[SET COMMENTS]
Dragon Dance Dragapult is a strong setup sweeper and wallbreaker for Dragon teams, as it outspeeds the entire metagame bar Swift Swim Barraskewda and Surge Surfer Alolan Raichu at +1, making it extremely hard to revenge kill. Dragon Darts is the main attacking move, allowing Dragapult to OHKO Dragonite and Swift Swim Kingdra at +1 and clean most types late-game, especially Dragon. Phantom Force can remove Ghost-, Psychic-, and Steel-types that resist Dragon Darts such as Aegislash, Tapu Lele, and Excadrill. Substitute allows Dragapult to set up on passive Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Slowbro without fear of status and circumvents Sucker Punch. Leftovers restores health after Substitute and lets Dragapult attempt to sweep or wallbreak multiple times in a match. Infiltrator stops dual screens and Substitute from blocking its sweep. An Adamant nature gives Dragapult a high chance to OHKO Kyurem and Garchomp without a Dragon Dance boost, and it ensures KOs against threats like Excadrill and Tapu Koko at +1. A Jolly nature may be considered to Speed tie with opposing non-Choice Scarf Dragapult, outspeed Jolly Sand Rush Excadrill at +1, and threaten Spectrier without boosts.

Hydreigon is a fantastic teammate for Dragon Dance Dragapult, as it can overwhelm physical walls such as Slowbro, Amoonguss, and Celesteela with Nasty Plot. It also can help Dragapult overwhelm Ghost and Psychic teams while also covering for it's weakness to priority moves such as Shadow Sneak and Sucker Punch. Dragapult repays this by covering for Hydreigon's Bug and Fighting weaknesses. Dragalge provides Toxic Spikes and Flip Turn to wear down the opposing team and pivot Dragapult in safely, as well as checking Fairy-types such as Tapu Fini and Clefable that Dragapult struggles with. Kyurem can remove bulky Flying-, Ground-, and Water-types like Landorus-T, Hippowdon, and Tapu Fini with its Choice Specs or SubRoost sets. Garchomp sets Stealth Rock, provides an Electric immunity, and can directly wear down the opposing team for Dragapult. Choice Scarf Latias is a great revenge killer that aids in the Fighting and Poison matchups and can provide Healing Wish support to give Dragapult a second chance to sweep or wallbreak.

[SET COMMENTS]
Choice Scarf turns Dragapult into one of the fastest Pokemon in the metagame, allowing it to outspeed and remove threats such as Swift Swim Kingdra and Choice Scarf Latias. Dragon Darts is Dragapult's most reliable physical STAB move, picking off specially bulky setup sweepers such as Volcarona and Galarian Moltres. Shadow Ball allows Dragapult to pick off weakened threats such as Choice Scarf Tapu Lele and clean against types such as Psychic and Flying late-game. U-turn allows Dragapult's teammates to take advantage of the switches it forces, as well as dent Dark-types such as Tyranitar and Zarude that like to switch in on Dragapult. Thunder Wave cripples switch-ins like Celesteela, setup sweepers like Galarian Moltres, and Sucker Punch users such as Cinderace, giving Dragapult's teammates an easier time handling these threats. Infiltrator allows Dragapult to deal with common Substitute users such as Kyurem, Hydreigon, and opposing Dragapult. A Hasty nature with Choice Scarf allows Dragapult to outspeed threats such as Adamant Dragon Dance Dragapult, Zeraora, Choice Scarf Galarian Darmanitan, and Choice Scarf Weavile.

Choice Scarf Dragpult lacks the wallbreaking and sweeping prowess of Dragon Dance sets, so wallbreakers such as Kyurem and Hydreigon are greatly appreciated, as are physical setup sweepers like Dragonite, Kyurem, and Garchomp. Hydreigon covers for Dragapult's Ghost and Dark weaknesses and can break down Steel, Psychic, Ghost, and Poison teams by threatening walls such as Ferrothorn, Slowbro, Aegislash, and Toxapex, which Dragapult struggles with. Kyurem can remove bulky Flying-, Water-, and Ground-types such as Mantine, Gastrodon, and Tapu Fini with a Choice Specs or SubRoost set. Dragalge provides a special pivot that can sponge attacks from Clefable and Tapu Fini while adding utility with Toxic Spikes. Garchomp is a good wallbreaker and threatens Flying, Poison, and Dragon teams with a Swords Dance set, or it provides Stealth Rock and phazing to wear down the opposing team with a defensive set. Iron Defense Kommo-o deals with Steel-, Dark-, and Ice-types such as Melmetal, Tyranitar, and Weavile, which Dragapult struggles with.

Sucker Punch may be used over Substitute to damage faster Pokemon such as opposing Choice Scarf Dragapult and Barraskewda. However, not running Substitute means that Dragapult will have a hard time setting up on passive Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Slowbro. On the Choice Scarf set, Dragapult may run Fire Blast over Thunder Wave to remove Sand Rush Excadrill and clean against Steel teams late-game, but this leaves Dragapult vulnerable to Sucker Punch users and prevents it from shutting down threats like Galarian Moltres. Dragapult boasts a wide special movepool, and a Choice Specs set with Draco Meteor, Shadow Ball, Fire Blast, and Thunderbolt or U-turn makes it a good revenge killer and late-game cleaner against types such as Flying and Psychic. However, this set's primary goal is special wallbreaking, and common teammates such as Nasty Plot Hydreigon and Kyurem outclass it there.

[OVERVIEW]

Dragon
========

Dragapult's excellent Speed and ,solid attacking stats, and versatility make it a great asset for Dragon-type teams,as it forces the opposing team to guess for its set, which can be costly for most teams in the process. When equipped with a Choice Scarf, Dragapult becomes obscenely fast outspeeds almost the entire boosted metagame, allowing it to become a good revenge killer that remove threats such as boosted threats like Dragon Dance Dragapult, Swift Swim Kingdra, and Sand Rush Excadrill. On the other hand, Dragapult has access to Dragon Dance and has an excellent Attack, making it a strong setup sweeper that helps in Psychic, Ghost, Dragon, Flying, and Ground matchups like Psychic and Flying. (don't word vomit matchups, just list a few in particular that it shines in as examples. this way it doesn't appear pult is just restricted to these matchups either) However, Dragapult is frail and extremely vulnerable to chip damage, leading it to be easily dispatched by priority moves once it has been sufficiently worn down. (only scarf is weak to sucker punch, and you mention the frailty part in a later sentence. i don't really think the chip thing is relevant when it's applicable to essentially every mon on dragon, it's an inherently offensive type) Dragapult's Attacking stats are mediocre when unboosted, as it even struggles to remove Pokemon weak to its STAB moves such as SubRoost Kyurem, Tapu Lele, and Defensive Garchomp when using a Choice Scarf set. Dragapult also has a hard time setting up Dragon Dance due to its frailty and even if it does, Dragapult finds itself susceptible to being revenge killed by common forms of priority such as Sucker Punch. (sub)

(it's not inherently wrong but the last part feels overly critical of a top 2 mon on the type. i'd like you to combine it into one point and say something like "while dragapult is a strong choice, it can't do everything at once - scarf struggles to KO healthy threats and is mostly relegated to revenge killing, while dd pult can find difficulty setting up")

Substitute allows Dragapult to set up on passive defensive Pokemon such as Toxapex, Ferrothorn, and Slowbro without fear of status and gives Dragapult a way to circumvent Sucker Punch from Cinderace. Leftovers allow Dragapult to remain healthy after setting up Substitute, and allows it to set up and attempt to wallbreak multiple times in a match. Infiltrator allows Dragapult to be more potent offensively, as it lets Dragapult bypass Reflect, Aurora Veil, and Substitute. An Adamant nature allows Dragapult to OHKO Kyurem and Garchomp without a Dragon Dance boost, and allows it to remove threats like Excadrill and Tapu Koko at +1. A Jolly nature may be considered, as it lets Dragapult speedtie with the opposing Choice Specs non-Choice Scarfed Dragapult, outspeed Jolly Sand Rush Excadrill at +1, and threaten Spectrier without boosts, but the drop in Attack is noticeable.

Hydreigon is a fantastic team mate for Dragon Dance Dragapult, as it can overwhelm physical walls such as Slowbro, Amoonguss, and Celesteela with a Nasty Plot set. When using a Choice Scarf, Dragapult turns into one of the fastest Pokemon in the meta, allowing it to outspeed and remove threats such as Swift Swim Kingdra and Choice Scarf Latias. Dragon Darts is Dragapult's most reliable Dragon-type move, allowing it to remove threats such as Swift Swim Kingdra and Dragon Dance Dragapult and clean Dragon teams late game. It also provides Dragpult a means to pick off specially bulky boosters boosted such as Volcarona, Spectrier, and Galarian Moltres once they have been sufficiently weakened. (implied w/ pick off) Shadow Ball allows Dragapult to pick off weakened threats such as Choice Scarf Tapu Lele and can be used to clean Ghost, Psychic, Electric, Flying, Steel, and Ground teams late game. (same thing as overview, this is way too many examples) U-turn allows Dragapult's team mates to take advantage of forced switches, while also allowing Dragapult to dent Dark types such as Tyranitar and Zarude that like to switch in on Dragapult. Thunder Wave cripples switchins like Celesteela, setup sweepers like Galarian Moltres, and Sucker Punch users such as Cinderace, which allows Dragapult's team mates to have an easier time handling these threats. Infiltrator allows Dragapult to deal with common Substitute users such as Kyurem, Hydreigon, and opposing Dragapult, and allows Dragapult to be more threatening in Ice and Fairy matchups, which tend to use Aurora Veil and Dual Screens, respectively bypass screens. A Hasty nature with Choice Scarf allows Dragapult to outspeed threats such as Adamant Dragon Dance Dragapult, Zeraora, Choice Scarf Galarian Darmanitan, and Choice Scarf Weavile.

Choice Scarf Dragpult lacks the wallbreaking prowess of Dragon Dance and Choice Specs sets, so wallbreakers such as Kyurem and Hydreigon are greatly appreciated. Hydreigon covers for Dragapult's Ghost and Dark weaknesses and can break down Steel, Psychic, Ghost, and Poison teams by threatening bulky walls such as Ferrothorn, Slowbro, Aegislash, and Toxapex which Dragpult struggles with. Kyurem can remove bulky Flying-, Water-, and Ground-types such as Mantine, Gastrodon, and Tapu Fini with a Choice Specs or SubRoost set. Dragalge provides a Special Pivot and can sponge attacks from Clefable, Volcarona, and Tapu Fini and utility in the form of Toxic Spikes. Garchomp is a good wallbreaker and threatens Flying, Poison, and Dragon teams with a Swords Dance set, or provides Stealth Rocks and Phazing to wear down the opposing team further with a defensive set. Iron Defense Kommo-o deals with Steel-, Dark-, and Ice-types such as Melmetal, Tyranitar, and Weavile, which Dragapult struggles with. Since Dragapult is not running a Dragon Dance set, physical setup sweepers such as Dragonite, Kyurem, and Garchomp are greatly appreciated.

On Dragon Dance sets, Fire Blast may be used over Substitute to punish defensive Pokemon like Ferrothorn, Celesteela, and Corviknight from switching in. (i mean sub also punishes these mons besides steela, and fire blast is gonna do 0 to that. feel like this is pretty bad) Similarly, Sucker Punch may be used to circumvent Sucker Punch users such as Cinderace, damage and faster Pokemon such as opposing Choice Scarf Dragapult and Barraskewda. However, not running Substitute means that Dragapult will have a hard time setting up on passive defensive Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Toxapex. On Choice Scarf set, Dragapult may opt to use Fire Blast over Thunder Wave as it allows Dragapult to remove Sand Rush Excadrill and clean Steel teams late game, but this leaves Dragapult vulnerable to Cinderace and prevents Dragapult from shutting down threats like Galarian Moltres. Dragapult boasts a wide pool of Special Attacks, so a Choice Specs set with Draco Meteor, Shadow Ball, Fire Blast, and Thunderbolt or U-Turn allows it to be a good revenge killer and late-game cleaner in Dragon, Flying, Ice, Ground, Steel, and Electric matchups. (same point as before, shorten these examples) However, this wallbreaking prowess is outclassed by common team mates such as Nasty Plot Hydreigon or SubRoost Kyurem.

Checks and Counters
===================

Dragon
--------
**Specially Defensive Walls**: Specially defensive walls such as Blissey, Tyranitar, Gastrodon, and Heatran take negligible damage from Choice Specs Dragapult's attacks and can threaten it with status or chip damage.

**Status**: Paralysis neuters Dragapult's ability to threaten offensive teams, while Toxic puts Dragapult on a timer, making it unable to wallbreak effectively. Dragon Dance Dragapult hates to be burned by Will-O-Wisp from Galarian Corsola, as it will be unable to deal meaningful damage afterwards., but this can be delayed somewhat with Substitute.

**Residual Damage**: Damage from entry hazards quickly wears down Dragapult, making it easier for the opposing team to remove it with priority moves.

**Revenge Killers**: Faster Pokemon like Choice Band Zeraora, Choice Scarf Latias, and Choice Scarf Blacephalon outspeed Dragon Dance Dragapult and OHKO it with a super effective move.

**Priority Moves**: Dragapult is extremely vulnerable to priority moves such as Shadow Sneak from Aegislash and Mimikyu, Sucker Punch from Cinderace and Bisharp, Ice Shard from Mamoswine and Weavile, and Bullet Punch from Scizor, as these can OHKO Dragapult.

Dragon Dance Dragapult is a strong setup sweeper and wallbreaker for Dragon teams, as it outspeeds the entire metagame bar Swift Swim Barraskewda and Surge Surfer Alolan Raichu at +1, making it extremely hard to revenge kill. Dragon Darts is the main attacking move of choice, allowing Dragapult to OHKO Dragonite and Swift Swim Kingdra at +1, and allows it to clean up most matchups late game, as well as cleaning against most types late-game, (as long as matchups -> types is ok here) especially Dragon. Phantom Force allows Dragapult to can remove Ghost-, Psychic-, and Steel-types that resist Dragon Darts such as Aegislash, Tapu Lele, and Excadrill. Substitute allows Dragapult to set up on passive defensive Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Slowbro without fear of status and gives Dragapult a way to circumvent circumvents Sucker Punch. Leftovers allow Dragapult to remain healthy after setting up Substitute, and allows it to set up and attempt to restores health after Substitute and lets Dragapult attempt to sweep or wallbreak multiple times in a match. Infiltrator allows Dragapult to be more potent offensively, as it lets Dragapult bypass Reflect, Aurora Veil, and Substitute. stops dual screens and Substitute from blocking its sweep. (tried to be a bit more specific; you can keep, change, or remove the sentence entirely as appropriate) An Adamant nature allows Dragapult to have gives Dragapult a high chance to OHKO Kyurem and Garchomp without a Dragon Dance boost, and allows it to remove it ensures KOs against (I imagine this is true?) threats like Excadrill and Tapu Koko at +1. A Jolly nature may be considered, as it lets Dragapult speedtie with the considered to Speed tie with opposing non-Choice Scarf Dragapult, outspeed Jolly Sand Rush Excadrill at +1, and threaten Spectrier without boosts.

Hydreigon is a fantastic team mate teammate for Dragon Dance Dragapult, as it can overwhelm physical walls such as Slowbro, Amoonguss, and Celesteela with a Nasty Plot set. It also can help Dragapult in overwhelming overwhelm Ghost and Psychic teams (RC) while also covering for Dragapult's its weakness to priority moves such as Shadow Sneak and Sucker Punch. Dragapult repays this by covering for Hydreigon's Bug and Fighting weaknesses. Dragalge provides utility in Toxic Spikes and Flip Turn to wear down the opposing team and pivot Dragapult in safely, while also as well as checking Fairy-types such as Tapu Fini and Clefable that Dragapult struggles with. Kyurem can remove bulky Flying-, Ground-, and Water-types like Landorus-T, Hippowdon, and Tapu Fini with a Choice Specs or SubRoost set. Garchomp sets Stealth Rock, provides an Electric immunity, and can directly wear down the opposing team for Dragapult. Choice Scarf Latias provides an immediately faster (optional: "provides a revenge killer, aids...") teammate for Dragapult, aids in the Fighting and Poison matchups, and can provide Healing Wish to give Dragapult a second chance to sweep or wallbreak.

When using a Choice Scarf, Dragapult turns Choice Scarf turns Dragapult into one of the fastest Pokemon in the metagame, allowing it to outspeed and remove threats such as Swift Swim Kingdra and Choice Scarf Latias. Dragon Darts is Dragapult's most reliable Dragon-type physical STAB (I imagine this is the point?) move to pick off specially bulky boosters setup threats such as Volcarona and Galarian Moltres. Shadow Ball allows Dragapult to pick off weakened threats such as Choice Scarf Tapu Lele and can be used to clean teams clean against types such as Psychic and Flying late-game. (added hyphen) U-turn allows Dragapult's team mates to take advantage of forced switches, while also allowing Dragapult to dent Dark types teammates to take advantage of the switches it forces, as well as denting Dark-types such as Tyranitar and Zarude that like to switch in on Dragapult. Thunder Wave cripples switch-ins (added hyphen) like Celesteela, setup sweepers like Galarian Moltres, and Sucker Punch users such as Cinderace, which allows Dragapult's team mates to have giving Dragapult's teammates an easier time handling these threats. Infiltrator allows Dragapult to deal with common Substitute users such as Kyurem, Hydreigon, and opposing Dragapul. Dragapult. A Hasty nature with Choice Scarf allows Dragapult to outspeed threats such as Adamant Dragon Dance Dragapult, Zeraora, Choice Scarf Galarian Darmanitan, and Choice Scarf Weavile.

Choice Scarf Dragpult lacks the wallbreaking and sweeping prowess of Dragon Dance and Choice Specs sets, so wallbreakers such as Kyurem and Hydreigon are greatly appreciated, as are physical setup sweepers like Dragonite, Kyurem, and Garchomp. Hydreigon covers for Dragapult's Ghost and Dark weaknesses and can break down Steel, Psychic, Ghost, and Poison teams by threatening bulky walls such as Ferrothorn, Slowbro, Aegislash, and Toxapex, (AC) which Dragpult Dragapult struggles with. Kyurem can remove bulky Flying-, Water-, and Ground-types such as Mantine, Gastrodon, and Tapu Fini with a Choice Specs or SubRoost set. Dragalge provides a special pivot and that can sponge attacks from Clefable and Tapu Fini and utility in the form of while adding utility with Toxic Spikes. Garchomp is a good wallbreaker and threatens Flying, Poison, and Dragon teams with a Swords Dance set, or it provides Stealth Rocks and Phazing Stealth Rock and phazing to wear down the opposing team further with a defensive set.

Sucker Punch may be used to damage faster Pokemon such as opposing Choice Scarf Dragapult (RC) and Barraskewda. However, not running Substitute means that Dragapult will have a hard time setting up on passive defensive Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Slowbro. On the Choice Scarf set, Dragapult may opt to use run Fire Blast over Thunder Wave as it allows Dragapult to remove Sand Rush Excadrill and clean against Steel teams late-game, (added hyphen) but this leaves Dragapult vulnerable to Sucker Punch users and prevents Dragapult it from shutting down threats like Galarian Moltres. Dragapult boasts a wide pool of Special Attacks, so special movepool, and a Choice Specs set with Draco Meteor, Shadow Ball, Fire Blast, and Thunderbolt or U-Turn allows it to be U-turn makes it a good revenge killer and late-game cleaner in matchups against types such as Flying and Psychic. However, this wallbreaking prowess is outclassed by common team mates such as Nasty Plot Hydreigon or Kyurem. this set's primary goal is special wallbreaking, and common teammates such as Nasty Plot Hydreigon and Choice Specs Kyurem outclass it there. (I imagine this makes sense? if "choice specs" isnt appropriate, just remove it)
