DPP 1v1 Cup Signups
Post "in" or "why is GL Volkner hosting a 1v1 tour" to join​

Tournament Rules:
  • General tournament rules and regulations can be found here.
  • Smogon Classic rules can be read here
  • Gen 4 1v1. Bring 3 Pokemon, pick 1, team preview exists.
  • Best of five, single elimination.
  • Battles should take place on Pokemon Showdown! in DPP Ubers (loser forfeiting after their mon dies) if you wanna make your life hard, or ROM or Amethyst (use https://server.psim.us, https usually fixes connection issues some people have with side servers) which have [Gen 4] 1v1.
  • Do not make baseless activity posts -- get in contact with your opponent and report missed times / scheduling issues only.
  • Learn how to schedule! Don't say "Saturday afternoon", specify a specific time that works for both of you.
  • If you don't get your match done, I'll activity or coinflip it. If both users are constantly making contact but can't set up a specific time, I will be happy to give an extension for 4 days. Do not rely on this because I will flip your game if minimal effort is put in.
  • Replays will be required and if you don't post them I absolutely will coinflip them. PM me if you legitimately did not save them on accident.

  • Bans - Illegal, Unreleased, Arceus, Darkrai, Deoxys-A, Deoxys, Dialga, Giratina, Giratina-O, Groudon, Ho-Oh, Lugia, Mewtwo, Palkia, Rayquaza, Shaymin-S, Perish Song, Chansey + Charm + Seismic Toss, Soul Dew, Garchomp, Salamence, Deoxys-Defense, Deoxys-Speed, Porgyon-Z, Manaphy, Latios, Latias, Kyogre, Mew, Focus Sash, Mirror Shot, Mud Bomb, Flash, Octazooka, Mud-Slap, Muddy Water, Sand Attack, Smoke Screen, Kinesis, Dark Void, Grass Whistle, Hypnosis, Lovely Kiss, Sing, Sleep Powder, Spore, Yawn
  • Unbans: Wobbuffet, Wynaut, Blaziken
Resources:
  • DPP 1v1 VR (Note that Latias and Latios are not unbanned.)
  • ROM
  • Amethyst (may not work with https, if so try http.)

Participants:
Players will be selected based on a 62.5% first come first serve and 37.5% randomized basis (if required).

Signups will be up for a week. I will put R1 up on Monday, December 24th. During Round 1, I will accept signups to be a sub.
