killed by positive speed nature swanna and simipour which is disappointing) and not even mention that it has weak to priority such a jet and mach punch not as strong as crustle because of its 90 base attacking stats(crustle s 125 atk vs magcargo s 90 spa).First crustle has also problems with being weak to rocks and revenged by a jet and scarf evire. It hits much better speed tier at 378 which allows to outspeed threats such as rapidash, kadabra and jumpluff.Second with the ability sturdy it can find much more oppurtinity to use SS something that magcargo wishes to have because of its typing.Third It has more raw power than it and also not weak to mach punch/wacuum wave. For this reason crustle is outright superior option mag as a SS user.Just stay away from these fellows
and you will be fine.

Week 4
This time Beacs' favorite bird (credit to SBPC for the idea).

Set 1: Wallbreaker

Unfezant @ Flyinium Z / Choice Band
Ability: Super Luck
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sky Attack / Aerial Ace / Steel Wing
- Return
- U-turn
- Quick Attack / Night Slash

Set 2: Cleaner

Unfezant @ Flyinium Z
Ability: Super Luck
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Tail Wind
- Return
- Night Slash
- Aerial Ace / Steel Wing

Set 3: Revenge Killer

Unfezant @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Super Luck
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Return
- Aerial Ace / Steel Wing
- U-turn
- Night Slash / Defog

Unfezant looks good at first due to its great Attack and Speed stats (for a wallbreaker) as well as its Ability Super Luck and its access to U-turn. However Unfezant lacks a reliable Flying-STAB move, coverage options and boosting move outside of Z-moves. Also Unfezant while fast is still outsped by the 95s Speed like Electivire and Silvally. It doesn't provide much defensive utility outside of a Ground-immunity and is very frail due to its low Special bulk and weakness to Stealth Rock

Set 1:

Toucannon @ Life Orb
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
IVs: 29 HP
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Bullet Seed
- Knock Off
- U-turn / Brick Break / Overheat

As a Flying-type wallbreaker in ZU, Toucannon is better than its fellow regional bird by a country mile. Unlike Unfezant, Toucannon's coverage is actually really good. It actually gets Brave Bird, can beat Golem via Skill Link Bullet Seed which Unfezant has no chance of doing (Steel Wing does rather paltry damage), it can remove items with Knock Off, and also has a solid Special Attack stat to utilize Overheat, which can beat Pokemon such as Mawile that Unfezant struggles against. It is slower, but it is much stronger, and much less of a dead weight against Rock and Steel-types.

Set 2:

Chatot @ Choice Specs
Ability: Tangled Feet
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Boomburst
- Heat Wave
- Chatter / Hidden Power Water / Hidden Power Fighting
- U-turn

It might not be fair to compare a Special Attacker to a Physical one, but I think you might understand why I did so. Chatot's Specs Boomburst hits like a truck against non-resists, and against resists it can utilize Heat Wave or a Hidden Power of your liking. Although Chatot lacks good Flying STAB, Chatter can still be quite a nuisance for the opponent. Typically though, being a cleaner, this is meant to come in after all the Rocks, Steels, and Ghosts are off the field, and just blast through everything else. And it does this job better then Unfezant due to better power and not taking up a Z-Move slot.

Set 3:

Chatot @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Tangled Feet
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Boomburst
- Heat Wave
- Chatter / Hidden Power Water / Hidden Power Fighting
- U-turn

I was initially struggling to come up with a Pokemon that does this Revenge Killer Normal-type ordeal. Then I realized that I could swap Chatot's shades for a scarf and well, the rest is history. Chatot hits a lot harder than Unfezant due to STAB Boomburst, it has overall better coverage, it can still U-turn, and it is still quite fast. And Chatter, while it is nerfed from last gen, can still be a bit of a nuisance for the opponent.

Sets 1 and 2: Unfezant -> Swanna
Swanna @ Flyinium Z / Waterium Z
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Rain Dance
- Scald
- Hurricane
- Roost

While Unfezant has access to U-turn over Swanna, in return Swanna has access to one of the most powerful Flying-Type moves in the game in Hurricane (which also never misses in the rain), Water STAB, and immunity to status in the rain. Overall, Swanna is much better at applying pressure to walls through its ability to not miss Hurricanes, burn things while being mostly immune to status, and its ability to heal off damage.

Set 3: Unfezant -> Electivire
Electivire @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Motor Drive
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Volt Switch
- Wild Charge
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch

If we are talking about Revenge Killers here with access to Volt-Turn, Electivire has much better type coverage and STAB than Unfezant as well as a greater Attack Stat. While Ground-Types threaten Electivire, it can pressure them with Ice Punch, whereas Unfezant is immune to Ground but doesn't provide much pressure with Ground-Types also tend to pack Rock-Type coverage moves (E.x. Golem).

Set 2 (Cleaner):

May I present to you: The O.G. badass birb.

169593

Fearow @ Flyinium Z
Ability: Sniper
Happiness: 0
EVs: 252 Atk / 156 Def / 4 SpD / 96 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Tailwind
- Drill Peck
- Drill Run
- Frustration

I've actually found that this set is a lategame cleaner almost on par with (and sometimes exceeding) Z-Me First Pinsir.

Not only do you get more than enough speed with this investment to outspeed scarfed base 95s (you could put more speed if you're concerned about scarf Rapidash/Kadabra/etc), but you also actually have more overall power than Unfezant due to guaranteed superpowered crits on your Drill Run and 50% chance of crit on your other moves. Let me show you some basic math regarding the base power of some of Fearow's moves:

Drill Run: 80 Base Power * 2 (guaranteed crit due to high crit rate on the move + 2 stages from Tailwind) * 1.5 (Sniper) = 240 Base Power
240 BP * 0.95 (accuracy) = 228 Base Power. Note that this is on a move that hits all of Fearow's walls except Bronzor for Super-Effective damage and has overall excellent neutral coverage (see: Electivire EQ Spam, Golem).

Drill Peck v Aerial Ace

The math is a bit complicated, but the value of Sniper at a 50% chance to crit is actually equivalent to the power of guaranteed crits. Basic math is:

80 BP (example, assuming no STAB or anything besides 50% Sniper Crit)
80 * (0.5) - the value of not critting; 50% of the time, you will end up with 80 value
Plus
80 * 3 * 0.5 - the value of critting 50% of the time (the calculation for 3 can be confirmed with an example: 80 * 2 (crit) * 1.5 = 240. 240/80 = 3)
The result of adding these together is 160, which is the same as simply doubling the base power with a guaranteed crit.

Drill Peck: 80 BP * 1.5 STAB * 2 (the value of a 50% chance to Sniper Crit) = 240 BP
Aerial Ace: 60 BP * 1.5 STAB * 2 (guaranteed crit) = 180 BP

Return/Frustration
This is the only move where Unfezant is the same BP as Fearow due to equivalent BP.
102 BP * 1.5 * 2 = 306
102 BP * 1.5 * 2 = 306
Here are some calcs to show that the difference in BP makes up for the lower attack stat of Fearow (assuming crit) - note these are not meant to represent common switchins, just the difference in power.

252+ Atk Sniper Fearow Drill Peck vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Eviolite Bronzor on a critical hit: 94-112 (29.5 - 35.2%)
252+ Atk Sniper Fearow Drill Run vs. 252 HP / 120+ Def Silvally-Water on a critical hit: 142-168 (36 - 42.6%)
252+ Atk Fearow Frustration vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Eviolite Bronzor on a critical hit: 80-95 (25.1 - 29.8%)

252+ Atk Unfezant Aerial Ace vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Eviolite Bronzor on a critical hit: 57-67 (17.9 - 21%)
252+ Atk Unfezant Return vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Eviolite Bronzor on a critical hit: 95-112 (29.8 - 35.2%)

As you can see, even though Unfezant is guaranteed to crit on every move, the reliability of Fearow's Drill Run crit and the value provided by Sniper give it an edge as a cleaner (specifically allowing it to bypass Golem, Mawile, and other Rock or Steel types aside from Bronzor). You're better vs Gourgeist at the expense of losing the ability to KO Bronzor with Night Slash, but Drill Run + Drill Peck provide almost perfect neutral or SE coverage vs the entire metagame which Fearow is able to outspeed after Tailwind.

Set 3:

Set 1 toucannon

Conclusion:Unfezant is one of those mons that have one of the worst move pool in the entire game with lackluster ability. (It doesn t get bb come on)Despite its really great stat distribution that would suit for an offensive mon it does not have good tools to take advantage of.

Next slate, Beacs' favorite starter: Meganium
Defensive

Meganium @ Leftovers
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 248 HP / 212 SpD / 48 Spe
Calm Nature
- Giga Drain
- Synthesis
- Aromatherapy
- Dragon Tail / Leech Seed / Toxic

Meganium while having a great defensive presence, while not being completely passive, and being the best starter in GSC, is unfortunately bad in ZU. It's weak to a lot of common Pokemon in the tier such as Abomasnow, Bouffalant, Combusken, Bronzor, Altaria and Pinsir, while only being good against a very small part of the top tier in Golem and Electivire.

Swords Dance

Meganium @ Leftovers
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Petal Blizzard
- Earthquake
- Synthesis / Outrage

Meganium is slow and doesn't hit very hard. It might be hard to OHKO even without defensive investment, however it struggles to break through most defensive Pokemon such as Gourgeist, Bronzor and Altaria.

Gourgeist-Super @ Leftovers
Ability: Frisk
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Synthesis
-Leech Seed
- Foul Play

So, here the first set.
As a special and physical wall Gourgeist is clearly better thanks to one move : will O Wisp it becomes a great special and physical wall.
It can also do a lot damage to strong attacker like Electivire whit Foul Play.
The absence of Aromatherapy is easily compensated whit Licky which more forms a excellent core whit gourg and its Ghost/Grass double type.

Leafeon @ Life Orb / Z-move Fly-Grass
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Leaf Blade
- Knock Off / Aerial Ace
- Return

Leafon is from far better than Meganium as a Sweeper. Its movepool is much more interesting whit moves like Knock off, Aerial Ace which allow it to run over the biggest part of the meta. (we can also notice that Leafon has a better Attack and Speed stat)

For the support set I have an alternative

Lickilicky @ Leftovers
Ability: Oblivious
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
Careful nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell / Toxic
- Knock Off / Body Slam

Lickilicky has much better defensive typing than Meganium, offers Wish support, and is bulkier overall to boot. Oblivious also gives it an immunity to Taunt, a godsend on a passive support Pokemon. The last two slots are faily customisable, depending on whether you prefer more utility moves or more status spreading.

For the Swords Dance set I have a replacement.

Sawsbuck @ Normalium Z / Fightinium Z
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly nature
- Swords Dance
- Horn Leech
- Double-Edge
- Jump kick / Substitute

Sawsbuck is much faster than Meganium and more powerful to boot. It also has a much more useful ability, giving it 2 immunities, which of course gives it more space to come in. Normalium Z fixes Doubles Edge’s recoil and gives Sawsbuck an incredibly strong nuke, while Fightinium Z lets it break through Bronzor with All Out Pummelling.

For Meganiums 2nd set(set is directly taken from Viability ranking)

Bulky Quiver Dance
Quiver Dance
Giga Drain
Strength Sap
Safeguard / Moonblast / Sleep Powder
item:Grassium Z
ability: Chlorophyll
nature:Timid
evs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe

Even though belossom may be look similiar to meganium if not worse than meganium(assuming if you just look at it as a stat wise) when you look at its key moves and niche as bulky quiver dancer thats not the case.Fistly as a quiver dancer belsom sits in a uniquie position. With the move Strentgh Sap this alows her to come in common physical threats much better than meganium since it gains much better recovery.Second it is less passive than meganium has better coverage in name of Moonblast.Third it can actually outspeed threats after +1 set up(After one Quiver Dance, Bellossom reaches 327 Speed, outspeeding positive-natured base 99 Speed Pokemon, including maximum Speed Swanna, maximum Speed Silvally formes, and maximum Speed Electivire.).Starting with last slot moves:Safeguard allows it to strentghten it is matchup against status(mainly toxic from bulky pokemons such as lickilicky, pyukumuku).Moonblast is much better alternative to hit altaria then outrage of meganium and also allows it to hit Sawsbuck/zebstrika(aka sap sipper users).Lastly Sleep Powder is a way for Bellossom to cripple Pokemon that would otherwise give it trouble, such as Choice Scarf Rapidash and Silvally-Poison.

in short
Pros:
With strentgh sap it can come much freely and gain mch better recovery than its dino counterpart
Quiver dance actually allows her to outspeed mons(positive natured 99 speed pokemon)
Less passive than meganium
It can use more support moves as a last slot(safeguard, sleep powder)

Cons:
Hates status as megainum does(status hate becomes more serious when it doesn t use safeguard
Has 4 moveslot syndrome
Much lower bulk than happy dino(80/100/100 vs 75/95/100)

Side Note:Seriously ladder pls stop using meganium.

Altaria @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 Spe
Nature: Bold
IVs: 0 Atk
- Flamethrower / Dragon Pulse
- Roost
- Heal Bell / Defog
- Haze / Roar / Toxic

Altaria can fulfill a defensive role similar to Meganium, but with a couple of notable perks. Its recovery through Roost gives it more sustained longevity thanks to greater PP. Roost also permits some mind games with Pokémon such as Golem that may try to take advantage of its flying typing. Altaria's ability of Natural Cure, while not as great offensively as Overgrow, allows Altaria to come in more frequently on expected status moves, and switch out to cure the status. This permits Altaria to be less reliant on Heal Bell to cure status, and Altaria can save its limited Heal Bell uses for its teammates. Altaria can also perform similar phazing duties to Meganium with either Haze or Roar, enabling it not to be as much of dead weight against Combusken. Setup sweepers that may try to take advantage of Altaria outside of its phazing efforts, such the notorious Shiftry, don't appreciate being hit by Flamethrower. Dragon Pulse is a niche substitution if you want to have a STAB attack that takes advantage of the lack of Fairy types in ZU, and can give an option to hit Rapidash or deal some damage to Simisear, though Flamethrower has much more use factor. Altaria also has the liberty of using Defog if you aren't already running some form of hazard removal, though it isn't as prolific or reliable in this role as some other hazard removers, such as Komala, Swanna, and Silvally-Fighting.

170935

Shiftry @ Darkinium Z
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Seed Bomb
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch

Shiftry is very dominant in the current ZU metagame for good reason: few things want to switch in on it, and few things want to stay in on it. Many physical walls in the tier, such as Bronzor and Mareanie, are reliant on their Eviolites to function, giving Shiftry ample opportunities to break down defensive cores. Many Pokémon also don't enjoy losing their items, which puts pressure on Silvally forms and Z-Crystal users to function as switch-ins, which reduce their longevity and can pose risks to the stability of a team when their Defog pivot or Z-Move user aren't in good health. Shiftry's Attack stat is notably much better than Meganium, but what gives it a much greater advantage is its access to priority in Sucker Punch. Through this, Shiftry can compensate for its rather average Speed to deal heavy damage to faster threats that may try to revenge kill it. Electivire, Rapidash, and Swanna are fast threats that commonly run choice items to act as revenge killers, but none of them can stomach a +2 Sucker Punch after rocks, even from Darkinium Jolly Shiftry. Life Orb can be run to increase damage, but running Darkinium Z instead can keep Shiftry healthy for longer while giving it a fearsome nuke. Almost paradoxically, Shiftry is able to find more opportunities to set up than Meganium because it pressures so much of the current ZU metagame, and can quickly proceed to dismantle teams that lack good checks to Shiftry, such as Silvally-Fighting, Combusken, and Silvally-Dark.
