[OVERVIEW]
Druddigon makes an effective pivot with its Dragon typing and ability in Rough Skin, which is used in conjunction with Rocky Helmet to punish U-turn and Flip Turn users like Togedemaru and Basculin. Heavy Defense investment lets it switch into notable Pokemon such as Tsareena and Togedemaru. Druddigon also has a great supportive movepool with access to Stealth Rock and Glare. However, Druddigon is weak to common Fairy- and Ice-type attacks from Pokemon like Ribombee and Froslass, as well as lacking any reliable recovery options.

[SET]
name: Defensive
move 1: Dragon Tail / Dragon Claw
move 2: Stealth Rock
move 3: Glare / Endure
move 4: Earthquake
item: Rocky Helmet / Leftovers
ability: Rough Skin
nature: Impish
evs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def

[SET COMMENTS]
Dragon Tail can be used to phaze Pokemon and rack up damage with Stealth Rock against Defoggers such as Charizard or setup sweepers such as Cosmic Power Xatu. Otherwise, Dragon Claw makes a decent alternative. Glare is used to spread paralysis, mainly targeting Whimsicott and Ribombee that may try to switch into Druddigon. Earthquake provides good coverage with Dragon Tail, hitting Steel-types like Silvally-Steel and Togedemaru super effectively. Endure can be used as a way to accumulate an extra turn of Rocky Helmet and Rough Skin damage onto a foe, which can help check opposing Pokemon such as Triple Axel Froslass in a pinch. Leftovers can be used as an alternative to Rocky Helmet to provide Druddigon with more longevity. Toxicroak and other fast wallbreakers pair well with Druddigon, as Druddigon can punish fast Pokemon like Togedemaru that attempt to revenge kill them. Silvally-Steel and Weezing help to cover Fairy-types like Aromatisse and Ribombee that attempt to take advantage of Druddigon. Garbodor is another Fairy-resistant Pokemon that can provide Spikes support, which complements Druddigon's Dragon Tail.

[Overview]
Druddigon makes an effective pivot with its Dragon-typing and ability, Rough Skin, which is used in conjunction with Rocky Helmet (1). Druddigon lacks great bulk but its Dragon-typing and heavy Defense investment lets it switch into notable Pokemon such as Virizion and Togedemaru. Rough Skin and Rocky Helmet abuses contact moves which is great for punishing U-turn and Flip Turn users such as Talonflame and Vaporeon (2). Druddigon is also a fantastic user of Glare, which paralyzes Ground-types and can threaten Electric-type Pokemon such as Helioisk and Togedemaru with Earthquake. (3) Druddigon also has access to Stealth Rock letting it fill that role for your team as well. (4)

the sentences i've marked (1) and (2) can and should be combined, since they're related to the same idea and essentially complete one another. (3) and (4) could probably also be combined somehow to talk about drud's overall supportive capabilities, with the bit about how it threatens electric-types that immune to glare coming after that, since that's a good point.

also, you should try to list some of druddigon's downsides at the end, like being vulnerable to ice- and fairy-types and lacking recovery.

[SET]
name: Rocky Helmet (maybe call it "defensive" instead?)
move 1: Dragon Tail / Dragon Claw
move 2: Stealth Rock
move 3: Glare / Endure
move 4: Earthquake
item: Rocky Helmet
ability: Rough Skin
nature: Impish
evs: EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def

[SET COMMENTS]
Dragon Tail can be used to phase out Pokemon and rack up damage with Stealth Rock or Defoggers such as Charizard. If phasing is not desirable Dragon Claw makes a decent STAB move alternative. Glare paired with Earthquake is a fantastic combination as Earthquake threatens Electric-types like Lanturn trying to absorb Paralysis making it easier for Druddigon to cripple Pokemon like Whimsicott and Ribombee which like to try and take advantage of Druddigon. Endure can be used as a way to get an extra turn of Rocky Helmet plus Rough Skin damage which can help check opposing Pokemon in a pinch. Rocky Helmet is used with Rough Skin as it makes Druddigon capable of damaging physical attackers very effortlessly and is the biggest reason to use Druddigon in the first place. Maximum HP and Defense investment lets Druddigon sponge as many hits as possible allowing it to rack up as much passive damage as it can. (not really necessary to state.) Virizion and other fast wallbreakers pair well with Druddigon as Druddigon can punish fast Pokemon like Togedemaru who attempt to revenge kill them. Silvally-Steel and Weezing help to cover Fairy-types like Aromatisse and Ribombee that attempt to take advantage of Druddigon.

spikes support from smth like garbodor is really nice with drud, particularly if you have dtail. you can rack up a lot of extra damage through phazing + helmet + rough skin, and removers are generally suffocated by glare + dtail and helmet + rough skin. garb also checks fairies for drud, with drud offering a soft check to stuff like magmortar.

I understand that Rocky Helmet is typically the better item for Druddigon but should Leftovers at least get a mention somewhere, the minor healing is still something to be considered especially on a rocker lacking recovery no?

Druddigon has great supportive move choices as well such as access to Stealth Rock and being a fantastic user of Glare, which paralyzes Ground-types and can threaten Electric-type Pokemon such as Helioisk and Togedemaru with Earthquake this sentence can prob be split again? cutting the bit w glare + eq "coverage" might help it be less wordy/worth keeping together. Druddigon has some downsides as it is weak to common Fairy-type and Ice-type attacks as well as having no reliable coverage options expand on this by naming mons (not just type chart) and mention no reliable recovery somewhere.

Dragon Tail can be used to phase out Pokemon and rack up damage with Stealth Rock or Defoggers such as Charizard mention a setup sweeper like cosmic xatu. If phasing is not desirable Dragon Claw makes a decent STAB move alternative mention the power difference/if there are any relevant calcs. Glare paired with Earthquake is a fantastic combination as Earthquake threatens Electric-types like Lanturn trying to absorb Paralysis lanturn wouldn't be coming in on drud anyway? this kinda applies to all the electrics making it easier for Druddigon to cripple Pokemon like Whimsicott and Ribombee which like to try and take advantage of Druddigon. Endure can be used as a way to get an extra turn of Rocky Helmet plus Rough Skin damage which can help check ? opposing Pokemon in a pinch. Rocky Helmet is used with Rough Skin as it makes Druddigon capable of damaging physical attackers very effortlessly, however, Leftovers can be used as Druddigon likes the recovery which can let it take a few extra attacks like? if there arent any notable calcs rephrase imo. Virizion and other fast wallbreakers pair well with Druddigon as Druddigon can punish fast Pokemon like Togedemaru who attempt to revenge kill them. Silvally-Steel and Weezing help to cover Fairy-types like Aromatisse and Ribombee that attempt to take advantage of Druddigon. Garbodor is another Fairy-type resistance Pokemon that also can add Spike support which Druddigon is great at using with Dragon Tail while Defog users don't like getting Glare used on them and struggle against the Rocky Helmet and Rough Skin combination this is rather wordy and you already mention dtail annoying removers earlier, so combine with the earlier point or rephrase imo.
