Zygarde @ Choice Band
Ability: Aura Break
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Thousand Arrows
- Thousand Waves
- Superpower
- Extreme Speed

Zygarde is an excellent attacker that is a staple on Tailwind offense teams due to its unique STAB move in Thousand Arrows, which not only hits both foes but also knocks them down to the ground; the current metagame being one where Ground-resistant Pokemon bar Rillaboom aren't that common only further bolsters Zygarde's ability as a threat. Thousand Waves works well against a team with no Ground-immune Pokemon to trap and have teammates take advantage of a Pokemon forced in. Superpower is Zygarde's strongest option to hit Kyurem-B and Porygon2. Extreme Speed is good priority to help finish weakened Pokemon. Grass-type Pokemon like Kartana and Rillaboom that help take care of Water-types such as Tapu Fini and Urshifu-R while also offering valuable support like Fake Out and Tailwind are great partners. They, in return, benefit from Zygarde's ability to threaten Fire-type Pokemon like Heatran. Zygarde greatly appreciates the presence of teammates that can deal with Grass-type Pokemon that resist its signature attacks like Genesect and Heatran.
