Although Ducklett carries respectable defensive stats, it provides little to no power upfront. In addition, the utility it provides is not good; Defog is better on Vullaby, which can easily fit into teams with a mixture of sets. Finally, a poor Speed stat and a weakness to Stealth Rock jeopardize Ducklett's ability to even get a Defog off when switching in directly.

However, it is easily walled and carries its own weakness to Stealth Rock, limiting its ability to reliably clear hazards. Mareanie's Regenerator and Tirtouga's Solid Rock abilities allow them to tank hits better than Ducklett, while Vullaby's well-rounded stats and access to Defog make it the superior defensive Flying-type Pokemon in LC.

Doduo is a pretty poor mention here considering this set is geared towards being defensive, I'd say remove the Doduo mention and focus on Vullaby's ability to clear hazards more effectively.
