Doubles, the next official Smogon Metagame in Gen 6

I'd hope that Doubles doesn't stay as just one tier forever... I'd like to see Pokemon on the site categorized under Singles Tiers and Doubles Tiers in the near future. Well, in the far future I'd hope this would extend to Triples and Rotation once the simulator supports it.
