The only half-decent thing about Dunsparce is the Serene Grace and Headbutt combo that it runs which gives you a 60% chance to flinch but even then it gets outsped by most paralyzed opponents which makes that flinch chance impossible to use at all. If you’re going for a flinch god mon, Sawsbuck is the better option.

This set attempts to stop the user from attacking at all with the 25% paralysis chance and the 60% flinch chance while slowly chipping it down with STAB Headbutt until it ends up dying. However, Sawsbuck does this much better and with its 90 Speed and 100 Attack which will be able to do something serious damage while also being able to flinch the opponent to death without having to waste a turn paralyzing them.
