[SET COMMENTS]
Duraludon's Steel-typing, great Special Attack and average Speed make it a good revenge killer on Dragon teams that helps greatly in the Dragon mirror matchups. Flash Cannon allows Duraludon to threaten most Fairy- and Ice-types such as Grimmsnarl, Weavile and Mamoswine. Thunder Wave helps greatly with slowing down fast threats that Duraludon can't take care of, such as Choice Scarf Gardevoir, while Thunderbolt gives Duraludon a way to hit Flying-types like Pelipper and Corviknight super effectively. Stealth Rock is used to chip Pokemon on the switch and pressure them from switching in and out. Having Maximum Speed with a Choice Scarf allows Duraludon to outpace Choice Scarf Dracovish and Gardevoir.
All Dragon-types appreciate Duraludon's Steel typing, which help it threaten both Fairy- and Ice-types. They also love Duraludon's ability for being able to set Stealth Rock and chip Bug-, Ice- and Flying-types, which makes it easier for setup attackers such as Kommo-o to sweep, as well as slow down the opposing team with Thunder Wave to help with threats such as Gardevoir. However, Duraludon cannot take Fighting-type attacks well, so Dragapult makes a great partner able to come in on these attacks. Duraludon also struggles with Ground-types like Excadrill and Flygon, so Nasty Plot Hydreigon and Noivern make great partners, being able to take care of them with their powerful special attacks and having a Ground immunity. Dracovish and Dracozolt are good wallbreakers and revenge killers capable of breaking walls such as Hippowdon and Toxapex. Dragapult is also a great teammate due to its access to Fire Blast helping to break Steel-types such as Ferrothorn, which Duraludon struggles. In addition, its Ghost typing helps take care of Galarian Corsola and Mew. Kommo-o makes a great partner thanks to its access to Taunt to stop opposing hazard setters and its ability to set up Stealth Rock, which makes it easier for Duraludon to get KOs.
