With its blistering speed, solid offensive stats, and vast arsenal of moves to choose from, Dragapult serves as a powerful revenge killer and wallbreaker on Dragon teams. Few foes can withstand its Choice Specs-boosted STAB moves in Draco Meteor and Shadow Ball, and those that do are likely to feel threatened by its coverage moves in Thunderbolt and Fire Blast. Thunderbolt can take on foes such as Corviknight and Toxapex, while Fire Blast is great for checking Steel-types like Ferrothorn. Dragapult can also opt to use U-turn over Fire Blast as a means to pivot out of unfavorable matchups, such as against Grimmsnarl and Tyranitar. Infiltrator is often Dragapult's ability of choice in order to bypass Substitute users, though Clear Body also has its merits in preventing Sticky Web from dropping its Speed.

Despite being a powerful pressure tool in the face of many Pokemon, Dragapult is rather frail and has a poor defensive typing. Against threatening attackers such as Grimmsnarl and Mimikyu, Duraludon partners well with Dragapult, as it threatens them with Flash Cannon. Conversely, teammates such as Hydreigon and Kommo-o can offensively threaten the various Dark-, Dragon-, Ghost-, and even some Ice-types that would otherwise take advantage of Dragapult's frail nature. Hydreigon especially has a unique dynamic with Dragapult, as the former resists priority that would normally threaten Dragapult such as Shadow Sneak from Aegislash and Sucker Punch from Bisharp, while the latter is immune to the priority that Hydreigon is threatened by, such as Extreme Speed or Vacuum Wave from Lucario. This synergy, when combined with their raw power can dominate Steel teams. Dracovish and Dracozolt use their insane physical prowess and incredible STAB moves to assist Dragapult in creating a terrifying wallbreaking core that is capable of 2HKOing the entire metagame. Noivern assists Dragapult through its ability to remove entry hazards.

- I would avoid talking about non Dynamax Phantom Force since it's not too relevant, especially not in a mini. Aegislash doesn't really carry Kings Shield that much anymore, and Toxapex doesn't carry Baneful Bunker much either. The standard set is Toxic, Haze, Scald, and Recover, and Phantom Force doesn't do much to it either way.

- Use Toxapex as something Outrage hits: 252 Atk Choice Band Dragapult Outrage vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Toxapex: 148-175 (48.6 - 57.5%) -- 49.2% chance to 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery

- Run maybe Bronzong as an example of something Max Phantasm hits over Corviknight, Corviknight isn't a great example imo because of Bulk Up.

- Duraludon doesn't run Foul Play but Flash Cannon can hit Fairy type Pokemon fine.

Changing the set to Specs Dragapult over Band Dragapult; QC has considered Band to now be obsolete.

Take two.

I would mention Fire Blast beating Steel as a whole alongside beating Steel-type Pokemon.

I'm iffy on listing Hydreigon and Kommo-o on beating Dragon-type Pokemon, Dragapult's better against them because of it's natural Speed. I would add in Dracovish and how they all support each other offensively, working together to break apart teams.

Noivern should be listed as a team option for hazard removal.

Otherwise, this is pretty solid.

I would note a cool synergy that Hydreigon resists Bisharp's Sucker Punch and Aegislash's Shadow Sneak while Dragalge resists both Lucario's Extreme Speed and Vacuum Wave, making the pair extremely difficult for Steel teams to handle. At the same time, Hydreigon can also just take on all of Steel and let Dragapult run U-turn to pivot instead.

The Dracovish line is pretty uninspiring. Can we talk about the wallbreaking core they form (probably worth adding Dracozolt in here too)
