Although being often dismissed as a fast, special-attacking Ghost-type due to being overshadowed by Haunter which is slightly slower but much more powerful, Drakloak still finds a niche in NFE. The main appeal of Drakloak is its unmatched Speed that puts it above the entire unboosted metagame except Sneasel. As a consequence, Drakloak will almost always be able to move first and thus act as a revenge killer and wallbreaker at the same time. A Choice Specs boosts its mediocre Special Attack to acceptable levels and turns Draco Meteor into a powerful attack able to take out weakened foes or punch holes through would-be switch-ins such as Piloswine, Galarian Linoone, and Machoke. Shadow Ball is a more spammable STAB move and targets notable threats including Galarian Corsola, Haunter, and Hattrem. Fire Blast is Drakloak's best option against Ferroseed and Klang which otherwise fear little from Shadow Ball. Finally, U-Turn eases predictions and allows Drakloak to generate momentum by pivoting out into the appropriate teammate depending on the opponent's play. Infiltrator and Clear Body are both useful abilities and the choice depends on your preference. The former offers security against Substitute users such as Haunter and Dual Screen teams, whereas the latter improves Drakloak's match-up against Sticky Web, and allows it to play aggressively by switching in against a predicted Mystical Fire or Parting Shot from Hattrem and Galarian Linoone, respectively.

Use Drakloak as a revenge-killer. It is particularly recommended to choose it if your team needs a Fighting resist or immunity, as well as a Pokemon faster than Haunter. Take it into account if you also want a way of breaking through Galarian Corsola and Gloom. Drakloak appreciates being paired with ways of weakening opposing Pokemon so that it has an easier time revenge-killing. For that reason, Knock Off support from the likes of Machoke, Galarian Linoone, and Ferroseed is very useful to get rid of Eviolites. The latter can also set up Spikes which facilitate Drakloak's task. Since Drakloak's Special Attack is lackluster, having another wallbreaker is recommended: in this regard, Machoke, Rufflet, and Haunter are excellent choices. The former two can remove Piloswine and Steel-types from the game with their Fighting attacks, whereas Haunter can soften up the checks it shares with Drakloak with its powerful attacks and Will-O-Wisp.

A Choice Specs boosts its mediocre Special Attack to acceptable levels and turns Draco Meteor into a powerful attack able to take out weakened foes or punch holes through switch-ins such as Piloswine add another example because otherwise one might think its better to just use hydro pump. Shadow Ball is a more spammable STAB move and targets notable threats including Haunter and Hattrem add gorsola. Fire Blast is Drakloak's best option against Ferroseed and Klang i'd just expand a tiny bit on this sentence either add another pokemon or just mention that w/o fire blast they can tank shadow ball too well . Finally, U-Turn should be used when Drakloak can force a threat out but isn't powerful enough to damage switch-ins in a significant way: in this scenario, U-Turn into a dedicated wallbreaker such as Machoke or Choice Band Rufflet. this feels too much like it should be on the second paragraph, i'd just explain how it allows for momentum and for drakloak to escape bad matchups whether anticipated or not

Use Drakloak as a revenge-killer able to punch holes idk what that means . It is particularly recommended to choose it if your team needs a Fighting resist or immunity, a way of breaking through Corsola-G and Gloom, but also needs a better Haunter match-up i'd change this by separating your points into sentences or at least take one out, when you rewrite, reason is mainly that its too long. : this is everything that Drakloak does best delete this part you really don't need it
i'd also add some its pivoting abilities, if one wants to form a volturn core or needs momentum
Team options include solid counterplay to Linoone-G, which only fears Draco Meteor, as well as another wallbreaker at least. <-provide examples to that. Machoke, Rufflet and Haunter are excellent choices: the former two remove Piloswine and Steel-types from the game with their Fighting Attacks, whereas Haunter forms a double-Ghost core with Drakloak that focuses on spamming Ghost Attacks to break through their shared checks.
this is a bit iffy, i'd seperate the mons because they don't go with your points and make weird sentences, its better to go with straightforward sentences imo. Fighting types attack for dark mons point u can change it to how it provides help against pilo and sneasel who threaten it otherwise. idk what im supposed to get through the ghost core but im not getting anything from it so i'd just remove it and change it to knock off users because of how weak drakloak is. another point would be poison or fairy mons to be paired with for its type weaknesses

-Changed the Corsola-G to Galarian Corsola, same for linoone.

-Rephrased:

"Fire Blast is Drakloak's best option against Ferroseed and Klang which otherwise fear little from Shadow Ball. "

"Finally, U-Turn eases predictions and allows Drakloak to generate momentum by pivoting out into the appropriate teammate depending on its opponent's play. "

-Rewrote paragraph two:

"Use Drakloak as a revenge-killer. It is particularly recommended to choose it if your team needs a Fighting resist or immunity, as well as a Pokemon faster than Haunter. Take it into account if you also want a way of breaking through Galarian Corsola and Gloom. Knock Off support is also very useful, since it makes up for Drakloak's mediocre Special Attack by removing Eviolites: thus Galarian Linoone, Machoke and Ferroseed make for great partners. The latter can also set up Spikes which facilitate revenge killing. "

-implemented all changes. Thanks a lot for the QC!

(Add a quick sentence about how Inflitrator helps revenge kill Substitute Haunter, while Clear Body ignores the stat drops from Sticky Webs, Mystical Fire, and Parting Shot)

Use Drakloak as a revenge-killer. It is particularly recommended to choose it if your team needs a Fighting resist or immunity, as well as a Pokemon faster than Haunter and Eviolite Galarian Linoone. Take it into account if you also want a way of breaking through Galarian Corsola and Gloom. Team options include solid counterplay to Galarian Linoone, which only fears Draco Meteor, as well as another wallbreaker at least (Merge the "mediocre special attack" line here. This shows why mons like Linoone, that while slower, still can beat Drak cause its relatively weak). For that reason, Machoke, Rufflet and Haunter are excellent choices. The former two remove Piloswine and Steel-types from the game with their Fighting Attacks, whereas Haunter can soften up the checks it shares with Drakloak with its powerful attacks and Will-O-Wisp. Knock Off support is also very useful, since it makes up for Drakloak's mediocre Special Attack by removing Eviolites: thus Galarian Linoone, Machoke and Ferroseed make for great partners (Merge this sentence with the wallbreaking point above). Looks good, I moreso wanted to clarify the points about its just okay special attack and what that means in regards to what it checks. This is largely because Drakloak is first mentioned to have an advantage over Galarian Linoone, which it does, but the sentence I removed implies the contrary. Just keep that in mind when discussing its power limitations and implementing the wallbreaking support part.

I'll give it a quick last look once implemented before the last QC

also added:
"...as well as another wallbreaker to complement Drakloak's mediocre Special Attack. "

I think you missed the connection between this sentence above and the next one, since the latter lists some examples of wallbreakers. I also don't know why i should merge the knock off part with the wallbreaking part. Could you clarify? (here or discord when ur back). thanks a lot

One of Drakloak's niches is that it is faster than Galarian Linoone and can revenge kill it with Draco Meteor if weakened, or at least put it in range of stronger priority. The line "Team options include solid counterplay to Galarian Linoone, which only fears Draco Meteor" is misleading because of this, as Drakloak itself is meant to be a form of speed control that can deal with Galarian Linoone.

If you could instead replace this line with a sentence that emphasizes how Drakloak is unable to beat slower attackers like Galarian Linoone and Machoke unless they have been weakened, like by Knock Off from teammates like Ferroseed and Vullaby. Then you can go into the line about how wallbreakers deal with the bigger issues that a mere Knock Off or chip damage isn't going to be enough.

Understood. I rewrote the entire 2nd paragraph to better illustrate what you said. I'll wait for your validation before moving on to GP:

"Drakloak appreciates being paired with ways of weakening opposing Pokemon so that it has an easier time revenge-killing. For that reason, Knock Off support from the likes of Machoke, Galarian Linoone, and Ferroseed is very useful to get rid of Eviolites. The latter can also set up Spikes which facilitate Drakloak's task.
