You are right, but blazingdark is (you are the 1-0 in your matchup). The meaning of the conditional matchups is that both games have someone who is 1-0 and someone who is 0-1. If the person who is 1-0 wins, then none of the two is 1-1 and thus dont have to play the stage 2 game. However, if the 0-1 wins then both need to play in stage 2 (both 1-1). This is what i meant with conditional matchup. This is true for both your series and the mael (1-0) vs lemaitre (0-1) series. The other extended game had both 0-1 players, which does not have this problem. I hope i explained it clearly.
