Drilbur (QC 3/3) (GP 2/2)

:ss/drilbur:

[OVERVIEW]

Drilbur's decent Speed tier combined with its access to fantastic coverage in Earthquake and Rock Slide and boosting moves in Swords Dance and Rapid Spin allows it to be a niche sweeper in LC. Furthermore, Drilbur is one of the only viable spinners and makes for a decent support Pokemon, being able to set up entry hazards while also removing opposing entry hazards. However, Drilbur finds it hard to break through teams without Swords Dance, and if it did, it would find it hard to set up due to its low bulk. Furthermore, it is easily beaten by common threats such as Mienfoo, Grookey, and Staryu.

[SET]
name: Offensive Rapid Spin
move 1: Rapid Spin
move 2: Earthquake
move 3: Rock Slide
move 4: Swords Dance / Stealth Rock
item: Berry Juice / Eviolite
ability: Mold Breaker
nature: Jolly
evs: 76 Atk / 116 Def / 76 SpD / 212 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Set Description
=========

Rapid Spin allows Drilbur to remove entry hazards and gives it a +1 Speed boost, allowing it to outpace threats that would outspeed or Speed tie with Drilbur otherwise, such as Abra, Mienfoo, and Staryu. Earthquake is Drilbur's best STAB move, allowing it to deal decent damage to every Pokemon that doesn't resist it. Rock Slide gives Drilbur perfect neutral coverage, hitting Pokemon that are immune to Earthquake such as Vullaby and Wingull. Swords Dance can be used to increase Drilbur's Attack and pairs well with Rapid Spin, making Drilbur a threatening setup sweeper. Alternatively, Stealth Rock allows Drilbur to deal chip damage to opposing Pokemon switching in.

Set Details
=========

Maximum Speed investment in addition to a Jolly nature makes Drilbur as fast as possible, allowing it to outspeed Pawniard and Vullaby. 76 EVs in Attack allow Drilbur to 2HKO most Vullaby sets after Stealth Rock. The rest of the EVs are placed into Defense and Special Defense to allow Drilbur to take hits from Diglett, Vullaby, and Mudbray. Berry Juice is the preferred item in order for Drilbur to have access to recovery, but Eviolite allows Drilbur to tank hits non-Eviolite sets would not be able to take, such as +2 Dark Pulse from Vullaby, High Jump Kick from Mienfoo, and Psychic from Abra. Mold Breaker is used to help surpass abilities like Sturdy from Onix and Levitate from Koffing.

Usage Tips
========

Drilbur's access to a powerful Earthquake can force Pokemon such as Pawniard and Onix to switch out. This gives Drilbur the opportunity to remove entry hazards with Rapid Spin, set Stealth Rock to support its teammates, or boost its Attack with Swords Dance. Pokemon that are faster or capable of revenge killing Drilbur, such as Staryu, Wingull, and Grookey, should be removed from the game early to help Drilbur either get a Rapid Spin off for other Pokemon to sweep or act as a late-game sweeper itself. When you know a Flying-type is going to potentially switch into Earthquake, use Rock Slide to catch them off guard.

Team Options
========

Flying-types such as Vullaby and Wingull make for good partners for Drilbur, since they can threaten Grass-types like Foongus and Grookey as well as Fighting-types like Timburr and Mienfoo. Vulpix and Ponyta in particular make for good teammates because they can break through Ferroseed, and in return, Drilbur can remove entry hazards and weaken Mareanie. Finally, checks to Water-types are appreciated by Drilbur, making Grass-types like Ferroseed, Foongus, and Grookey good partners.

Other Options
========

Sand Rush is an alternative over Mold Breaker to outspeed foes in sand, but it requires additional support from Hippopotas and Drilbur will lose out on Mold Breaker being able to bypass Levitate. Life Orb can be used over Berry Juice to hit bulky Pokemon like Spritzee and Ferroseed harder, but it is not worth getting rid of the recovery Berry Juice provides. A set with Stealth Rock, Swords Dance, Rapid Spin, and Earthquake can be used, but keep in mind that this will omit Drilbur's ability to cover Flying-types.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Water-types**: Offensive Water-types such as Staryu and Wingull can outspeed and easily OHKO Drilbur with their STAB moves. Bulky Water-types like Frillish and Shellos render Drilbur useless and force it out, with Frillish also functioning as a spinblocker.

**Grass-types**: Grookey can OHKO Drilbur with Grassy Glide. Ferroseed and Foongus shrug off Drilbur's attacks pretty easily and can dish a lot of damage with Giga Drain and Bullet Seed.

**Fighting-types**: Both Timburr and offensive Mienfoo can tank an Earthquake from Drilbur. Timburr can then beat Drilbur with a combination of Drain Punch and Mach Punch, while Mienfoo can OHKO it with High Jump Kick.

Good stuff!
Rapid Spin allows Drilbur to remove hazards, while giving it a +1 speed boost. Earthquake is Drilbur's best STAB move, allowing it to deal decent damage to every non-resistant Pokemon. Rock Slide gives Drilbur perfect neutral coverage, allowing it to hit Pokemon that are immune to Earthquake such as Drifloon, Vullaby, and Rufflet.
Rufflet is banned

The rest of the EV's are placed in Def and SpD to allow Drilbur to take hits from Diglett, Vullaby, and Mudbray.
I think you could specifically say that the Def EVs prevent Drilbur from being OHKOed by a Vullaby and 2HKO it back with Rock Slide because Drilbur outspeeds.

A Choice Scarf set can be used to outspeed other Choice Scarf users like Rufflet,
Rufflet is banned

Life Orb can be used over Eviolite to hit bulky Pokemon like Spritzee and Ferroseed harder, but it is not worth getting rid of the extra bulk Eviolite provides.
I don't think this is worth a mention, or at least not for the reason that you mentioned. Both of those mons are able to recover much more that Drilbur is able to deal damage. Spritzee can just 2HKO Drilbur and use Wish somewhere in there. If Ferroseed carries Giga Drain it 2HKOs after recovery, if it carries Bullet Seed it OHKOs at 3 hits.

76 Atk Life Orb Mold Breaker Drilbur Earthquake vs. 212 HP / 196+ Def Eviolite Spritzee: 9-13 (33.3 - 48.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
76 Atk Life Orb Mold Breaker Drilbur Earthquake vs. 84 HP / 188+ Def Eviolite Ferroseed: 9-12 (40.9 - 54.5%) -- 0.4% chance to 2HKO
0- SpA Ferroseed Giga Drain vs. 0 HP / 76 SpD Drilbur: 12-14 (54.5 - 63.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

**Water-types**: Offensive Water-types such as Corphish and Wingull can easily KO Drilbur with the Water-type STAB. Bulky Water-types like Frillish and Shellder render Drilbur useless, forcing it out.
I think it might be good to mention somewhere that Drilbur can OHKO Wingull with Rock Slide so if Drilbur can outspeed, Wingull is not a check nor a counter.

76 Atk Mold Breaker Drilbur Rock Slide vs. 36 HP / 0 Def Wingull: 20-24 (95.2 - 114.2%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO

Checks and Counters
===================
I would also mention Grass-type check/counter somewhere as Oddish, Bulbasaur and they can all take an EQ/Rock Slide should both be able to OHKO.

I would also mention Mudbray. If it switched in on a Rock Slide, its Defense boost will let it Drilbur's attacks and 2HKO it.

**Faster Pokemon**: Drilbur gets outsped and OHKO'd by faster threats like Choice Scarf Farfetch'd and Wingull.
Non-Choice Scarf Wingull outspeeds Drilbur. I'd write it first as writing it second (like what you have now), implies you mean Choice Scarf Wingull.

OVERVIEW

Your overview contradicts itself a lot here. Your second sentence says "It has great neutral coverage in Earthquake and Rock Slide, allowing Drilbur to have amazing offensive presence." Then later in the overview it says "However, Drilbur lacks in offensive presence, which makes it necessary for Swords Dance to be run in order for it to become more of an offensive threat."

Drillbur's EdgeQuake coverage is fantastic and definitely worth writing about, however I'd say that you'd want to rephrase that and start the analysis by saying something like "Drilbur's decent Speed tier, combined with it's fantastic coverage in Earthquake and Rock Slide and access to boosting moves in Swords Dance and Rapid Spin allow it to be a solid sweeper in the LC tier."Following that, talk about how it has a solid niche on offensive teams as it's the only viable Pokemon with access to Rapid Spin, which is beneficial for hazard stacking teams. The sentences talking about Drilbur's deficits need to talk about how it can struggle to break through teams without a Swords Dance Boost and it struggles to find opportunities to set up due to its relatively low bulk and prevalence of Timburr who is able to quite easily beat it 1v1.

Furthermore Farfetch'd Galar is a weak example of a strong offensive threat. I also see further down in the analysis you're using examples of Pokemon that are banned in the tier such as Drifloon and Rufflet When it comes to examples, you really need to be using up to date Pokemon and using examples of Pokemon that are as viable as possible. Timburr is everywhere atm and that quite comfortably beats Drilbur, also just talk about a few other common threats that give Drilbur trouble.

*Berry Juice can also be used over Eviolite, allowing an increase in longevity when activated, but then you are sacrificing the added bulk Eviolite provides. Eviolite is the item of preference because of the added bulk, and being able to take certain hits that non-Eviolite sets can't. Mold Breaker is used to help surpass abilities like Sturdy from Onix and Levitate from Koffing.
Set description says that Eviolite is the item of preference, item of preference is Berry Juice. Reword this.

You're missing a whole usage tips section.

Team Options

Would like to see a sentence or 2 about Flying-types such as Vullaby and Wingull, as they're able to deal with Grass-types and threaten Timburr. Nasty Plot Vullaby is also especially useful as it can break through Ferroseed with Heat Wave and in return they value Drilbur's ability to remove hazards which provides it with more longevity.

I'd like to see a mention of Poison-types such as Mareanie or Oddish are useful partners as they can remove Toxic Spikes for Drilbur, as Drilbur has to be statused in order to be able to remove them. Dwebble isn't really a super viable option for a hazard setter right now. Would rather see options such as Onix or Pawniard and mention that the role compression of a Stealth Rock setter allows Drilbur to run Swords Dance. I'd also like to have a brief sentence about answers to Vullaby, as Vullaby can actually beat Drillbur 1v1 as Rock Slide gives Vullaby a speed boost so it needs to be at +2 to beat it. It's actually a roll in Drills favor against offensive sets, but bulkier sets can eat a +2 rock slide.

Other Options

Another option would be Sand Rush, however Drilbur will lose out on Mold Breaker being able to bypass Sturdy on Onix. This also means the addition of Sand Stream Hippopotas, which has the same Ground-typing as Drilbur, thus adding on to the Water- and Grass-type weakness.
Sand Rush Drilbur is fine and can be quite threatening when Sandstorm is up, so is stacking on type weaknesses. This sample team (Which I strongly recommend you use it and play a few test games on it as this analysis really struggles to demonstrate much of a metagame knowledge at all) not only stacks on Ground-types but also has 2 Grass-types. Onix's sturdy is broken simply by having entry hazards on the field. The biggest disadvantage of losing Mold Breaker would probably be against Koffing as it can hard wall it now and burn it with Will-o-Wisp. More accurately, Hippopotas just isn't really very good and is a momentum drain really and having Sand Rush Drilbur forces you to run it. Also Drilbur's speed tier is decent enough on its own - especially after a Rapid Spin, so it doesn't really gain much by forgoing mold breaker and having Sand Support.

A Choice Scarf set can be used to outspeed other Choice Scarf users like Chinchou,
Chinchou speed ties with Drilbur. It does Outspeed Choice Scarf Vullaby and Choice Scarf Farfetch'd though.

Checks and Counters

**Water-types**: Offensive Water-types such as Corphish and Wingull can easily KO Drilbur with the Water-type STAB. Bulky Water-types like Frillish and Shellder render Drilbur useless, forcing it out.
Wingull naturally outspeeds Drilbur and Corphish can OHKO Berry Juice sets with Aqua Jet.

Would like to add a point about Grass-types as both Oddish and Bulbasaur OHKO Drilbur with Giga Drain. Oddish isn't even 2HKO'd by Earthquake and Bulbasaur outspeeds in sun and beats it 1v1 outside of Sun. Ferroseed also shrugs off attacks pretty easily and can do a lot with Giga Drain/Bullet Seed. Furthermore if it's significantly chipped, it can actually prevent Rapid Spin as Drilbur dies to Iron Barbs damage (You don't necessarily have to mention the Iron Barbs as it's super situational but you can if you want).

Would like a point about Timburr after Grass-types as Timburr can shrug off an Earthquake easily and OHKO it with Drain Punch + Mach Punch
**Ghost-types**: Ghost-types like Frillish and Pumpkaboo can spinblock and force Drilbur out.

Put this one down at the bottom tbh. Pumpkaboo is non-existent in the meta rn. Honestly might not hurt to just include Frillish in the Water-type section and say that it can block Rapid Spin, recover off any damage that it dishes out and dish out heavy damage in return with Scald (it has a chance to OHKO juice sets)

**Faster Pokemon**: Drilbur gets outsped and OHKO'd by faster threats like Choice Scarf Farfetch'd and Wingull.

There's a lot to cover here. Please tag me once you've implemented this and I'll take another look.

Sorry about the delay.

Overview

Furthermore, has a solid niche since it is the only viable spinner if you do not want Defog removing your own hazards.
I wouldn't really say that you should only run Drilbur if you don't want defog removing your hazards. It's just overall a solid option for hazard removal and it means that other common removers such as Vullaby and Timburr can run other coverage options.

Furthermore, it is easily beaten by the prevalent Timburr in a 1v1.
Add more examples. Timburr is certainly common, but it's not so common that it can stand out as the only example. (It's currently the 4th most used Pokemon in LCPL)

Usage Tips

Drilbur's access to a powerful STAB Earthquake can force Pokemon such as Pawniard and Onix to switch out.
Don't need to state that it's a Stab move

Would also like to see talk about when Drilbur should be brought in and also some sort of mention about setting Stealth Rock.

Team Options

Flying-types such as Vullaby and Wingull make for good partners since they can threaten Grass-types
Mention examples. Wingull also takes Neutral damage from Grass-type attacks.

and Timburr. Nasty Plot Vullaby in particular makes for a good teammate because it can break through Ferroseed with Heat Wave, and in return, Drilbur can remove hazards which is appreciated by Vullaby.
Both Wingull and Vullaby are weak to Stealth Rock.

Poison-types like Mareanie, Oddish, and Koffing are appreciated by Drilbur for they can remove Toxic Spikes for it, which would normally have Drilbur poisoned itself if it were to do it alone.
Koffing doesn't actually remove Toxic Spikes thanks to Levitate.

Hazard stackers such as Onix and Pawniard are appreciated by Drilbur because the role compression of a Stealth Rock setter allows Drilbur to freely run Swords Dance. The aforementioned Onix and Pawniard along with Spritzee are able to answer Vullaby, which is appreciated by Drilbur.
Drill doesn't really appreciate hazards any more than a bunch of other mons in LC. It's definitely worth mentioning when teammates can set hazards because they do allow Drilbur to run Swords Dance, but it's not worth its own sentence.

Also you need checks to Water-types so I'd like a sentence about that.

Other Options
Another option would be Sand Rush, however Drilbur will lose out on Mold Breaker being able to bypass Levitate f. This also means the addition of Sand Stream Hippopotas, which has the same Ground-typing as Drilbur, thus adding on to the Water- and Grass-type weakness.
Stacking on weaknesses really doesn't matter too much in offensive builds. It's just too passive and a momentum sap. Especially with sun being as solid as it is, you're not really going to have a good time using Sand.

Furthermore, Hippopotas is not really good in the tier. A Choice Scarf set can be used to outspeed other Choice Scarf users like Vullaby and Farfetch’d, but Rapid Spin already gives a +1 Speed boost, and you are sacrificing its ability to Swords Dance and sweep, and Mudbray outclasses Choice Scarf Drilbur.
Uhhhh Mudbray outclasses Drilbur defensively, and possibly as a ground-type hazard setter, but certainly not as a choice scarf user.

Honestly though, I'd say that Choice Scarf isn't really worth being in Other Options. Only thing I'd like to see is Sand Rush, Life Orb and potentially a set with Stealth Rock, Swords Dance, Earthquake and Rock Slide.

Checks and Counters

**Water-types**: Offensive Water-types such as Corphish and Wingull can easily OHKO Drilbur with the Water-type STAB. Bulky Water-types like Frillish and Shellder render Drilbur useless, forcing it out. Wingull, in particular, outspeeds Drilbur and can OHKO Berry Juice sets with priority Aqua Jet.
This sentence implies that Wingull has Aqua Jet, not Corphish. Rephrase this.

**Grass-types**: Both Oddish and Bulbasaur can OHKO Drilbur with Giga Drain. Drilbur even fails to 2HKO Oddish with Earthquake, while Bulbasaur outspeeds Drilbur in sun and beats Drilbur 1v1 even without sun. Ferroseed shrugs off attacks pretty easily and can dish a lot of damage with Giga Drain and Bullet Seed. Furthermore, when Drilbur is significantly worn down, Ferroseed can discourage the use of Rapid Spin since Drilbur is KOed by Iron Barbs.
Yeah in hindsight, get rid of the last sentence, seems too situational.

**Timburr**: Timburr can easily shrug off an Earthquake and can easily beat Drilbur with a combination of Drain Punch and Mach Punch.

**Faster Pokemon**: Drilbur gets outsped and OHKO'd by faster threats like Choice Scarf Farfetch'd and Wingull.

While Choice Scarf Galarian-Farfetch'd does outspeed and OHKO Drilbur, there's a bunch of faster threats that don't beat Drilbur, like Ponyta and Galarian-Ponyta, Salandit and Diglett, so I don't really think this point applies.

Staryu.
Furthermore, it is easily beaten by the prevalent Ferroseed in a 1v1.
There's a lot of mons in LC that can 1v1 it at the moment. Ferroseed is not prominent enough to deserve it's own line.

Your set details and descriptions are light, beef them up a bit with some examples from DLC1.

Pokemon that are faster or are capable of revenge killing Drilbur, such as Choice Scarf Chinchou, Wingull, and Corphish,

[OVERVIEW]
Drilbur's decent Speed tier, combined with its fantastic coverage in Earthquake and Rock Slide and access to boosting moves in Swords Dance and Rapid Spin allow it to be a solid sweeper in the LC tier. Furthermore, Drilbur has a solid niche since it is the one of the only viable spinners. It also makes for a good support Pokemon, being either a support Pokemon with Stealth Rock and Rapid Spin, or a sweeper with Swords Dance and Rapid Spin. (Repetitive; just discuss its ability to function as a supportive Pokemon that is able to set up hazards and spin away opposing hazards) However, Drilbur would find it hard to break through teams if not running Swords Dance, and if it did, it would find it hard to setup due to its low bulk. Furthermore, it is easily beaten by common threats such as Mienfoo, Abra, Trapinch, and Staryu, and others in a 1v1. - Try to incorporate Grookey over Trapinch as it is more relevant currently.

Set Description
=========

Rapid Spin allows Drilbur to remove hazards, while giving it a +1 Speed boost in order to outpace threats that it won’t normally be able to outspeed or Speed ties with it, such as Abra, Mienfoo, and Staryu. Earthquake is Drilbur's best STAB move, allowing it to deal decent damage to every non-resistant Pokemon. Rock Slide gives Drilbur perfect neutral coverage, allowing it to hit Pokemon that are immune to Earthquake such as Vullaby and Wingull. (Swords Dance can be used to increase Drilbur's Attack, making it a threatening sweeper. Swords Dance also pairs well with Rapid Spin, making Drilbur a great set-up sweeper.) - Combine the two sentences Stealth Rock allows Drilbur to deal chip damage to opposing Pokemon switching in.

Set Details
=========

Maximum Speed with addition to a Jolly nature makes Drilbur as fast as possible, allowing it to outspeed Jolly Pawniard and Vullaby. 76 EV's in Atk helps utilize Drilbur's attacks, while being able to 2HKO most Vullaby sets after Stealth Rock. The rest of the EV's are placed in Def and SpD to allow Drilbur to take hits from Diglett, Vullaby, and Mudbray. Berry Juice is the preferred item for Drilbur access to longevity recovery, but Eviolite allows Drilbur to tank hits non-Eviolite sets would not be able to take (like?). Mold Breaker is used to help surpass abilities like Sturdy from Onix and Levitate from Koffing.

Usage Tips
========

Drilbur's access to a powerful Earthquake can force Pokemon such as Pawniard and Onix to switch out. This gives Drilbur the opportunity to remove hazards with Rapid Spin, set Stealth Rock to support its teammates, or boost its Attack with Swords Dance. Pokemon that are faster or are capable of revenge killing Drilbur, such as Abra, Wingull, and Diglett, (Better examples would be Staryu and Grookey) should be removed from the game earlier to help Drilbur either get a Rapid Spin off for other Pokemon to sweep or act as a late-game sweeper itself. Speaking of spinning, when you know that your opponent is going to switch out into one of Drilbur’s checks, just use Rapid Spin then switch out. - Reword this sentence. This sounds like you should just use Rapid Spin whenever, which isn't the case if there are no hazards.

Team Options
========

Flying-types such as Nasty Plot Vullaby and Wingull make for good partners since they can threaten Grass-types like Foongus and Grookey, as well as Fighting-types like Timburr and Mienfoo. Vulpix and Ponyta in particular make for good teammates because they can break through Ferroseed with Overheat and Flare Blitz respectively, and in return, Drilbur can remove hazards and weaken Mareanie which is appreciated by not only Vullaby but also the aforementioned Flying-types. Magnemite, Life Orb Staryu, and Abra are able to answer Vullaby, which is appreciated by Drilbur. (I'm not sure why you would need an answer to Vull when you outspeed and can hit with Rock Slide) Pawniard makes for another good partner, since it is able to defer Defog thanks to Defiant, and is also able to check Ghost-types that can spinblock Drilbur’s Rapid Spin. Not particularly relevant to Drilbur. Finally, checks to Water-types are appreciated by Drilbur, making Grass-types like Ferroseed, Foongus, and Grookey make for good partners. (Move this up before the Vull point if it remains)

Other Options
========

Another option would be Sand Rush, however Drilbur will lose out on Mold Breaker being able to bypass Levitate. Furthermore, a Sand Rush set is too passive, and it loses momentum compared to Mold Breaker, most notably failing to hit Koffing. Furthermore, with sun making its place in the tier, it would be uncomfortable to play sand. The main problem with Sand Rush is that it requires Hippopotas to be efficient which in turn stacks on weaknesses to Water- and Grass-types. Life Orb can be used over Eviolite to hit bulky Pokemon like Spritzee and Ferroseed harder, but it is not worth getting rid of the extra bulk Eviolite recovery Berry Juice provides. (Berry Juice is the main slash, not Eviolite) A set with Stealth Rock, Swords Dance, Rapid Spin, and Earthquake can be used, but keep in mind that this will omit one of Drilbur’s most important functions, which is to remove hazards for its teammates. It doesn't? Going Stealth Rock means you lose coverage for Flying-types.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Water-types**: Offensive Water-types such as Staryu and Wingull can easily OHKO Drilbur with the Water-type STAB. Bulky Water-types like Frillish, Dewpider, and Shellder Shellos render Drilbur useless, forcing it out. Dewpider gets nuked by Rock Slide while Shellder is 2HKOed by EQ after rocks, I would much rather mention Shellos (Both Staryu and Wingull are able to outspeed Drilbur and OHKO it.) -Combine this sentence with the first sentence.

**Grass-types**: Both Foongus and Grookey can OHKO Drilbur with Giga Drain and Grassy Glide respectively. Drilbur even fails to 2HKO Oddish with Earthquake, while Grookey can take advantage of Grassy Terrain to get an OHKO from priority Gradsh Glide. Ferroseed and Foongus shrugs off attacks pretty easily and can dish a lot of damage with Giga Drain and Bullet Seed. - Foongus doesn't OHKO with Giga Drain. Remove the Oddish Mention. Mention how both Ferro and Foongus can take hits and recover back the damage with Giga Drain.

**Fighting-types**: Timburr can easily shrug off an Earthquake and can easily beat Drilbur with a combination of Drain Punch and Mach Punch, while offensive Mienfoo can basically OHKO Drilbur with High Jump Kick. - Defensive foo doesn't OHKO with HJK. It would be better if you state that both Fighting-types are able to tank an Earthquake and retaliate with their STAB moves.

**Ghost-types**: Ghost-types like Frillish can spinblock and force Drilbur out.

**Faster Wallbreakers**: Because of Drilbur’s poor bulk, faster wallbreakers such as Abra and Ponyta-Galar are able to beat Drilbur in a 1v1 due to their decent attacking stats and higher Speed tier. I don't think this point is particularly useful. Galarian Ponyta loses to Drilbur in a 1v1 becuz Rapid Spin into EQ kills it and you live any one attack. Same scenario for Focus Sash Abra. Plus, all the relevant revenge killers to it already fall under the other checks and counters.

[OVERVIEW]
Drilbur's decent Speed tier, combined with its fantastic coverage in Earthquake and Rock Slide and access to boosting moves in Swords Dance and Rapid Spin allow it to be a solid niche sweeper in the LC tier. Furthermore, Drilbur has a solid niche since it is the one of the only viable spinners and It also makes for a good decent support Pokemon, being able to set up hazards and being able to remove opposing hazards due to Rapid Spin. However, Drilbur would find it hard to break through teams if not running Swords Dance, and if it did, it would find it hard to setup due to its low bulk. Furthermore, it is easily beaten by common threats such as Mienfoo, Abra, Grookey, and Staryu in a 1v1. (The QC team wants to make sure to stress that Drilbur is a niche pick.)

Another option would be Sand Rush is an alternative over Mold Breaker to outspeed foes in sand, however it requires additional support from Hippopotas and Drilbur will lose out on Mold Breaker being able to bypass Levitate. Remove "in a 1v1"

The rest of the EV's are placed in Def Defense and SpD Special Defense to allow Drilbur to take hits from Diglett, Vullaby, and Mudbray.
Write out Def and SpD to Defense and Special Defense like the QC check

Add the outspeed part that you forgot to include from QC check. Add that Frillish is a spinblocker in section.

**Ghost-types**: Ghost-types like Frillish can spinblock and force Drilbur out.
Remove this section entirely.

Implement this carefully and consider it 3/3. Also, PLEASE copy the [CREDITS] section from my Official QC Check. Your current credits are still wrong.
