DOUBLE LEAD HYPER OFFENSE

First time reaching top 100, but considering my terrible laddering skills, I'm really happy with this.
TEAMBUILDING PROCESS

So, I was originally thinking of making myself some Screens HO. Grimmsnarl turns out to be the perfect screen setter other than Tapu Koko which is used when you're spamming Quark Drive Mons.

Now, I realize that Hazard HO also is really good at the moment to check most of the things in the meta and get chip on mons so that the other teammates have an easier time breaking stuff. That is why I decided to go with a Double Lead HO with Rockium Z Stealth Rock Landorus-T.

Every HO should have some mon to counter stall, and here M-Gyarados is the one. Making use of its Ability-Mold Breaker, and Taunt it is the perfect Stallbreaker that fits on this team. I was debating weather to go with Ursaluna or M-Gyarados. But since I already had a ground type in Landorus, I had picked M-Gyarados.

Next up was a very interesting mon, Volcarona. Volcarona is one of the best sweepers in the whole tier making use of Quiver Dance and abusing Tera offensively (Tera Blast Ground) or defensively (Tera Grass). Nothing much to say about this mon.

Another one of the best sweepers in the whole tier, Dragonite makes a great mon to add on the team due to being able to abuse tera, setup on passive mons and work
really well behind screens. Nothing much to say about this mon.

Now, due to my team being extremely weak to fairy and to not burn my tera, I needed something that could work as a fairy resist, as well as a good sweeper. Iron Crown was a really good option due it being naturally bulky and having great potential to sweep. It had a good matchup into almost the whole tier which is a really good Pro about this mon.

TEAM BREAKDOWN

Grimmsnarl (M) @ Light Clay
Ability: Prankster
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 116 Def / 140 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Taunt
- Foul Play / Parting Shot
Grimmsnarl has the standard dual screens set using prankster to setup screens with priority and taunt oppsing foggers or mons that try to make Grimmsnarl as their setup fodder. Foul Play is really good into mons like Dragonite, Landorus etc. that try to make grimmsnarl as their setup fodder or try to setup hazards. Parting shot is another option to pivot out of bad matchups but at the cost of becoming setup fodder. Tera Steel is ran to have a better Matchup into Tapu lele and M-Scizor.

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Rockium Z
Ability: Intimidate
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock
Landorus-T is a great hazard setter that takes advantage of screens to set up a Swords Dance and dish out a lot of damage. I use Rockium Z over Focus sash due to having screens, making Landorus eat some hits and running into common foggers like Zapdos, Moltres, Landorus, Tornadus, etc. which were all weak to rock. The comination of Swords Dance + Earthquake + Stone Edge rips holes, or disrupts the structure of teams at the start of the game, allowing the other teammates to break even more easily.

Gyarados-Mega @ Gyaradosite
Ability: Mold Breaker
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Taunt / Substitute
- Waterfall
- Crunch / Earthquake
M-Gyarados is a really good stallbreaker with the combination of Mold Breaker and Taunt shuting down any pokemon that tries to status or phaze it. It is the Standard set with Dragon Dance to setup, Taunt to stop any passive mons and Dual Stab for damage output. Earthquake is an alternate option over crunch if you really hate steels, but otherwise Crunch is the way to go. Substitute is also an alternate option for Taunt if you want to setup Dragon Dance without taking too much chip, but I usually prefer Taunt.

Volcarona @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Flame Body
Hidden Power: ground
Tera Type: Grass / Ground
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Quiver Dance
- Flamethrower
- Giga Drain
- Bug Buzz / Hidden Power Ground / Tera Blast
Volcarona is a really good Late game sweeper when the opposing teams SpDef walls have dropped. Quiver Dance is for setting up on opposing mons, Flamethrower over Fiery Dance for more immediate power to break stuff, and Giga Drain for some good coverage and recovery. The last move Can vary between Bug Buzz and Hidden Power Ground. Bug Buzz is for mainly Ogerpon-W, Tera Grass Heatran and as a strong secondary STAB, whereas, Hidden Power Ground is for mainly those Heatrans that don't tera and a good coverage option. Tera Blast Ground can also be ran on the 4th slot for a more offensive option to hit Heatran, Grouging Fire and Raging Bolt Really hard after a Quiver Dance. Volcarona is also the Will-O-Wisp Absorber of the team.

Dragonite @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Multiscale
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dual Wingbeat
- Earthquake
- Ice Spinner
Dragonite is a really good sweeper that fills some of the defensive roles of the team such as being a water and grass resist which threaten Volcarona and M-Gyarados, Mainly Ogerpon-W. It also serves the purpose of being a consistent Ground Immunity for Iron Crown since Landorus-T will usually fall after setting up rocks and Gyarados Mega evolves, loosing its Flying type. The set on Dragonite is pretty standard, with Heavy-Duty-Boots to keep multiscale to take less damage and setup freely. Dual Wingbeat is a great STAB on Dragonite which deals with Ogerpon-W, M-Venusaur etc. Earthquake gives coverage vs Steel types, whereas Ice Spinner gives coverage for ground types such as Landorus-T and Gliscor. It runs Tera Steel to avoid Toxics and be resistent to ice and fairy moves.

Iron Crown @ Booster Energy
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Fighting / Fairy
EVs: 84 HP / 172 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 20 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Stored Power
- Focus Blast / Tachyon Cutter
- Iron Defense
Last, but not the least, we have Iron Crown, another really good Late Game Sweeper that is the only fairy and Tapu Lele check of the entire team. Its Double Dance set allows it to increase both its, PDef and SpDef as well as its SpAtk which makes it tanky and increases the Base Power of its STAB Stored Power allowing it to sweep pretty easily. Focus Blast is ran for coverage for Steel and Dark types along with Tera Fighting to boost its power and be resistant to Dark. Tachyon cutter is another option which allows you to hit stuff more consistently, at the cost of not being able to hit Steels effectively. Tera Fairy can be ran more preferably the Tachyon Cutter sets as it is a good defensive type and allows you to still be resistant to dark.

THREATLIST

Weavile is really annoying to handle due to it having good matchups into both my leads forcing me to either tera or have a bad start with no screens / hazards. Weavile's Knock Off is really annoying for Grimmsnarl due the light clay getting knocked off and Landorus hates taking an Ice move from Weavile.

Sperperior is a huge threat to this team due its paraspam with Glare disabling a mon. You're forced to go to Volcarona or Dragonite to beat it as it gets a paralysis on you causing you many problems in the endgame.

Urshifu is another mon like Weavile that has a good matchup into both my leads forcing me to either sac one of them or lead with Dragonite / M-Gyarados.

Darkrai is not a huge threat for the team, but its Z-hypnosis sets are. Z-Hypnosis allows it to gain a speed boots and may or may not get a sleep off on one of the mons allowing it to freely setup Nasty Plots and sweep the team.
