[Overview]

  • Entei is a fearsome Pokemon; its good HP, Attack, and Speed mean that it can be a fearsome physical sweeper
  • Poor physical movepool however; its second-strongest attack in a vacuum is Return
  • Unfortunately outclassed somewhat by Hihidaruma, but it has its niche
  • Respectable 90 Special Attack means that it can use its somewhat-wider special movepool

Ability: Pressure
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

[Set Comments]
  • Pressure with Adamant is the only option, as Flare Blitz Entei is an event Pokemon
  • Life Orb is the preferred option, as it lets Entei switch between its moves, while still retaining a power boost.
  • The EVs are standard on offensive Pokemon

  • Nitro Charge can be used over Extremespeed if you wish to attempt a sweep.
  • Stealth Rock support is extremely useful when using this set, as it turns many 2HKOs into OHKOs.
