Byzantine dissents and therefore the draw proposal fails.
I have posted this on cord but posting this here for visibility. The goal of a diplomacy game is to solo. Everyone here can still have a hope of soloing not counting Byzantine and Balkans. Drawing this game now feels like a waste of potential and is kinda ominous for the future of Smogon Diplomacy. I am not close to a solo atp as I'm gonna lose 2 centers this year, and I'll likely die to a triple coalition if that's what you guys want, but that is dumb. Drawing is not winning, and a 3/4 way is only slightly better than a 7 way draw, especially since this game barely reached midgame and still has a lot of play left in it. And if I let this draw happen, then what happens is in future games is that as soon as you hit midgame, someone threatening emerges, people coalition+ask for a draw, game over. If you don't want every future game to end in 05, please don't draw.
