[OVERVIEW]
Despite being able to viably run a Choice Scarf, Electrike is wholly outclassed in Little Cup due to its mediocre stats and average movepool by Magnemite, Chinchou, and Elekid, with the former two having secondary STAB options. While Electrike possesses Switcheroo, a useful utility option that can cripple bulky Pokemon such as Foongus, it isn't enough to warrant using Electrike on any competitive team.

[SET COMMENTS]
Electrike's best set is to make use out of a fast Volt Switch to revenge kill weakened Pokemon. However, a Choice Scarf set is still outclassed by other, more prominent Electric-types such as Magnemite, Chinchou, and Elekid. Electrike is also considerably frail and is susceptible to priority moves from Pokemon such as Pawniard, Timburr, and Croagunk. Lastly, Electrike lacks power against neutral targets, meaning that it requires foes to be significantly weakened before it can threaten to KO them, while Electrike itself isn't overly difficult to check.

[OVERVIEW]

I'd change this up from mentioning Flamethrower to focusing on Switcheroo since that's what Electrike has over scarf chou and mag. Electrike has access to Switcheroo to cripple switchins like Foongus (strongly recommend mentioning Foongus by name), but mag and chou have a better typing both defensively and offensively since it gives them a strong second STAB.

[SET]

Slash HP Grass over Thunderbolt instead of Switcheroo and add a Thunderbolt slash after Switcheroo. Running without a way to touch Onix isn't good.

[SET COMMENTS]

Change the sentence about dragon types at the end because they're barely viable in most cases to explain how Electrike lacks power against neutral targets, meaning that it requires foes to be significantly weakened before it can threaten to KO them and isn't overly difficult to check.

After you implement this give yourself 1/2

"Despite being relatively fast for a Choice Scarf user, "
A good number of scarfers are 17 spe as well, so not really true

Looks good otherwise, 2/2

Despite being able to viably run a Choice Scarf, Electrike is wholly outclassed in Little Cup due to its mediocre stats and average movepool by Magnemite, Chinchou, and Elekid, with the former two having secondary STAB options (a bit more awkward here, but it makes more sense to merge the two sentences and avoid repetitiveness). While Electrike possesses Switcheroo, a useful utility option that can cripple bulky Pokemon such as Foongus, it isn't enough to warrant using Electrike on any competitive team. Its stats and movepool leave it entirely outclassed by Magnemite, Chinchou, and Elekid, with the former two having secondary STAB options.
